Le café a le meilleur café con leche de n'importe quel endroit à Tampa, le restaurant Flor Fina dispose d'un menu merveilleux qui sert le meilleur déjeuner et dîner à Tampa. Et vous ne pouvez pas rencontrer un personnel amiable et hébergé du valet au bureau de front aux gardiennes et aux gardiennes et aux bartenders, et même les gens qui nettoient vos chambres !

This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff and manager are very professional and accommodating. They go out of their way to help and treat you like family. They also have free networking hours around dinner time when free beverages and food are provided. Two kinds of near and two kinds of wine are served! Price for the hotel is reasonable as well. I did not have a chance to try breakfast but I can imagine it must be very good as well.

C'était l'endroit parfait pour tous mes rendez-vous la veille et le lendemain. Tout était propre et tout le personnel était sympathique et serviable. J'ai été déçu qu'il n'y ait toujours pas de service d'étage en raison de la réglementation Covid. Mais j'ai adoré voir un bâtiment bancaire plus ancien être réutilisé et non démoli.

Cet hôtel est resté pour la première fois, le nom Hilton est bon, il n'a vraiment pas déçu, mais le prix peut être plus parfait si vous pouvez être gentil. Je ne suis resté que deux nuits, car le prix de l'hôtel derrière, trop ne peut que changer de place. J'apprécie toujours mes séjours à l'Embassy Suites ! La chambre était remarquablement propre, tout fonctionnait correctement, le niveau de confort était excellent et cet emplacement était proche de la majorité des endroits que je voulais visiter. Le seul petit inconvénient était que les équipements que j'apprécie le plus n'étaient pas disponibles en raison de la pandémie; à savoir, le petit-déjeuner et l'heure du cocktail. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais quand même que c'était un excellent séjour!

Je suis si heureuse pour le personnel nommé YUNI, elle a fait mon séjour plus mémorable, je ne peux exprimer comment elle m'a aidé beaucoup ! .. en tant que marin qui a payé toutes les frais de la pause de travail, son dur ! Mais, elle donne le plus de rabais qu'elle pourrait minimiser les frais, elle m'amène même à manger avant de joindre le navire.. pouces à vous! Maintenez l'excellent travail!!! Et, merci beaucoup!!!!

L'hôtel est un peu déroutant pour entrer en ce qui concerne le stationnement. Les équipements sont corrects. La chambre était propre. Un inconvénient que je peux mentionner, c'est que l'hôtel est situé juste sur la voie ferrée. On entend le train rouler toute la nuit. Le train sonne le klaxon, alors préparez-vous si vous prévoyez de rester ici, pour entendre le train. Un deuxième inconvénient était le thermostat dans la chambre. Oui le thermostat. Pourquoi? Celui de notre chambre illuminait littéralement toute la pièce. C'était aussi brillant qu'un feu bleu. Je suis sûr que comme beaucoup d'entre nous, les adultes aiment dormir dans le noir. Non, cela brillait littéralement si fort que vous pouviez lire un livre à la lumière. Je recommanderais de les tamiser pour les clients avant d'entrer dans la pièce. Oh, nous avons également eu des bruiteurs dans notre chambre à côté. J'ai dû appeler en bas pour leur faire savoir qu'il était temps de se reposer. Cet hôtel est situé dans une ville festive. Donc, en supposant que vous aimez faire la fête, ce serait bien pour vous.

Le bar était confortable et le conducteur était amusant et conversatif. J'ai reçu la salle de balcon de concierge. Grand TV et belle balconie. Utilise la salle de concierge pour le petit déjeuner. Il était confortable et la nourriture était décente. Le restaurant sur place était un peu coûteux et la nourriture était juste OK mais les cocktails étaient super! Mon séjour était parfait pour une nuit pré-cruzée.

My review is intended as constructive feedback and should be taken that way. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but once we got over a speed bump, everything was fine. I won't go into what happened exactly, but please NOTE: they do NOT accept cash for the deposit or payment. You must have a credit card.. Make sure your card works... and they don't seem to accept Union Pay cards. There isn't any drinkable water in the room, but there is a convenience store two buildings away - super convenient. The rooms are clean. But, everything is old. The furniture could be quickly restored with some varnish to the furniture, and rustic rugs tossed on the wooden floors. They should consider adding their own line of soaps and hair care products for an element of care and elegance. It'd be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water, as well. The free shuttle from the airport - go to blue baggage claim and go out one of the blue entry/exit points; either 1 or 2 - at the far ends of the baggage claim corridor. Look for a ”Veterans Limo” van. They come regularly. Just tell the driver where you're going. Breakfast is great if you love carbs. Unfortunately, no proteins were served. I recommend just adding some scrambled or hard-boiled eggs or turkey bacon and cheeses. You should add more varieties of bagels and bread, as well - especially if you're going to stay carb-centric. Raisin bagels would've been nice. Thanks for the waffles. Neat, but I would prefer an omlette station. Overall, I will probably not stay here again, but only because there are so many other options to choose from. Oh... No offense, but the front desk staff could use some training in customer service and customer care. A couple of them seem to be tired of guests and refer to guests as ”them” and ”they” with a tone of contempt. The staff seems to be falling into a horrible customer care death spiral of ”us” vs. ”them” and seeing ”them” as ”stupid.” Maybe have just a workshop to help staff reaffirm their commitment to the hospitality industry. Competition won't go away, but customers will.

Très bel hôtel, l'environnement est très confortable, surtout l'environnement intérieur est très bon, l'hôtel long séjour est adapté aux voyages en famille, vous pouvez demander à la réception d'emprunter la marmite, cuisiner des nouilles, cuisiner du porridge, super, partager ça pour tout le monde.

Bon hôtel près du Bushgarden. On nous a conduits au Bushgarden et on nous a ramenés. Le petit déjeuner était bien américain. Ce qui nous a dérangés est que tout le récipient était en plastique.
