Pelayanan sangat baik Resepsionist ramah dan mengakomodir, hanya saja lokasi nya yang berada di gang sempit sehingga hanya tersedia lahan parkir yang mungkin hanya muat untuk 2 mobil.

La position géographique de l'hôtel est bonne, il y a un supermarché et Starbucks à côté. Il n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport, il faut conduire 30-40 minutes. Les conditions de santé de la chambre sont préoccupantes, sont placées sur des brisures noires anonymes, et les cheveux féminins (figure 4), la chambre est également très petite. La première impression de l'environnement du restaurant de la réception est bonne, mais le serveur de la réception ne sera pas anglais, il n'y aura pas de quoi. Un petit café à l'anglais est très 6. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas mangeable, beaucoup de choses ne peuvent pas être lues, le petit-déjeuner Il y a un produit indonésien, bien que l'on soit un marqueur de Yago, il se sent plus particulièrement attaché aux affaires nationales. Insérer!

It was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.

Pelayanan breakfast yg kami dapat sistem ala carte , cuma bisa pesen 2 menu (main course sama minum aja). Tapi untuk kualitas ruangan terutama pintu sangat baik dan aman ada kunci tempel di dalam jadi lebih safety. Cuma di kamar tidak disediakan air mineral free untuk tamu. I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.
