Come enjoy this Modern Chic ski in/ski out condo in Stoneridge with friends and family! This condo is located at the villages at Seven Springs in the beautiful Laurel Mountains. Located at the top of the mountain, just off of the Avalanche chairlift. The deck overlooks the slopes and the ski locker is handy to the trail. There is a free shuttle service available to pick you up and take you to the main lodge. There is a hot tub available from September to June. In the summer months, the outside pool, tennis and basketball courts are available at the nearby Sunridge Condo plan . The exercise room and hot tub are accessible all year round. The common area with these items are in the door to the left if C21A. A gas grill is available behind the lounge, on the deck. This cozy 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms with an extra vanity with sink area. Updated and modern kitchen and dining area. Enjoy 3 flat screens with full internet and cable. NO STAIRS into condo or to the slopes! This three bedroom two bath condo can be split into two units or be left with free access between them, depending on your preference for privacy. The condo is located in the Stoneridge Complex of The Villages, which is on top of the Ski mountain. The resort is easily accessible by the Free shuttle service and the Unit also provides the ability to get right on the ski slopes and ski or snowboard down to the lodge and grab the chair lift right back up when you are done. Slopes are accessible from the Village Trail and Avalanche Lift. Side A includes a full living and dining area with a complete kitchen, washer and dryer and one full bedroom and bathroom and balcony.Side B includes two bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bath between them, an additional sink in the master bedroom and a second balcony off of the master bedroom.There is a TV in the main living area of side A and a TV in the master bedroom in side B.Kitchen is ready to use with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, seasonings, coffee maker, and a complimentary bottle of wine for our guests to enjoy. Lounge at the heated outdoor pool & hot tub, or stay active in the playground, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts only a 5 minute walk away.The space:Spacious and modern with brand new silent central AC/heating, well equipped and remodeled kitchen. An elegant gas fireplace is the focal point of the main living area. Enjoy the covered balcony with a gas grill for your use while you take in the stunning views across the mountain. The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and shared ensuite with full bath and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds on top and bottom. Please note: due to weight restrictions, only one person can sleep on the top bed. All bedrooms have large HDTVs with cable. The living room TV is also a Roku TV so guests can tap into their favorite streaming services. The condo has fast wifi for your social and business calls, or streaming media. Included for guests use are brand new laundry appliances.Guest access:There are 8 condos in this building. Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. Enjoy a restful stay in this beautiful mountain home surrounded by woods. The comfortable furnishings and cozy rooms take you away from your everyday life. Sit by the toasty, warm gas stove and watch the wildlife around you or hike along the trails. Two minutes away, you can enjoy fun nightlife and restaurants at the resort itself. A shuttle will take you to directly from the home to the mountains where the family can ski, go tubing, or go to the resort. In the summertime, enjoy a massage at the spa, play tennis, or just have fun at the community pool. Ride down the Alpine slide, go ziplining, or golf 18 holes at the golf course. Ohiopyle which is nearby offers rafting, kayaking, and biking among several other outdoor adventures in the surrounding areas.The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen sports a gas stove, 2 refrigerators (one is in the garage), upscale cookware, and a filtered drinking water system. The location is a short walk to the association's outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball ball and basketball courts and playground. Bring the kids and connect to the outdoors in The Laurel Highlands. There are many State Parks in the area, mt. biking and hiking trails abound. Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Ohiopyle State Park are only 25 minutes away.THE PROPERTYThe main level has an open floor plan with the living room, eating area and kitchen. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is a powder room on this level, the master bedroom (queen size bed and a TV) and the master bathroom (2 bowl vanity, commode and jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Upstairs is a loft with two bedrooms on either side. The loft has a bar, TV and an arcade game (pac man). The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is also a single trundle bed, a single pull out Ottoman and a private bathroom.
