Everything was good. Reception maam is very helpful. Pathetic was breakfast. Mm t should mention its limited breakfast. They give 02 idly, half boiled egg in breakfast. My wife wanted extra, which we ready to pay extra, but that fat guy was so rude. We told him we don't think we come next time. His answer is, thats ok, its sole own property, my owners don't care if we don't come again. Pathetic. Room window curtain should be changed. . Rest was fine.

The short stay at vellara is everything I needed to get my work done in Bangalore. The location is easily accessible by auto or taxis. The food in the restaurant was simply delicious and affordable too. The highlight of the hotel is their housekeeping services ,where the staff were polite and mindful of the guest's needs and catered to it perfectly.

My Observations : > This property is located at a distance of 1.10 KM from Mahatma Gandhi Metro Station. > Eventhough the property is close Rickshaw Drives will charge 80 to 100 Rs. to drop you there. If you can walk then you can reach with in 15 to 20 min. > This property don't have inhouse restaurant. You have to order via swiggy or zomato. > If you are vegetarian you can order from Paakashala. Food is great. > This Property offers flexible check in I had opted for 10 am which they gave me after waiting 30 to 35 min at reception. > Room Cleanliness, maintenance, amenities are average. You will get AC, Geyser, Towel, Toiletries, 1 Water bottle etc. > If you stay further from check out you will be charged 200 rs per hour. > On normal days boarding metro is a task in peek hours so note that while booking. > Purple line metro will take you to KSR Statiom to M.G. Road.

It's a very good experience to stay there. Ambience was good, service was good it was hygiene & clean. Near hotel there is a cafe for morning breakfast. It's a famous hotel for breakfast nxt to richmond, but for dinner there is not available food in hotel richmond, we want to go outside and eat or parcel the food.

L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville. Mais le maintien de la maison d'hôtel est très pauvre. Il n'y a pas d'intercom dans la chambre. Pour chaque petit besoin, nous devons aller à la réception et demander. Même après les répétitions de l'équipe de service de souvenirs ne répondent pas. Le gestionnaire d'hôtel est bon mais pas son équipe.

A good property in Yelahanka. Decent sized rooms, neat, clean bathrooms. Good service. Breakfast is also good. Limited variety but what ever they serve, quality and taste is good. I stayed for 6 days. Overall my stay was nice and comfortable. I am only rating 3 instead of 4 due my experience during checkout. I was supposed to checkout by 11. I asked for time till 12 as my son who was staying with me had gone to his college. Due to strike on 22nd in Bangalore, he could not get cabs and got delayed. I checked out at 1 pm. The front desk executive was asking for late charges of 2 hrs. I informed that they had agreed for checkout till 12 pm. However he was rude and adamant. Finally I paid late checkout charges for one hour. This experience spoiled my over all stay.

The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. This hotel is in a good and convenient location. The hotel is well renovated and looks nice. However, there are a few issues and points that you should be aware of before checking in. 1. This is primarily a Vegitrian hotel. That is, you may find a meat dish, however it will be in the bar on the second floor, which is not very willing to visit. All breakfasts as well as dinners in the main restaurant will be exclusively vegetarian. 2. The quality of service is not up to four stars, this needs to be worked on. In my opinion it is not a bad hotel, but it deserves a maximum of three stars.

La procédure d'entrée et de sortie est simple, les gentlemen receveurs sont gentils et utiles La chambre est à bonne condition Le service de la maison est excellent ! Je me sens très bien de venir à l'hôtel chaque nuit et le personnel est toujours sourire ! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas beaucoup de choix pour les non-indiens, mais j'ai entendu parler de mon collègue indien qui a dit qu'il était très bon pour la nourriture indienne.
