Excellent location. Near to town centre on top of hill side with amazing valley views. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has antiques all around. Breakfast is alright. Juice, tea dosa idli omlette toast. It's a mix of honestly and hotel. Ypu don't get room service but ypu have a caretaker always there to help out. Tea coffee arrangement is there in room also can be ordered on charge. Lunch dinner can be arranged but ypu need to tell them 5 6 hours in advance.

Le séjour n'était pas au-dessus de la marque, les murs étaient en fuite, les portes de la salle de bain étaient en mauvais état, une matin, il y avait de l'eau partout dans la salle en raison de la fuite du mur, mais le propriétaire m'a fourni une nouvelle chambre sur ma plainte, mais elle m'a fourni une nouvelle chambre. il n'y a pas d'eau disponible dans la chambre, il faut l'emballer de la réception, l'eau chaude n'est disponible que de 7 h à 7 h 30 du matin et du soir, Ils disent que le temps est d'une heure et demie, mais ils ferment le geyser ou le cuisson après 30 minutes, donc si vous voulez un bout d'eau supplémentaire que vous devez aller leur dire de tourner le geyser, le savon n'est pas fourni jusqu'à ce que vous le demandez, La maternelle était très vieille et dans une mauvaise condition, un séjour en général OK seulement si vous êtes un voyageur unique et que vous cherchez un séjour très budget, ne vous attendez pas plus que cela sinon vous serez déçu.

Rooms and outside of the room has foul-smelling no proper maintenance and no hospitality. Not worth for the money and if you request them for good food then you will get the average food. Campfire free of cost in other hotels but here they cost 2000 even though that is only for campfire no music system. Only one best thing is its near to bus stand and some of the tourist places

Rich-win hotel is close to several tourist spots, and is close to the city centre where several cafes & restaurants can be found. The rooftop view is beautiful with the morning coffee, it would be better if they provided simple breakfast like bread omelette. But overall an amazing experience front desk is of great help running hot water in showers and sink. It is couple friendly as well.

We are a family couple from thanjavur, searching accomadation near bus stand, found this resort on google and booked a day. Rooms are maintained well and it was neatly arranged. Spacious bathroom and some amenties were kept. Ample car parking space, restaurant food are tasty. Thanks to sugmar and pragasam for arranging food and assisted near by attractions.

We have to wait so much time for everything, like food, hot water and break feast. Whatever we want they will not provide for break feast, only pongal and idly available for breakfeast. Food also very average not that much taste. For hot water they will tell from morning 6 to 10 eveng 6 to 8 but we have have to ask minimum 5 to 10 times then only water will come.

I was found from this room make my trip we are three guests two adults one child i booked for three person but there give only one double coat they told you need additional bed for children that will make extra charge not give wifi, soap and shampoo, and also not give bottle water

L'hôtel est propre et propre, la nourriture est également bonne, les gens amis. Pour atteindre le cottage est un peu compliqué depuis la route de la colline courte largeur et 20 minutes de marche de la junction du lac. En plus de cela, si vous voulez rester à distance avec la nature vous pouvez le choisir. J'avais réservé 2 chambres de luxe, mais le récepteur suggère de choisir des chambres combinées avec suite royale avec un coût supplémentaire de 500 rs.

We stayed at apple valley for a short duration. The room and bathroom were neat and hygienic. The facilities in the room are good with a hot-cold water dispenser, wardrobe, sofa, reading table etc. Lots of napthalene balls though, if you are allergic to the smell, please note. The location is in the city centre. If you need access to the bus stand this is a good choice. If you are looking for a peaceful resort with good views of the valley, you must go farther from the city. The dining area looked dark and cramped, and we did not feel like trying any food there. There are good veg-only options nearby for wholesome food.

Hotel needs some improvement. 1. Food i am a south indian so managed many north indian families who came did not have their regional foods. They have only standard idli, dosa and upma. For the amount 4star hotels offer 20 plus buffet items for this price. 2. Hot water is updated as 24 by 7 but hotel offers on stipulated timings of 2 hours in morning where you are forcing what others needs to do in their leisure timing. 3. Kettle is mentioned in part of facilities but was not provided and when i demanded them they provided. 4. Instant cofee or tea options not available in room. 5. Restaurant alacarte options will be mostly un available but they allow online food delivery, thanks for that. Restaurant staff are good and responsive. They mostly have women staff deployed at hotel and restaurants and their services are good.

This place is located in a steep area. Need to be careful while vehicle climbs. Roads are very bad. Room is also an average room. Bed spreads, curtains is very old. They still have a curt tv in 2023. Restroom is also having old pipes and fittings. Hill view is good. The complimentary breakfast is good. Other foods available at their restaurant is costly and not upto the mark. They need to improve and upgrade lot of things. Currently not worthy for the hefty tarrif they charge.

J'ai séjourné pendant 3 jours pendant la deuxième semaine de septembre, je voyageais avec ma famille, donc nous avons choisi la quatre chambres, à l'arrivée, le personnel a aidé avec des bagages et ils étaient aussi super amis, La chambre 4 Cot était très spacieuse et avait divers meubles comme un table, chaises, canapé, etc. Les salles de bains étaient super propres et bien entretenues. Une télévision et un téléphone portable ont été fournis pour appeler le personnel en besoin. Les petits-déjeuners offerts ne sont pas gratuits mais à payer pendant le check-out, Durant mon séjour, les prix pour le petit-déjeuner étaient 100/- et le thé était 20/- qui n'est pas très cher et la nourriture est quelque peu décente. Il n'y a pas de très bons restaurants à proximité, donc il est préférable de prendre un petit déjeuner ici. Le personnel est super amical et ils ont fourni un bon service. L'environnement de l'hôtel est décentment entretenu et vous donne un bon scenario. L'hôtel est proche de la plupart des attractions, donc voyage ne prendra pas si longtemps.

Rich-win hotel is close to several tourist spots, and is close to the city centre where several cafes & restaurants can be found. The rooftop view is beautiful with the morning coffee, it would be better if they provided simple breakfast like bread omelette. But overall an amazing experience front desk is of great help running hot water in showers and sink. It is couple friendly as well.
