Si vous prévoyez de faire une excursion à Sun World ou une croisière dans la baie d'Along (l'activité principale), l'hôtel est un peu loin de l'hôtel. Je préférerais séjourner près de Tuan Chau si je savais que tout se trouve à Tuan Chau. Je n'ai pas trouvé de bons restaurants dans les environs. L'hôtel est proche du marché d'Along. Les installations sont bonnes et la réceptionniste est sympathique. Le bar sur le toit est vide.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel City Bay. Le personnel était vraiment adorable et vraiment serviable. La chambre est simple et propre, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Je recommanderais si vous souhaitez explorer toute la région de louer une moto car se déplacer/trouver des taxis est assez difficile sans. Je recommanderais cet hôtel !

Really good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

Отличное расположение, чтоб переночевать ночь в ожидании парома на Катба. Номер уставший, все очень простенько, но это можно пережить, главный минус это постельное белье с пятнами и отсутствие пододеяльника. Пульта от кондея нет, стоит вентилятор. Холодильник в розетку не включён.

La famille nous a beaucoup appréciés sur Rita Cruise, qui nous a été transférés de Alisa cruise sur Ha Long Bay en raison de circonstances imprévues. Le transport de l'hôtel jusqu'à l'arrivée était bien. M. Alex et M. Happy sur le croisière Rita s'assuraient que tous les invités étaient soignés pendant le voyage. Les caveaux et les cavernes qui regardent dans un bateau étaient agréables pour tous. J'avais une expérience de cuisine à bord. Mon hubby et ma fille étaient amusants dans la pêche des équidés. La suite présidentielle que nous avons séjournée était étonnante. J'ai aimé le jacuzzi, la chaise de massage et j'ai aimé le mini golf sur le balcon. C'était un voyage mémorable et inoubliable pour nous. Merci M. Tony pour les souvenirs et pour le contrôle constant pour s'assurer que nous sommes bien. Le geste est très apprécié.

Cánh cửa phòng mình ở hơi bị xệ nên khi đóng mở nó khó hơn chút. Phòng vệ sinh sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng. Giường sạch và khi mở phong ra thì các bé nhà mình đã bảo “mẹ ơi phòng ở đây thơm thế” vị trí khá đẹp và đi ra biển gần. Hàng quán xung quanh nhiều nên nếu các bạn không có oto riêng có thể thuê xe tại ksan giá cũng mềm nhé để tha hồ đi foodtour. Cá nhân mình thì ưng từ giá cho đến chất lượng.

We had a fantastic time on the cruise! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the itinerary was well-paced, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious, featuring a bathtub with a jacuzzi and a standing shower overlooking Ha Long Bay. The journey began with a 40-minute ferry ride to the Venus Halong Cruise, where staff handled our luggage and guided us through check-in. Lunch was served at 12:30 PM, followed by a visit to Dark and Bright Cave at 2:30 PM. Due to low tide, we couldn’t pass through but still enjoyed the bamboo boat ride. Though it was too cold to swim in January, we had fun making Vietnamese spring rolls. Dinner featured fresh seafood, including lobster, with reasonably priced drinks. Wi-Fi was weak, but we were informed beforehand. The next morning, we skipped Tai Chi due to the cold but joined the fishing village tour before brunch. We checked out and were ferried back to land by 11:00 AM. Overall, it was a relaxing and scenic experience with stunning views of over 2,000 limestone islands. I just wish there were more activities onboard. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Le personnel masculin à la réception parle très bien anglais et l'attitude du service est professionnelle et amicale. La chambre est super grande, avec une vue de première classe, donnant sur toute la vue sur la mer, le pont et le Sun Park. Je continuerai à choisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai👍🏻 Le seul regret est qu'il faisait trop froid et que la piscine à débordement est en extérieur donc nous n'avons pas pu aller dans l'eau. La salle de fitness offre également une vue complète sur la mer, ce que j'apprécie beaucoup.

房間其實還可以的，但是還是有個情況，搞的很不爽 因為我這邊有三個朋友跟我們一起入住，在攜程上定的房間的時候，房間配置是一個大床加兩個小床，剛好是符合要求的。 但是訂完到酒店反覆確認，結果是酒店裡衹有雙床，沒有三床的房間，本來想重新定個房間的，又衹能在另外的樓層，感覺不方便，最後的結果是三個人擠在兩個床上，而且因為一個雙床的房間住了三個人，另外還被收了兩三百塊。 其實鬱悶的就是，我定的這個價格是按照三床的配置，實際上花這個錢卻衹有雙床，而且衹有一個房間 為什麼攜程上看到的房間配置與酒店實際配置不一樣呢？導致我下錯訂單，還多花錢，入住體驗打折

Our cruise was very lovely and the staff especially our tour manager Harry was exceptional. The food on the boat was very high quality especially the set menu for dinner. The views were amazing and the expeditions were lots of fun. I do have these concerns - on trip.com it states drinks and snacks are included on the cruise, this is misleading. This refers to one mocktail 250ml drink, and a bit of potato chips. Do not expect free drinks like water or soda or even just coolaid to be free to drink - you have to pay for everything. There is filtered water that you have to refill yourself at the back of the boat but this was a bit dodgy if you ask me. Breakfast and lunch was also good - not extravagant but hearty. There are also some hidden costs here and there where you have to pay extra for this tour or extra for that, which I whish was just all inclusive because I don't want to be bothered by paying for more things when on a trip.

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience! The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel City Bay. Le personnel était vraiment adorable et vraiment serviable. La chambre est simple et propre, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour de quelques nuits. Je recommanderais si vous souhaitez explorer toute la région de louer une moto car se déplacer/trouver des taxis est assez difficile sans. Je recommanderais cet hôtel !
