Premièrement, un contexte : j'ai eu la chance de rester dans certaines des propriétés les plus belles du monde, donc je compare La Majun à ces propriétés (Ritz Carlton, Quatre saisons, The Savoy, Claridges, etc). J'ai commencé à planifier cette vacance en 2019 pour une 2020 visi5. Après beaucoup de recherche, notre famille s'est installée sur La Majun. Natalie et Maura ont toujours été très réalistes à mes nombreux e-mails. Le voyage a été retardé jusqu'à cette semaine. Je base mes notations sur 5 catégories (échelle de 1-5, 5 étant le plus haut): Cleanliness, accrécision du site Web, responsivité de la communication, expérience de manger et interaction générale des invités: Cleanliness: 5 Les chambres étaient propres tous les jours et rien n'était jamais manqué. Le spa était également incroyablement propre (Nous avons essayé tout - sauna, salle à vapeur, piscine, chambre tranquille, tube de soudage). Précision du site : 5 Les photos sur le site étaient des images précises de la chambre et des vues. Responsabilité de la communication : 5 Bien sûr, j'ai eu beaucoup de questions au cours des trois dernières années de planification. Chaque courriel a été répondu et chaque demande a été exécutée. Parfois, quelques jours passeraient sans réponse, mais je savais enfin qu'une réponse serait offerte. C'était principalement pendant leur saison de départ. Natalie et Maura n'ont pas manqué ONE email. Expérience de manger: 5 Nous avons choisi le ”mid-board”. Le repas était bien présenté, de haute qualité et délicieux. Plusieurs offres pour le petit déjeuner (essayez de faire votre propre jus) et le dîner était toujours présenté avec une offre de poisson, de viande et de végétarienne. Le service était le plus grand (gratuit à Melina et Ale) Entretien général des clients : 500! Natalie et sa mère Roberta comprennent parfaitement ce qu'il faut pour faire sentir les clients bienvenus. Je lui ai demandé comment elle pouvait former son personnel et elle m'a dit qu'elle m'avait dit à chaque membre du personnel : ”Traitez chaque invité comme si c'était votre meilleur ami qui venait à votre maison pour visiter.” Chaque matin, nous attendions de voir Melina et sa chaleureuse ”bonjour”. Un appel spécial à l'autre personnel qui nous a fait sentir si bienvenus : Sacha (la personne de la cloche - qui m'a fait le bonjour !) Barbara (le bar offre - ne pouvait pas être plus agréable) Ale (la garde-se-sorridit nous tous les jours) Anna (office frontal - si utile) Melina (nous assistants - si personnalisées et si accueillantes) Roberta (Propriétaire): Une femme si belle dans son âme. Et enfin Natalie (Propriétaire): Les mots ne peuvent pas exprimer comment chaque membre de notre famille se sent à propos de Natalie. Nous l'aimons! Elle est très chaude dans son approche, elle est le modèle de la façon dont chaque hôtel doit fonctionner. J'espère que cette révision encourage tous les lecteurs à envisager un voyage dans cette région à cesser de regarder les révisions et à réserver ici. Enfin, tous les membres du personnel nous ont appris au revoir.
