J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 1 nuit avant la croisière, l'emplacement était assez central. Arrivés à l'hôtel et enregistrés, nous avons été informés qu'un dépôt de garantie serait demandé pour tout dommage causé à la chambre. Je n'ai pas vu cela dans un hôtel britannique depuis des années. Nous sommes allés dans la chambre qui avait été rénovée récemment, mais la salle de bain n’a pas été rénovée depuis quelques années. Globalement, un séjour agréable et j'ai bien dormi, donc j'y retournerais. Le seul problème est que l'hôtel se trouve sur un rond-point, il était donc difficile d'y accéder à pied à moins de tenter sa chance en traversant le rond-point.

Lorsque j'ai réservé, j'ai vu l'itinéraire le plus proche de l'école, mais le bus de l'aéroport est tombé en panne et nous avons porté les bagages pendant plus d'une demi-heure. S'il n'y a pas de bagages pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes, le bus peut faire plusieurs arrêts. Petit déjeuner pur anglais, omelette panée bacon jambon et pommes de terre, ainsi que quelques accompagnements et petits West Point, sachets de thé aux céréales au lait de fruits et j'en passe sont simples et propres, bref pour répondre à la demande. Un parking est disponible à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment de trois étages. Escaliers étroits, le jour de l'enregistrement, un serveur à la réception était très gentil, nous a aidés à porter les bagages à l'étage, car je suis venu étudier donc j'ai apporté beaucoup de bagages. Le jour du départ, un seul serveur était occupé à la réception, donc notre mère et notre fille C'est vraiment dommage que les deux descendent du troisième étage. Il convient aux enfants avec une nuit tranquille et les chambres sont climatisées.

C'est la première fois que je réservais un séjour chez l'habitant sur Ctrip. Pour être honnête, le prix est acceptable, mais l'équipement de cet appart'hôtel de deux pièces est vraiment médiocre, et il n'y a pas de manager en vue. Tout est conscient. La vie est assez confortable et l'environnement est bon. J'espère que le propriétaire pourra traiter les critiques de manière objective.

Honestly, I have been to many hotels around Birmingham and London, and I also work at multiple hotels as security. I have seen how they are from inside and outside, but trust me, this five-star hotel truly won my heart. The moment I entered, it gave me an old-fashioned feeling. The furniture was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The ability to play YouTube and watch movies added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Opposite the hotel, there are many food shops, and we went around 7:30 PM for food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. McDonald’s is just two minutes away, and a beautiful beach side is within a five-minute reach. The combination of luxurious accommodation and strategic location makes this hotel an absolute gem. Overall, my experience was extraordinary. The five-star hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I’m definitely booking this hotel again in the future. If anyone is interested in a truly remarkable hotel experience that combines classic charm, modern amenities, and a perfect location, I highly recommend visiting and seeing this exceptional hotel for yourself. It’s not just a place to stay – it’s an experience that will create lasting memories

This facility was a surprise in many ways. Across from the front of the hotel is a lovely little park. The check-in was easy (I could have even done an online check-in). The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was a studio apartment, nicely furnighed. There was a sink, hotplate, micro, and even a dishwasher which was unexpected.  I explored the surrounding neighborhood in several directions and found many places of interest. Some were historical, some were interesting ting eating & drinking venues It was not a long walk to the West Quay Mall for shopping or to the SeaCity museum.

Il y a une rue explosée de moto au matin, le bar en bas est plus épais, préparez-vous bien, le petit déjeuner est au sixième étage, vous pouvez voir un bon paysage, la petite ville de Southampton, ne regardez pas, ne recommandez pas de rester dans cette ville, il est recommandé de rester à côté de la Portsmouth.

Good location. The room is very basic. Had a triple bunk bed, lower bed was fine, but upper bunk was not clean and had bed bugs. Avoid room with bunk bed. The cards for the door kept not working and I had to go to the reception on multiple occasions to reprogram it. Parking is rather expensive (£12 a day) and I was not told that it is chargeable when registering the plate number at the reception at first. It was very noisy at night, so don't expect any good sleep if you need to have a window even slightly open at night. I could see rats around the hotel. I will not be back at Ibis budget.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The facilities exceeded our expectations – everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and beverages, everything was beautifully presented and replenished regularly. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily recommend this hotel to others!

L'hôtel était dans une grande position pour où nous devions être. Seul l'hôtel était utilisé pour dormir et pour le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas le meilleur, il était chaud et il est froid rapidement, mais dans l'ensemble, il a aimé notre séjour. Restez clairs sur les arbres lors de notre stationnement, notre voiture était une confusion sur notre retour.

Si vous voulez vous lever tôt, vous devez aller dormir au-dessus de la cuisine. Facilité de l'hôtel datée. Parking excellent, parfois surchargé par le long parking. Le dîner est excellent. Petit-déjeuner bon, service peut mieux. Hôtel très respectable.

The check in process was very easy, just took us some time to find the place because we thought it is separated from the pub but the reception is actually right in it so just walk straight in! Room was very cozy and equipped, very thoughtful to provide us with all the basic amenities plus additional items such as water, beer, milk, chocolate, coffee for coffee machine and even a postcard! Staff was really friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was also really amazing - you get to choose a main and a drink from their breakfast menu on top of a mini buffet spread that offered some really good pastries, salamis, cheese and more, so be sure to leave some extra time in the morning to enjoy it! However, there was a club opposite the place that was opened slightly pass midnight when we were there and if you're a light sleeper be sure to pack some ear plugs to go to sleep early. One of the corners of the wall also had a slight mold issue because the condensation from the bathroom must have caused that in the long run but it shouldn't be a huge concern though it will be nice if that gets fixed!
