La propriété est située dans une zone très pressée. Mais les choses à proximité sont bonnes. Conduite facile à atteindre n'importe où dans la ville. Temple Mankameshwar est très proche. Service est très bon. Mais avec les personnes âgées, trouvent des difficultés à atteindre dans les chambres de 2ème étage.

Lieu de transport : L'hôtel est à seulement 5 km de l'aéroport d'Agra et à 1 km de la gare d'Agra. L'emplacement n'est pas mal, mais il est un peu éloigné du Taj Mahal et nécessite un tuk-tuk, ce qui prend environ 20 minutes. Impression générale : L'hôtel est un bâtiment de style anglais avec une histoire de plus de cent ans. Avant de pouvoir être vu, son propriétaire doit être une grande famille locale. De nos jours, il existe encore de nombreux portraits des photos du propriétaire en tant que peintures décoratives. Les personnages sont dignes et bien habillés. On peut en déduire que la personne qui peut garder des photos aussi nettes à cette époque doit être d'origine extraordinaire, probablement un certain prince. Le service de la réception était très bon. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous a été offert dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Notre famille de trois personnes a chacun donné un tas de couronnes sur nos cous, et nous avons également mis un point rouge sur les sourcils, ce qui serait un signe de chance. Impression de la chambre : Les chambres sont de style très local. Du lit à la coiffeuse, tous les meubles sont très vieux et vieux. La chambre est équipée d'une télévision et la salle de bain est également très grande. De plus, en raison de la grande différence de température entre le matin et le soir, chaque pièce est également équipée du chauffage au mazout, il fait très chaud. Equipements publics : L'hôtel dispose d'un jardin à l'anglaise avec balançoires et chaises longues dans le jardin. Il y a aussi une piscine dans la cour. L'environnement est bon. Vous pouvez voir des singes dans l'hôtel. Services de restauration : Le restaurant de l'hôtel est situé au premier étage et propose des services de restauration en toute saison. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Après le déjeuner à l'hôtel, le prix est plus cher, la vitesse de service est lente et le goût est moyen, donc ce n'est pas recommandé. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est très local. Le personnel est attentionné et courtois. Quand nous sommes partis, nous avons également donné à chacun de nous un bonbon joliment emballé. Cela vaut la peine de rester à Agra.

We had a very comfortable stay at hotel ten square. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotlessly clean. There was enough natural light coming into the room and they also had double curtains. The location was excellent since it was just about one kilometre away from the taj mahal entry gate and with a few hotels located nearby, there were ample auto rickshaws available at the gate always.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Hotel in good location. Easy to reach there because every auto driver known this property. Comes in my stay it was fabulous stay. Rooms are well maintained and clean. J'ai donné un 1 au service car un membre du personnel est entré sans autorisation dans le dortoir réservé aux femmes. Toutes les serrures des chambres sont cassées et les portes ne peuvent pas être verrouillées. Quand je m'endormais le soir, j'utilisais la ficelle dont je disposais pour sécuriser la porte. Je n’avais pas d’autre choix que de le faire car ils sont venus d’eux-mêmes. Je ne sais pas si le personnel m'aimait ou pas, mais nous étions très proches et il y avait beaucoup de contact corporel, alors j'ai essayé de ne pas être seul avec eux autant que possible pendant mon séjour. Cependant, il a continué à me contacter même après mon départ et mon déménagement dans une autre ville. Comme je ne répondais pas, il m'a réprimandé parce que j'étais en contact avec d'autres invités, a commencé à les insulter et a finalement commencé à me maltraiter en utilisant un langage vulgaire. Il n'y a que la peur. Je ne veux plus jamais retourner à Agra, encore moins dans cet hôtel, tant que cette personne est là. Les autres membres du personnel et les installations étaient bons, donc je ne veux pas les diviser par sexe, mais cela pourrait être acceptable si vous êtes un homme. Certainement déconseillé aux femmes.

One of the decent properties if you're looking for a good option to stay with family or business travel. It's USP is the proximity to the metro, just 5 min walk. Rooms are decent, if not very spacious. They've maintained a good hygiene. There's a scope of improvement in service. Food was good but found very limited options in breakfast. Overall, a nice stay.

Believe everything you read about this charming hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and i hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! wow. Posto pulito e ben tenuto. Ho soggiornato nel dormitorio misto con 6 letti. Il bagno è privato, condiviso tra le 6 persone, ed è composto da wc e doccia insieme. La pulizia è giornaliera, e sono disponibili carta igienica e salviette di carta. Il letto è comodo e dotato di una lampadina, una presa di corrente vicino al cuscino e un piccolo ripiano dove appoggiare le proprie cose. Il check-in è stato rapido e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Taj Mahal, ottima qualità prezzo. Una buona scelta per un soggiorno semplice e confortevole!
