La réceptionniste de l'hôtel était très polie et a répondu rapidement à ma communication par courrier électronique avant le départ. Il a également confirmé à nouveau mes besoins lors de mon enregistrement. Le petit-déjeuner était riche, la chambre était propre et de taille moyenne, et il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit.

Mon expérience sur mytrip est un peu mitigé, sur le moteur de recherche du site je cherchais un hôtel au centre d'Amsterdam et là j'ai eu cet hôtel qui n'est pas du tout au centre d'Amsterdam j'ai dû prendre le train pour à peu près 10 minutes de trajet et ce n'était pas écrit sur la page de mytrip que l'hôtel se trouvait loin du centre. L'hôtel est propre, calme et le personnel est sympathique, la chambre était spacieuse, propre, la salle d'eau propre, le parking est cher, mais tout était nickel sauf qu'il faudrait écrire que l'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes en train d'Amsterdam centre.

Me and my friend stayed in this hotel for 6 nights primarily due to because we were attending a Dnb Allstars event in Zaandam at Hemkade 48 Fantastic Location, 2 min walk to the Zaandam Train Station and around a 15 min train to Amsterdam Centraal there’s plenty of shops around the area to do some Local Shopping (Primark, CeX, Albert Heijn) etc Was a great hotel, just extremely frustrating that no windows could be opened so the room was very very hot, while also no air circulation whatsoever at all was in the room the heating wasn’t very controllable was just always turned off! Would be 10/10 if it had air conditioning and possibly a window that could open! We did try and ask if anything was doable but we just got told to turn off the heating to which we did but no improvement unfortunately! And also one more thing to add to our discomfort was that the tap water from the bathroom sink was not cold whatsoever it just tasted like it had been stored in a bottle that had been sat in the sun for hours however luckily there was a water fountain down in the reception which I used to refill my water bottles but still would’ve much preferred to have been to have access to nice cold water from the room! Beds were good enough I suppose without being too generous writing this review but my back does hurt and ache from sometimes being uncomfortable With all that being said as an overall it wasn’t awful but some things did unfortunately ruin our experience and comfort!

Rooms lovely and big hotel in a great location next to amazing supermarket and a Turkish cafe and 10 minutes into a beautiful town centre and riund the corner to the train/bus station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful the only two negatives where we wished the room had a toaster considering it’s self catering we only had a microwave and kettle and tiny fridge. We only had breakfast in the hotel once the day we left and we were all very disappointed the receptionist had to tell the kitchen staff to cook some more food due to there being hardly anything there and for 17.95 it definitely wasn’t worth the money but overall I would recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel est dans le village de Wind Cars, le parking ici est gratuit, de là je fais le train directement à Amsterdam 20 minutes, et je trouve une option pratique. Je me sens très confortable et très pratique.

Ik ben meerdere keren in het hotel geweest en telkens is het toch weer anders. Het ontbijt was ingegrepen en de eerste keren kon het halen bij de Spar aan de overzijde van het hotel, de derde keer kon ik beneden in het restaurant ontbijten (erg goed), de keer erna stond het ontbijt in de koelkast en dat was echt een afknapper en deze keer was er helemaal geen ontbijt, maar dat was aangegeven bij de boeking. Het restaurant is een paar maanden gesloten. Wat ik erger vond was dat er geen waterkoker meer aanwezig was. Toen ik belde en naar uitleg vroeg werd mij gezegd dat de medewerker het zelf ook erg jammer vond en dat ik het warme water uit het koffieapparaatje kon nemen. Theezakjes waren er inderdaad, maar water uit een koffieapparaat is niet gekookt en smaakt naar koffie. Als je geen koffie lust, drink je ook die thee niet. Volgende keer zelf dan maar meenemen.
