C'était un cadeau pour mon père pour ses 50 ans et il a passé incroyable. Il dit que les installations sont impressionnantes et le repas a été inégal. ¡Y ne parlez pas de l'excellent service! Il est très bon pour vous, mais vous n'avez pas besoin de transport pour quitter le camping. Nous étions un couple et il était très gentil, même si ce n'était pas seulement adultes. Il y avait beaucoup de divertissement en direct à la nuit pour vous garder occupé. Nous n'avons pas besoin de quitter le camping et nous étions juste bien marcher à la plage et aller à la piscine. La nourriture était juste grande. Je mange beaucoup mais il semblait plus sain que la nourriture aux États-Unis. J'aimais l'assor** de fruits et légumes. Nous avons fait un spa aussi. Le divertissement était bien planifié et organisé de sorte qu'il y a quelque chose de différent chaque nuit. Je n'ai pas de plaintes. La prochaine fois que nous venons essayer un seulement resort adultes.

Il manquait de meilleur nettoyage des chambres, sous le lit était très sale, derrière les portes aussi. Dans la salle de bain, ils ne changeaient que les serviettes, sans le nettoyer. La structure de l'hôtel est très bonne, mais nous passons deux jours sans air conditionné, en raison d'un pan général. La piscine est très bonne, la nourriture et les boissons régulières.

L'hôtel dispose d'une voiture au guichet 35 à la sortie de l'aéroport, mais il y a un tarif de 40 dollars pour une famille. Départ à l'aéroport, il y a aussi une voiture à envoyer, mais aussi payer 40 dollars par famille. Le temps d'attente était très long lors de l'enregistrement. Les serveurs semblaient être très occupés et très inefficaces. L'assainissement de la chambre est moyen, et les serviettes et la literie sont très vieilles et pas propres et blanches. Mais on s'y sent très bien après avoir emménagé. L'hôtel est très grand et il faut deux jours pour se familiariser avec l'environnement. Nourriture et boissons tout compris, boissons comprises, il existe de nombreux restaurants avec des plats différents, très riches et riches en fruits de mer. Il existe également de nombreux petits salons qui fournissent de la nourriture et des boissons en dehors des heures de dîner. Bref, vous pouvez trouver de la nourriture à tout moment. La plage et l'eau de mer sont très belles. Il y a différents spectacles de grande envergure tous les soirs, ce qui est surprenant car je n'ai pas vu l'introduction du spectacle lorsque j'ai réservé la salle. Tout compris pour manger, boire et s'amuser à l'hôtel, une expérience formidable. L'hôtel ne ressemble pas aux photos. Quand je t'ai eu ma chambre, le premier soir, ma chambre sentait l'urine, comme si la personne qui m'avait menti avait fait pipi et que l'hôtel ne la nettoyait pas. C'était insupportable, j'ai dû demander à la réception de venir régler le problème car je n'allais pas pouvoir dormir avec cette odeur. La femme de ménage est venue et elle a balayé le sol et c'était bien mieux. La poignée des toilettes était cassée malgré la chasse d'eau. La pièce sentait l'humidité. Pas très sûr qu'ils aient changé les feuilles d'aiguilles que j'ai reçues sur place ou même après. La nourriture était entièrement artificielle, rien de biologique. Toutes les boissons provenaient de ces sachets. Même le sprite avait un goût différent :/ À New York, la nourriture était bien meilleure, il y avait de bons choix, mais toujours artificiels. Dans l’ensemble, ce n’était pas si grave, beaucoup de gens semblaient satisfaits. Je suis très pointilleux donc je remarque tout.

La nourriture était bonne. La plupart des métiers sont de bonnes personnes et plus si vous remerciez leur service avec quelque chose de soupe à temps. La chambre est large. Nous n'aimons pas que les toilettes et la douche n'aient pas de portes, elles sont ouvertes et peuvent se déplaire. Installations et jardins dans l'état parfait et propres.

Le service est excellent. Le lieu est très grand, donc soyez conscient qu'il y aura un peu de marche pour aller au lobby (où sont la plupart des restaurants). Lorsque vous êtes prêt à partir, vous pouvez demander aux clochers de ramener les bagages avec vous dans l'un des voitures de golf qu'ils utilisent pour se déplacer.

Нормально, но не стоит ждать ничего особенного. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтраки всего 3 варианта на выбор, один их которых пости всегда отсутствует. Есть свой маленький пляжный клуб с баром при втором отеле на пляже в пешей доступности. Персонал очень медлительный, как впрочем и везде в стране. Перед новогодней ночью попросили утюг, чтобы погладить платье, нам его так и не принесли. А комнате большой шкаф-купе и ни одной вешалки-плечиков. Холодильника нет. Большой балкон, ни одного стула на балконе. Все как-то непродумано

El hotel no esta mal pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. A parte del buffet en el comedor general, anuncian una variedad de restaurantes, que la realidad es que solo abren para la hora de cenar y esta tan mal gestionada la política de “reservas” que es prácticamente imposible cenar en ellos. Cuando pagas un todo incluido con 10 restaurantes lo mínimo es poder disfrutarlos. En el servicio encuentras de todo un poco, puedes tener suerte y que te atiendan personas amables, pero en nuestro caso hemos tenido sensación de que éramos una molestia para ellos. El parque acuático está muy bien y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Because I paid through a third party i was not allowed to amend my reservation and I end up stuck with all of the additional cost and the staff refuse to adjust my reservation. I paid for 4 people all inclusive from Thursday to Sunday. I had to book another hotel for sun to Monday. The hotel refuse to reimburse me for the other room and the additional people who could not makes the trip because they were in the hospital. Just sad...

We love the tropical feel of the resort. We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. The room was okay, quite small and a bit rundown and looks a bit different from what you see in the photos. Overall our stay was good. The beach was really nice, and there are lots of amenities in the hotel. It was also hard to book a reservation at the restaurants through their online app. Please stay away at the Tao Restaurant - ala carte. My husband had stomach flu and diarrhea after eating there. Too bad the hotel doesn’t want to do anything, so we ended up going at the private clinic inside the resort.

Estuvimos hospedados en el hotel Bakour y nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. La atención fue de alta calidad, familiar y extremadamente atenta. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La recepción fue especialmente destacada, gracias a la amabilidad y eficiencia de Kimberly, quien nos saludaba todos los días y nos mantenía informados sobre las actividades del hotel. Su atención personalizada y su disposición a ayudarnos en cualquier momento fueron fundamentales para nuestra estancia. Pero lo que realmente nos enamoró fue la actitud del personal en general. Desde Manuel, el vendedor de tours que se convirtió en un amigo y nos hizo varios obsequios sin compromiso, hasta los chicos del bar y el buffet, como Jazmín y Joan, que siempre estuvieron atentos y amables. Incluso Junior, que trabajaba por las noches, fue extremadamente sociable y nos hizo sentir parte de la familia. Celebramos mi cumpleaños número 27 en el restaurante japonés del hotel y el equipo nos preparó un festejo inolvidable. Nos dejaron un pastel y una botella de Aperol en la habitación antes de la celebración, lo que nos hizo sentir muy especiales. Aunque la playa no estaba en su mejor momento, la estadía en general fue excelente gracias al personal. Todos y cada uno de ellos se preocuparon por nuestra comodidad y felicidad, y eso es algo que no se puede medir solo con estrellas. En resumen, el hotel Bakour se merece las 5 estrellas con creces. El personal es extremadamente atento y se preocupa genuinamente por la experiencia de los huéspedes. Si buscas un lugar donde sentirte como en casa y ser tratado como parte de la familia, este es el hotel perfecto para ti.

Es un hotel es casi 5 estrellas, Lo mas positivo el personal todos super amables, con esa sangre super alegre, el mantenimiento del hotel super bueno solo algunos pequen̈os detalles como en los ban̈os publicos de mantenimiento general mas no de limpieza, la gastronomia es lo que pienso que puede mejorar un poco mas fuera del restaurante toro que era de alta calidad, la comida es buena pero no alcanza la exelencia. Visitamos todos los restaurantes y fueron buenos. No me tengo nada negativo del hotel lo malo para nosotros fue la playa imposible de ban̈arse mucho oleaje, los nin̈os no pueden ni jugar en la orilla super peligro incluso logramos ver una persona ahogamdose y gracias al servicio de los salva vidas lograron revivir a la persona. Las habitaciones bastante comodas y grandes, y si no estan interesados en comprar propiedad no acepten ir a la charla por los puntos porque van a perder media man̈ana. Y con los vendedores en las playas encontraran mejores precios Pero si solo buscan piscina y entretenimiento noturno con discotecas, casinos y teatros este es el hotel perfecto, si buscan solo playa no es el hotel aunque caminando como 20 min por la orilla se encuentran playas tranquilas.

Cette fois j'envisage de venir en Dominique pour choisir un hôtel pour longtemps. J'ai finalement décidé que le prix de Ctrip est beaucoup moins cher que les autres plateformes. Bien qu'il y ait un intermède au milieu, la pièce est également parfaite pour le voyage final. Le type de chambre a également été amélioré. Je suis malade tous les jours quand je mange à l'hôtel.
