If you are interested in purchasing, kindly let me know in advance, and I will hold the book for you. 10/10 GUEST REVIEWS Bill:A 5 Star ExperienceWe were in Pittsburgh primarily for a Steelers game, but also to re-visit our old stomping grounds in Allison Park (north suburb), where we lived years ago when I started my engineering career with USS corp. There were 5 of us in total, all family. Renting a home in Mt Washington was not even on the radar initially, our plan was a hotel downtown, but no go when the Steelers are playing at home. To say we are glad we did would be a huge understatement. It added so much to the experience. The house is in a great location, a very short walk to Grandview Ave and spectacular views overlooking the city. About 0.4 miles to the Duquesne Incline (albeit very hilly) and a little longer walk to the Monongahela incline, but still doable. The house is an a very old neighborhood, typical for many areas in and around Pittsburgh, however the interior has been completely updated and is very lovely and comfortable. A few highlights: 1. Communication with Nicole was superb. She was ultra timely, professional and very thorough, as good as it gets in our experience. 2. Furnishings and supplies in the house were well thought out from a renter's perspective, including things like spices, coffee, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and bath towels, bedding, and plenty of pillows on the beds and in the living room. 4. Check out was simple and straightforward. A final note. Mt. Washington is extremely hilly, almost crazy hilly. But don't let that deter you, the location is the best.Jay: Blue HavenProperty was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay just outside of the down town area. A short drive/uber ride away from the heart of the city. Nicole was a gracious host, easy to get ahold of, and offered great recommendations.John:Pittsburgh tripWonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend this propertyTHE SPACE **Kitchen**The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, and all the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal. There are 2 dining tables, and four people can be seated at each table.**Living Room**Savor unwinding on the cozy couches as you watch your preferred series on the high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services (Please note-access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.). This is the ideal location for guests to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family.**Bedrooms 1 & 2**Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a deluxe king-sized bed with premium bedding. There is a nightstand with a lamp in each bedroom. Additionally, dressers are provided so that visitors can store their clothes there. **Bedroom 3**Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized mattress with comfortable linens and pillows. A nightstand and a dresser for storing clothes are also included in Bedroom 3. **Bathroom**The large, fully equipped bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and was recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Use the hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, and premium towels that are provided, along with the personal care products. **Laundry** A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost. **Outdoor Space**Guests have access to a shared concrete backyard area that is the ideal place for dogs to relieve themselves. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer from this centrally located place. Steps away from a grocery store and a variety of restaurants/bars, you can also take the famous Pittsburgh Incline down to a trolley station and travel all throughout the city including to the North Shore where the stadiums and casino are located. In addition, it is a short walk to the famous city views at the Grandview Overlooks.Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall mounted TV. Notice the 9 foot ceilings. A stunning dining table with 4 chairs and an arc floor lamp are located near a window overlooking the side yard. Enjoy the fantastic, modern kitchen filled with all the utensils and gear you need to cook up a master meal and drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee grounds. There is a deck off of the kitchen with two comfortable zero-gravity chairs. Head back inside and upstairs and you will find a large full bathroom with dual sinks. The bathroom's 2nd door leads to one of the entryways of the large king bedroom that includes two long closets on either side. The King bedroom features ample storage space, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed with two stunning lamps on either side. Head up to the 3rd floor and you will find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, up to 10' ceilings with sky light, a ceiling fan and a walk in closet. We do include a dog gate, but that should not be used to block off toddlers at the top of steps because it is not made for that and not sturdy enough.The townhouse features three off street parking spaces - two in the driveway and one in the garage. Mt Washington is a safe and very walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, a bakery, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor and a grocery store steps away. It is also a 4 minute walk to the Grandview Overlooks and Monongahela Incline which travels down to the Station Square Trolley Station, offering quick access to anywhere in the downtown area. By car, it is an 8-10 minute drive to downtown and to the North Shore (Acrisure Stadium / PNC Park / Casino / Carnegie Science Center).Check yourself in with the keypad on the front door. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, la chambre était propre et hygiénique, et la réception était accueillante. L'emplacement n'est pas facile à trouver, le nom de l'hôtel et l'enseigne ne sont pas très cohérents. La navigation était une route de montagne et il a fallu beaucoup d'efforts pour la trouver.

C'est vraiment un château, magnifique mystérieux, merveilleux. Les installations sanitaires ne sont pas bonnes, mais elles sont aussi sanitaires. Le bébé est défini dans la chambre du troisième étage, l'élévateur est au 2ème étage. Quand il est arrivé à l'hôtel, le jeune homme de l'hôtel a aidé à monter au 3ème étage, mais quand il est parti, le jeune homme est sorti du travail. Je suis désolé de voir le vieillard de la gare. Je suis désolé. Je peux descendre moi-même. Je suis très fort, ce n'est pas facile 😅

Was coming to town for baseball games at PNC park. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to fields. Arrived at noon and the check in was smooth. You need your room key card to go up In elevator. Stayed on 17th floor with city view, could see a little of the Clemente bridge and PNC park. The hallway had a musty smell, room was clean, just a few cosmetic things. Didn’t feel like the AC was working very well. The maid service respects the door hanger and won’t bother you. I didn’t drive or park but valet prices were a little steep.if was to come back for another sporting event, I would stay there again.

C'est un hôtel très fashionable, de descendre à séjourner, chaque personnel que je vois est très enthousiasmé et honnête! Merci particulièrement à la belle réception, les belles femmes de cheveux courts, nous ont fourni plusieurs cartes et feuilles de route pour les différentes universités, très pratique! Et l'hôtel est situé dans la ville universitaire, très pratique!

L'hôtel est très propre et confortable, la garde-robe est simple et élégante et est propre partout. La salle de bains et la salle de bains sont indépendantes, confortables et un entrepôt. Il y a un petit bureau, un petit canapé, un séjour consécutif ne se sentira pas congestionné pendant quelques jours, très bon, nettoyer une chambre deux jours, très bon. Le jeune homme de la réception est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est bon, l'auto-assistance américaine.

The front staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. This one was for senior citizens that came in for a family event. We requested a room that was close and close to the elevator. Both of which were accommodated. There was appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comforters, but because it was a double room the seniors decided to put their luggage on the that bed.

We love the location. It’s closed to University of Pittsburgh where we visited. There are many restaurants along the road nearby. You need to pay for a parking about $22 per day. The parking is just right across with the hotel. The room is decent. There is small kitchenette in the room if anyone wants to cook an easy meal. . I hope the room will be cleaner. The pillow is too soft and thin. It makes our sleeping uncomfortably.

Le salon de la ville est très propre, il a beaucoup d'équipements, comme les toilettes de designer complimentaires, l'ouverture du bouteille de thé, les verres de vin et bien sûr le bain de la chaussure. L'hôtel n'a pas de bureau de front, donc tout est virtuel, un peu différent de l'enregistrement traditionnel, mais si j'avais lu avant de réserver le processus aurait été extrêmement indolore. Le personnel de la table était très utile.

L'environnement est meilleur autour de l'hôtel, il y a un bon paysage de petit parc de rues sur la rivière. Le transport de l'hôtel est confortable et il y a un bus à côté. Et l'hôtel dispose d'un bus de shuttle lui-même pour envoyer les invités aux attractions environnantes. Le patron du conducteur est très aimable. Les installations de l'hôtel sont réglementées. La chambre a un petit réfrigérateur, mais pas de micro-ondes. La chambre est grande, parce que le soleil est très froid pour le nord. Le service du personnel est meilleur. Le prix de l'hôtel est pratique pour le stationnement.

Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre de Pittsburgh (sud de la rivière Monongahela). Seul le point négatif est que vous devez passer par une zone plutôt sombre avec laquelle certaines personnes peuvent se sentir insécurisées. L'hôtel lui-même est bon, la chambre était spacieuse et les lits très confortables, la salle de bains a montré des petits points de moulage - rien de grave. Il a eu une grande sélection (œufs, bacon, sauces, douces, pain, fromage à crème, jambon et yogurt, ainsi que la farine d'oignons) et il était très goûtant - ce que nous avons apprécié. La machine à café à l'intérieur de la chambre était vraiment fou, j'ai pressé le bouton pour insérer le café et il est presque tombé séparé. J'ai notifié au récepteur et il m'a dit que je pouvais toujours avoir du café et de l'eau chaude de la zone de petit déjeuner qui était très appréciée. En séjournant là-bas, un week-end, j'ai utilisé un parking public - gratuit - dans la proximité directe et n'ai pas payé pour le parking d'hôtel assez cher.

Il a besoin d'une boîte à lettres perdue de l'hôtel. Quand on a trouvé les choses vides, on a appelé l'hôtel plusieurs fois. Une dame a laissé une boîte à lettres, mais il n'y a pas de réponse à deux courriels jusqu'à présent. J'espère pouvoir fournir une boîte à lettres officielle pour essayer de trouver
