I am Lifetime Titanium within the Marriott Rewards Program. That means that I have 40 years of experience staying at Marriott Hotels around the world. Never have I encountered a Marriott Hotel that is this pathetic- this badly managed and run. The restaurant’s food was, at best, substandard and, at worst, just plain bad. No flavor in any of the overpriced dishes. One expects to pay more at a Marriott restaurant in the hotel. One also expects to receive a good meal. Yes, the overpriced was there. The good meal was not. Far from it. Then there’s the Club M on the 5th floor. To call it a Club M is nothing short of a bad joke. They post hours for the various “amenities,” breakfast, snacks, etc. Why bother? Nobody is there. Nothing is there. Not even a bottle of water. Too pathetic! Finally, our room. There was nothing actually wrong with the room, save for the Rave Club whose noise made sleep impossible until well after 2:00 am. One might argue that the hotel is not in charge of the club and it’s noise. My counter argument is that they have to be aware of that impossible to deal with noise so when the hotel barely has anybody booked (as it did not when we were there) then, for God sake, fill up the other side of the damn place first so people don’t have to deal with this impossible to sleep through noise. I’d rather be at the end of an airport runway! No thought given to the food. No thought given to the Club M. No thought given to the comfort of the hotel guests; not even elite Marriott members. This hotel is an absolute failure and should be *****ped of its franchise designation! Then, there was the room. Room

L'hôtel a dépassé mes attentes. Le prix pour Hilton points par nuit était un bar. (Le prix en espèces était également très bon.) L'emplacement était bon, avec un magasin à 5 minutes de marche. En tant que membre du Hilton Diamond, j'ai été mis à jour en suite. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Il est très bon d'avoir une piscine et un gym avec tout un entier dans une station de levage. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande très bien cet hôtel superbe!

En général, un séjour non si satisfaisant sans fritures. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres qui offrent des hôtels encore moins chers à Tuxtla, ni aucun sol sonore. Les feuilles ont vraiment pu endurciment et il a semblé invitant. J'ai trouvé un épinard, très petit et 2 ancêtres qui se creusaient sur mon lit, mais je les ai évacués doucement. Je suppose que leur entretien n'existe pas et il montre. Glad the scorpions and snakes avoided me ... just joking.maybe ...The housekeeper was crying around at 8 a. Fortunately I was already awake. The building is really old with another huge building next to this one. La maison de lit je fuis habituellement de ... La vue était terrible à un mur, bien que je sois diamant élite ihg. Alors c'était leur mise à niveau? J'ai mes raisons que je ne fréquente pas beaucoup de vacances. Et j'étais encore à droite. La boîte de sécurité était en train de mourir le moment où j'essayais de la fermer, donc ils ont vraiment changé tout au lieu de changer les batteries (nous n'avons pas de batteries) ... le gars à,d me littéralement il ne se sentait pas comme être envoyé au centre d'achat de nouvelles Il est revenu avec une nouvelle boîte de sécurité plus tard. Quel hôtel! Le reste n'était pas beaucoup mieux ...it's comme voyager de retour en 1975, apparemment rien n'a changé depuis lors. Le restaurant a semblé terrible avec ses lumières qui serait plus approprié pour éclairer un hangar aéroport ou un passage de la frontière internationale que un endroit où vous mangez mais ok ... leurs gardiens étranges qui ont beaucoup plus à faire sur leurs téléphones cellulaires que Les hôtels sont très bien placés pour vous faire un parking.

hôtel bien situé près du centre, excellente nettoyage dans les chambres climatisées, piscine, eau chaude, lits confortables, dormi très bien. Pour les achats rapides vous avez la pharmacie devant et un oxxo très proche. Le personnel est très chaud, très chaud, très disposé à servir, conseiller de bons endroits pour visiter. Il a un restaurant (bien que je n'y ait pas mangé), le menu de petit déjeuner était complète.

hôtel simple avec piscine petite. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de bains large et propre, d'un réfrigérateur avec plusieurs bières à 35 pesos (1,5 euros) et d'une terrasse très agréable pour pouvoir les consommer. Bon climatisation dans l'appartement. Toiles brisées, très dégagées, seulement deux surcoûts de savon comme amenities. De la douche tard à sortir de l'eau chaude, avec très peu de pression et de débit. Pas très recommandé si vous voulez dormir plus de 8.00 am, car à cette heure, ils mettent la musique très haut, que ce soit le week-end ou non, si vous allez prendre le matin, sans problème. Ils ne permettent pas de consommer de nourriture dans les chambres. Ils nous ont fait prendre la charge de la chambre sans avis et sans demander de signature sur la carte de réservation, ce qui nous a amené une commission de notre banque. Il est déconseillé de prendre le petit-déjeuner avec la chambre, car ils comprennent deux biscuits, le beurre, la marmelade, les fruits et le café, si vous voulez plus d'argent, vous recevez une récompense. Ils nous ont offert des œufs séparés pour 35 poids (1,5 euros), mais le lendemain ils nous ont dit qu'ils étaient 50 poids (2,1 euros), mieux demander la lettre à l'heure actuelle. Sur votre site web, vous indiquez que pour plus de 2 nuits d'hébergement, le transfert vers l'aéroport est gratuit; nous vous avons demandé plusieurs fois pendant des semaines et nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse jusqu'au jour de votre voyage, Nous avons donc déjà contracté le transport avec une autre agence.

Un endroit très gentil, très gentil à tout moment, ils m'ont donné la chambre avant le check-in, le contrôleur de nuit très gentil aussi, le repas du restaurant est bon, à un prix très acceptable, J'ai fait des tours et ils étaient toujours en attente pour ne pas les perdre.

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans les chambres, et ils ne t'avèrent pas avant que tu ne sois pas à mi-baignoire, tu ne le remarques pas, les récepteurs sans la capacité de donner des solutions, ils m'ont dit que je voyais une autre chambre d'autres personnes pour qu'ils s'y baignent. Il a fini par dire que si je voulais me monter un cube et une résistance, ce n'est pas une option si vous portez des gens de 3 ans; des bains sales et si vous rapportez que ce n'est pas vrai. Lits sales, la clé est bloquée tous les jours, les Camaristes attentifs. Il n'est pas 3 étoiles, désolé d'installations parce que l'hôtel est beau, l'administration est très malveillante.

L'hôtel est super bien situé à deux carrés du parc de la marimba et à mi-chemin de l'avenue principale, l'attention de son personnel de réception est très agréable, le Wi-Fi est excellent et l'eau chaude sort de merveille, Le petit déjeuner qui vous est donné est limité mais avec un goût très bon, je vous le recommande vraiment.

Cet hôtel est situé dans le centre commercial de mode, l'une des meilleures places que j'ai vu. Pour entrer à l'hôtel, vous devez prendre l'ascenseur parce qu'il est sur le 3e étage. Le service d'entrée a été rapide et facile. Depuis l'arrivée, les mesures de prévention couvrant ont été suivies. La chambre très confortable et propre. Idéal pour arriver après un bon jour de tour. Le seul contre-cours est que la boîte est fermée et ne m'ont pas aidé à l'ouvrir pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est accueilli avec de bons repas, de l'hôtel. La position de l'hôtel est très bonne pour pouvoir commencer les voyages dans les environs de la Tuxtla.
