Bonjour , Les installations et le service correspondaient à nos attentes . Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer ,la montagne , la piscine ou les jardins quitte à payer un peu plus, venant de France pour admirer la beauté des paysages . Nous avons eu une chambre (53)qui donnait d'un coté sur la rue (avec une petite terrasse ) et de l'autre sur le parking ! Nous n'aurions pas relevé pour une nuit mais nous en avons passés 6... Nous sommes donc très déçus par l'apport de TRIP sur cette réservation , la prochaine fois nous nous adresserons directement à l'hôtel . Cdt

From 11/3/2025-11/18/2025 there will be weekday water shutoffs for plumbing repairs on the unit just below mine between hours of 8:30 am-4:30 pm weekdays only. This is why the calendar is giving a huge discount during that time if you are interested. There are showers on the beachfront and a bathroom in the weight room that willl be useable. Most people are out during the day anyway either on beach or relaxing under an umbrella or touring. So if you want a huge discount now's your chance. Newly remodeled kitchen and bath in this condo with an ocean view and located on a beautiful beachfront that has the best snorkel and swimming beach protected by a reef, with lawn like carpet and a Sandy beach where you can swim with turtles or just sunbathe, kayak or snorkel. Beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkel equipment included along with a cooking kitchen and many pots and pans with large fridge and oven and stove and a free washer dryer and AC for your use and free parking. We just installed a bigger colder AC.Condo always uses new clean linens and bedspreads on the memory foam matreeses and pillows along with frequently updated brand new bath mats and towels and beach towels as well. You’ll love this condo and its country location with all the charm Hawaii beachfront has to offer in this unique property with a perfect swimming beach with crystal clear waters where turtles breed and swim and walk around freely. Sometimes there are manta rays and monk seals. The bay is protected by a reef so no worries about predators from the sea. Additionally there is work on the far end of the building that doesnt effect this unit to much and we offer a huge discount in addition and it’s only on weekdays and intermittent noise so most people are touring or on the pristine beachfront so they don’t care and no one or very few have complained. October 2024 updates: Newly constructed upstairs deck, Brand new window ac unit in master bedroom, new patio furniture, new sectional couch in living room. Our beach estate is located on over an acre of land, just one house back (a quick 30 second walk down a sandy beach path) to one of the best white sand beaches in Hawaii. This is the only beach in Hawaii to consistently show up as one of the top ten beaches in the world lists. Unlike most beaches in Hawaii our beach is mostly free of tourists so you can actually have space and relax. On weekdays you will virtually have the entire beach to yourself!Our 2200 sq foot home neighbors some of the finest properties on Oahu, just doors down from where the Obama family stays when they come to Hawaii. One of the very few properties that is actually a LEGAL vacation rental and has been since the early 90's, so you can be assured that your rental will be available when you arrive! Our property offers the utmost relaxation and tranquility. Feel the white sand between your toes, bask in the warm Hawaiian sun, dive into the crystal clear aqua waters, and be glad you've made the best choice for your Hawaiian vacation! Our two story house offers Ocean and Mountain Views, one house back from Kailua beach, 30 second walk down a sandy beach path. We are also just about a 5 mine drive to the famous Lanikai Beach. There are two large lanais one upstairs (with ocean and mountain views) and one downstairs. Brand new deck as of October 2024. The house is situated on an acre of land with lush landscaping, allowing ample room to lay out in the Hawaiian sun or let the kids play. The yard has beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove. The house has one King bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. We also provide a pack n play if needed. It has two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combo the other with a walk in shower. The master bedroom (king bed and a twin) and one full bathroom are located upstairs where the kitchen, dining room and living room are. The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. It has a full sized oven, four burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen has four barstools, perfect for hanging out while meals are prepared or for casual breakfasts. The dining room table seats six and there is also an outdoor patio set complete with tables and chairs with an ocean view. New sectional couch in living room. You'll spend most of your time on the spacious covered outdoor lanai. The home is located on the coveted Lanikai loop—a two and a half-mile street that circles around with cut-through streets along each block.
