J'aime la position et la propreté de l'hôtel. Il y a quelques parkings gratuits à proximité sur la rue. Les murs sont un peu minces, les conversations des unités voisines seront entendues. La chambre était bien équipée et plus grande que la moyenne. Seul le problème réel était avec les verrous électroniques. J'ai payé pour un check-in précoce mais je ne pouvais pas entrer à un moment déterminé, en raison de la question de l'hôtel entier avec des verrouillages. J'ai trouvé relativement rapidement, mais d'autres clients ont été verrouillés pendant des heures. Basé sur d'autres commentaires, il y a beaucoup de questions avec leur système de verrouillage de porte. Indépendamment, je penserais rester ici encore.

Terrible hotel , sleepless nights !!! all hotel rooms equipped with very laud noisy heating system without switch off function. I complained first room and staff was very polite and offered different room and ear plugs, unfortunately didn't work. I was slipping 2 nights there with ear plugs but still hearing the noise from heater. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect normal sleep.

C'était probablement l'hôtel le plus sale dans lequel j'ai séjourné. J'ai trouvé un morceau de métal de la taille de ma main sous le drap du lit. Cela signifie qu'ils n'ont pas changé les draps de la chambre avant notre arrivée. Nous pouvions voir des empreintes digitales partout - sur les miroirs, sur le cadre du lit, les bureaux, les autres meubles. Le sol de la salle de bain était sale. Il y avait des gouttes de café sur le mur (à côté du lit)

Nice big hotel, but not the cleanest. Found several different hairs in the shower, bathroom and by the bed that weren’t mine and they were different colors. Bed was comfy and the gym was really good (new, huge and clean), because it’s a private gym for people who live in the luxury building across the street. Check-in staff were friendly :).

The hotel is located in a great area and is in walking distance to the museums. The room we recieved however was a different story. The television was not working which was disappointing for my children. The airconditioner was also not blowing air because the filter was absolutely filthy. We also got charged more than what the initial price as stated was.

Super hôtel. C'est un peu en dehors du centre-ville, vous devez donc utiliser les transports en commun ou un taxi. L'hôtel était très clair et le personnel était vraiment sympathique et serviable. L'enregistrement n'a été possible qu'après 16h00 et nous avons dû attendre notre chambre 20 minutes car elle n'était pas prête. Le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant. Très simple.

It was an overall worthwhile and satisfactory experience. There was one incident though where I requested for a cab service to DCA on the night before I checked out. There was no reservation made. It’s quite disappointing but it nevertheless worked out for me since I had other means. But had I not, I would have thrown a fit! At the very least they should have reconfirmed with me at the time I checked out if I still needed the cab service. Apart from this, all else was great- the food choices for breakfast, even the coffee and tea options. Location was also great since it was quite near the White House and CVS. The room was also about right size for a single occupant, clean and with adequate amenities.

Le bureau de front est en train de se rendre à la réception le 4e jour et ils ont été ”choqués”. Ils n'ont jamais réglé ça. Je me suis occupé à une personne différente chaque fois et pas un seul n'a pu s'occuper de l'une des questions ci-dessus. La dernière fois que je suis resté ici.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

Excellent hôtel, central à Georgetown. Excellent service, centre de fitness haut de gamme, très bon restaurant. Tout le personnel du Four Seasons est super sympa et serviable. Chambres super calmes et très bien agencées. J'étais heureux d'être surclassé et j'ai pu utiliser mes Trip Coins pour réduire légèrement le coût. J'espère être de retour!

Sur le campus, le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement bon. Dommage qu'une chambre ait deux petits déjeuners et qu'un seul ait été utilisé, et qu'un autre soit plein à craquer. Il y a un repas de puddine sur le marché de l'union, qui est une nourriture réconfortante du sud.Il a été emballé dans un sac et apporté au musée d'art le lendemain, attirant d'innombrables regards.

昨天回國前，我選擇入住華盛頓君悦酒店，整體體驗有亮點，也存在一些讓人不太滿意的地方。 走進酒店大堂，第一感覺就是開闊敞亮，空間十分寬敞，完全沒有其他酒店那種人來人往的擁擠感，在裏面踱步都覺得自在愜意。辦理入住的速度也很快，工作人員會貼心遞上一張介紹紙，上面清晰標註了酒店各項服務設施和注意事項，方便又實用，好感度瞬間拉滿。 然而，當我走進分配的房間時，心情一下子就低落了。這次被安排在角落，房間的佈局有些奇怪，採光也不太理想，給人一種壓抑感。衞生間更是“重災區”，空間狹小得，而且衞生狀況堪憂，洗手池裡居然還殘留着別人的頭髮，瞬間就讓我對酒店的衞生管理打了個問號。本以為五星級酒店在衞生方面會做到極致，沒想到卻出現這樣的問題，實在有些失望。 在入住流程上，也有不太人性化的地方。別的五星級酒店衹要能在攜程平台預訂成功，就可以自行辦理入住，而這裏卻必須要有21歲及以上的成年人協助才能完成check - in手續，這對於獨自出行或者同行夥伴年齡不符合要求的客人來説，無疑增添了不少麻煩。 不過，酒店的行李員服務倒是可圈可點。他們態度熱情、動作麻利，主動幫忙搬運行李，一路還耐心解答我的疑問，從他們身上能真切感受到酒店的專業服務素養，這也算是在這段不太完美的入住體驗中為數不多的温暖時刻。 希望酒店能在房間分配、衞生管理和入住流程上加以改進，相信這樣會給客人帶來更優質的住宿體驗。

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner, mais il y a pas mal de repas en bas et autour. Il y a deux chambres, un salon et un canapé-lit, qui devraient pouvoir vivre en famille. Je ne connaissais pas la situation de stationnement sans conduire. A quelques pas se trouve la Maison Blanche, et l'environnement environnant est très bon. Je le recommande vivement aux amis qui veulent aller à Washington pour jouer.

Le terrain est très bon, les attractions sont essentiellement dans 2 kilomètres. L'hôtel, bien qu'un peu ancien, est toujours très goûtant. Le service est insuffisant. Après avoir emballé Amazon à la réception, j'ai demandé deux fois que je ne l'avais pas dit, j'ai finalement pris une photo de la voiture Amazon avant de dire que je l'ai trouvée.

Hôtel très central (à Georgetown). Excellentes chambres. Merveilleux service. Le seul problème quand j'étais là-bas, c'était que la cuisine était en panne à cause d'un petit incendie la veille. J'ai été prévenu à ce sujet juste avant mon séjour. Ensuite, les ascenseurs sont tombés en panne pendant une soirée. Le personnel a compensé.

Les employés étaient très aimables et ont été plus hauts et plus loin d'être très bien servis. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a une ferme de navette juste à l'hôtel qui a facilité l'accès. Nous avons aimé marcher autour de DC! Nous AMOUVions notre séjour!! L'hôtel est difficile à dire parce qu'il est réservé de nuit temporairement. Il a dit directement à la réception qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre, mais j'ai réservé à Trip.com. La chambre Wi-Fi est à payer. Je l'ai trouvé pendant un demi-jour. Le service est très mauvais. Il a déjà été payé entier à Trip.com et j'ai reçu 750 mètres de préautorisation pendant trois jours, J'ai également acheté une autre chambre. La réception a toujours dit que la chambre était pleine. Après avoir contacté Trip.com à 12 heures de la nuit, Trip.com a dit qu'il y avait une chambre, parce que l'hôtel avait déjà été facturé, puis je suis descendu pour trouver l'hôtel, un autre personnel de la réception a été très bien attitudé, pour nous aider à ouvrir la chambre. L'hôtel a annulé le petit déjeuner buffet pendant l'épidémie, maintenant converti en un repas en ligne. Il perçoit une redevance de 6 mètres par personne. Le petit déjeuner est très pesant, pas mal. Parce que nous sommes sortis la nuit, le premier jour, il n'y a pas de nettoyage. Il est 7-8 nettoyage tous les jours. Quand nous partons, nous appelons la réception pour la faire. Le lendemain, j'ai appelé la réception et la réception s'est plainte de savoir pourquoi nous sommes sortis si tard.

Il n'a pas une évaluation complète parce que le dernier jour dans la chambre 920 à 6 heures quelque chose à l'intérieur de la chambre, il semblait la climatisation, a commencé à faire un bruit immense qui a réveillé mes parents. Par ailleurs, excellent décoration, lit super confortable, personnel super sympa. Il a du café et du thé gratuit. Je resterai à nouveau dans le même hôtel.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de magasins de produits de cuisine à proximité. Il y a 1 à 2 kilomètres de la Maison Blanche Lincoln, mais DC n'était pas grand. La zone de la chambre est également propre, c'est-à-dire que le matin, vous arriverez à la porte pour demander si vous voulez nettoyer la chambre. Ensuite, vous ne prenez pas la chambre sans contacter.

L'hôtel est situé juste près de la station de l'Union, mais il y a un problème massif avec les sans-abris qui se pendent à l'extérieur. Notre famille a réservé la chambre en ligne avec Trip et l'hôtel a préautorisé notre carte $340, à l'arrivée facturée $200 dépôt et a pris un autre $190 pour une raison quelconque jusqu'à ce que o ait retiré l'autorité sur la carte. Le séjour de deux nuits est égal à 740 dollars pendant que nous attendons des remboursements. Si vous voulez un trou de bout à Washington DC, ça va, pour un environnement familial en raison de problèmes à l'extérieur et de charger des questions, ce n'est pas le lieu de visiter.

La chambre est très grande, la climatisation est un peu douce, le lit est très confortable, je suis vraiment amoureuse. Il y a un micro-ondes dans la chambre que je ne pensais pas. Il y a un supermarché en dessous, donc vous pouvez acheter de la nourriture chauffée à l'hôtel pour manger. La position est bonne, il y a environ 13 minutes à pied de la gare commune (la première image est que je navigais ce soir) à 10 heures, une fille me promenait à la nuit et était sûre. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du Congrès. Le premier jour, il y a un coup de bébé (environ 16 $), La voie était claire quand je suis retournée à l'hôtel la nuit, je suis allé passer le lendemain, pas loin, je suis allé par la gare commune, il y a environ 15 minutes. L'hôtel est également proche du métro, je suis allé deux minutes. D'une manière générale, ça va.
