Enjoy what this 1-bedroom cottage has to offer. This quaint property features 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed in the bedroom, along with a cozy living room with 1 twin bed and 1 futon. The Mill Brook runs along the backside of the house, you can sit by the brook and have a beautiful fire to unwind. The cottage is cozy & small, but offers all the amenities including boosted WiFi, a small kitchen, and plenty of space to kick back after a day of adventures. Lawson's Brewery, American Flatbread, and Mad Taco are 5 minutes down the road. The location of the cottage are perfect for dropping your bags and getting outside. You will be surprised how the Tiny House lives much larger than it's size.The Tiny House resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot/shuttle. The Tiny House backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land.The Tiny House features an American Leather Comfort Sleeper Sofa which is considered the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market. It is a technological marvel, easy to use, and its foam mattress guarantees a great night sleep.The surprisingly well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ and Fire Pit for grilling and smoring!The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling. Heating is provided by Radiant Floor Heating, a 4000-Watt Micathermic High Output Wall Heater, and a NuTone 1500-Watt Heater/Fan in the Bathroom. The Tiny House easily stays as warm as you desire even in sub-zero temperatures!High speed Internet (100Mb Down/10Mb Up) and WIFi. Ellen (Sugarbush) and approximately 2.5 miles from the parking lots at Lincoln Peak (Sugarbush). This home features three bedrooms and two and half baths. Along with a queen sleeper sofa in the basement, it comfortably sleeps 8 people. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, additional dining around a large kitchen island, first floor sitting area, upstairs TV/Loft area, huge TV area in the basement plus plenty of parking. The home features radiant heat and a gas fireplace. Please note this home is not air conditioned but does have large ceiling fans to circulate air. This home also features a huge wrap around deck with lots of outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv space, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to the town of Waitsfield!Our home offers a blend of modern mountain with amenities to boot. Radiant floor heat, on demand fire, fast/reliable/high speed wifi & Roku TV's. Conversely you can completely disconnect here, finding the beauty in the simple parts of Vermont hillside living. The fresh mountain air and sunsets (rises) will be sure to bring you back to a peaceful place. We're proud to offer a simple cozy place for you to call home in the green mountains.Please note: our home has a studio apartment above the garage that has a separate entrance which we also rent. There is one insulated wall that is shared with the home, very similar to condo living.
