C'était notre première fois à Chalet Anna. L'appartement est petit, nous étions 3 personnes, il suffit pour nous. La salle de bain et la grande chambre sont modernes. Les meubles de la chambre avec son âge, le canapé pourrait utiliser une refroidissement. J'ai signalé que la porte au grand lit.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre temps dans cette chalet. Nous aimé qu'il était si proche du terminal qui était très confortable. L'appartement lui-même était aussi grand. La seule pitié était qu'il n'avait pas un four ... Sinon, il était un temps de relaxation.

Les fans de la montagne de rêve ont toujours voulu vivre dans un film si beau. À Trip.com, beaucoup de gens de cette région ont vu la maison et ont finalement choisi la maison comme un lieu de séjour de Greenewa. C'est un modèle de gestion familiale, géré par la femme de la maison. La maison est très chaude, la dame est également gentille et la communication anglaise est fondamentalement libre. La chambre dispose d'un petit balcon, vous pouvez ouvrir la colline de rêve. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas beaucoup, le pain de l'angle est particulièrement délicieux, le paysage de la fenêtre est particulièrement bon à l'arrière-plan de rêve.

La chambre est assez neuve et propre. Elle aurait dû être rénovée. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur l'Eiger. Malheureusement, la chambre que j'avais réservée sentait la fumée de cigarette. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et permet de voir l'Eiger, ce qui est très agréable. L'hôtel a des heures d'arrivée et de départ désignées, et les gens ne vous serviront que pendant l'heure indiquée. Personne ne vous aidera après cela. Le service que j'ai rencontré était que l'itinéraire a soudainement changé et j'ai dû partir plus tôt que l'heure de l'hôtel. Il y avait un numéro de téléphone à la réception pour demander du service, mais la réponse que j'ai reçue a été ”nous vous avons dit notre heure de service, nous Je ne peux pas t'aider, hahaha”.

We are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel. The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel. The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room. We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food.

Très bien situé, à moins de dix minutes à pied de la gare et de la station de téléphérique, et il y a un supermarché de taille moyenne en bas. Nous sommes arrivés à 8h30 du soir, et le personnel nous a même appelé pour confirmer et a attendu jusqu'à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est également bon, et j'ai aussi donné la carte de bus Grindelwald, recommandée ! La ville est si belle, je veux revenir par une journée ensoleillée. 😌🫶🏻

The room is spacious with a great view. we checked in late at around 10pm, so the host left the instructions and keys at the front desk for us to collect. However upon checked in we found the heaters in the room did not work, so it was very cold for the first night and there was no front desk we can ask about it. The heater was switched on the next day but it was still not as warm as expected. This can be troublesome during winter time.
