In the central, oldest and most beautiful part of Tbilisi, in a historic house: in a few minutes you are at central tourist places or at the metro. Nevertheless, it is possible to sleep quietly at night, because the bedroom is well insulated. The interior is made of natural materials, stone and wood. In the courtyard we have a small coffee table and two chairs for our guests, so you can enjoy the midday sun comfortably in front of the front door.The spaceThe accommodation is warm in winter and cool in summer. All materials in the apartment are stone or wood. The house was restored in 2016-2018. Originally it was built about 150 years ago.There are several light sources in the apartment, which can be adjusted in many ways: Dimmer light, cozy medium lighting or bright.The bed measures 1.40m. We bought a new "Gold" mattress from JYSK in April 2024. The apartment is about 20 square meters in total.The ceiling of the apartment is low in the entrance area (about 170) and the bathroom reaches a height of about 190cm. However, the main room has a high ceiling. The room has two small external windows (at the door with the view of the yard and above the sink with the view of the basement stairs). To get into the apartment, you have to go down a few steps. Half of the premises are located in the basement. In short, the apartment is as shown in the photos! It is great, with limitations. However, the apartment is not necessarily suitable for very tall people. It is ideal for people with a maximum height of 180-185cm.All our guests read very carefully the house rules. After booking you will receive a message with all the info.Guest accessYou are welcome to stay in the patio and use the table and chairs I have left for you. The table and chairs may also be used by the residents of the apartment next door.Other things to noteI would like to underline some important things: In my home all people are welcome, no matter what nation or religion. Шикарный вид с веранды на 8 этаже, где завтраки. Вечером там пусто, и можно сидеть наслаждаться шикарным видом на город, даже если ваш номер на низком этаже и без вида. Завтраки нормальные, есть из чего выбрать (омлет, яйца, иногда блины, сосиски, овощи тушеные, йогурты, колбаса сыр, орешки, хлопья). Номера комфортные, свежие. Хорошая сантехника. Матрас жестковат, не самый удобный, но белье чистое, и в целом все хорошо. В номере очень не хватает зеркала в полный рост! В ванной зеркала недостаточно, чтобы увидеть, как одет, особенно если вы низкого роста. Также стоит добавить маленькую полочку в ванной для шампуня, геля - приходится ставить их на пол. Персонал очень доброжелательный, говорят и на русском, и на английском. Спасибо!

不滿意的地方：住了四天，衹打掃了一次房間衞生，還是跟前台説了之後。 剩下都是優點，酒店位置非常好，到自由廣場和要塞走路3-5分鐘，車可以到酒店門口，抬頭就能看見格魯吉亞媽媽。 前後3個前台，2女1男，都非常禮貌耐心周到，有意願幫你解決一切問題。 房間不太大，衞生間很大，配色很雅緻，各方面設定沒有短板。就是，我們一樓一個房間在離前台側面2米遠的地方，前台跟保潔和客人的互動，房間裏可以聽到，稍微受點影響。

La position est relativement pratique à distance de la ville et des attractions principales, et il est possible de marcher! Il y a beaucoup de cafés autour de lui. Au début, il y a beaucoup de malaise à cause de problèmes de communication linguistique! J'ai bien aidé Trip.com à traiter OK!! Le petit garçon fluide anglais de dix ans dans le magasin derrière est très enthousiaste et hospitalier, il donne beaucoup d'aide et de chaleur! Alors le salon est toujours bon!

Всё было супер, квартира нам очень понравилась: всё было убрано, чисто, как на фото. Приятный бонус был в уборке спустя 4 дня, хотя мы находились всего 9 ночей. Хорошие хозяева, отвечали на любой вопрос, также пришли на помощь, когда понадобились одеяло, тёрка и тостер, в тот же день всё принесли. На улице много котиков, они приходят, мы их подкармливали. Минусов не было, но были особенности: на улице было довольно много ос, может быть, в октябре что-то там особенное цветёт, поэтому есть за столиком на улице было сложно, хотя вид очень манил. Также нужно учитывать, что квартира находится на горе в Старом городе, спускаться одну минуту, подниматься три, ничего сложного, но для кого-то это может быть тяжеловато, особенно, если много багажа. Также стоит упомянуть, что раз это Старый Тбилиси, то это центр, а там бывают вечеринки, нам не мешало, мы ложимся поздно спать, но перед ночным перелётом было не очень приятно. Музыку слышно даже снизу, но это происходит не всю ночь. А в целом расположение очень удобное, до всего добирались быстро (лучше на автобусе, чем метро).

Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Great little hotel away from the touristy areas but fairly close to the airport. We used it to stay over between two flights with no desire to expolore the city itself. Very modern clean big rooms, modest but very pleasant breakfast. Incredible small yard with a warm  clean water.  Definitely will stay again!

Расположение для автопутешественников отличное. Напротив бесплатно можно припарковаться. До метро и проспекта Руставели тоже недалеко, правда обратно в горку идти. Но можно и на такси недорого. Завтрак пока хромает, не справляются ребята, все быстро заканчивается. Набор стандартный, качество хорошее. Шведский стол с пятницы по воскресенье, нам в четверг по меню приносили (на выбор из 5 вариантов по 3 блюда). Кофе хороший стал за доп. деньги. В делюксах двухместных дверь на балкон не полностью закрывается, внизу свозит, кондей выручает. Вид берите только на город, иначе вид на стену (т.к. в отеле этажи идут вниз) нам проапгрейдили, за это респект большой им. Вообще ребята стараются, все вопросы решают оперативно, скоро всё наладят и будет конфетка. По русски говорят, все очень доброжелательные.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être meilleur, mais à part cela, les femmes de ménage doivent être un peu calmes lorsqu'elles nettoient les chambres spécialement le matin. Elles doivent également faire quelques rénovations. A part ça, tout va bien. J'ai demandé à prolonger de deux nuits à la dernière minute mais ils ont accepté sans hésitation. Les chambres sont bien nettoyées.

Без воды. Все просто отлично и место и сервис и персонал. Говорят на грузинском, английском и русским, возможно и другие тоже, но эти 100 %. Персонал доброжелательный и очень внимательный. Завтрак полноценный, можно составить любой, какой сами себе придумаете. Продукты свежие и качественные. Никто не смотрит, что вы себе положили сметаны в суповую тарелку, главное скушайте все. Была даже сушёная дыня, она конечно на любителя, но она была. Много сухофруктов и свежих фруктов, молочная продукция в полном ассортименте- начиная от сметаны и творога до йогурта и молока. Вид из окна просто шикарен, а если ещё и выглянуть... Район гостиницы сам по себе очень колоритный. Время проведенное в Старом Тбилиси будет хорошим воспоминанием и будет мотивировать вернутся в Грузию и любоваться остальными красотами страны. Был всего один полный день и чуток второго. Всего ночевал две ночи. Про стоимость - меня устроила, ведь за яркие впечатление не жалко денег. Все удачных поездок.

Après avoir donné Ana, Front Office Supervisor mon Marriott Member# elle nous a donné une mise à niveau gratuite. Le Trip.com accord a inclus le petit déjeuner qui était un superbe buffet. Tous les membres du personnel nous ont traités avec un grand service toujours avec un sourire. Lorsque notre séjour est fini, nous avons dit que la prochaine fois que nous avons besoin d'un hôtel à Tbilisi, nous serions de retour au Courtyard.

Hier soir, j'ai atterri tard et je suis arrivé à 1.00am. Lorsque j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel, un haut membre du personnel masculin européen m'a demandé « qui êtes vous » et était très inamical. Je ne voulais pas causer de problèmes, donc je lui ai parlé gentilment. Je suis venu avec mon petit ami et mon sac. Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. Il a été très mal conduit tout au long du processus d'entrée et m'a même facturé, même si j'avais déjà payé sur l'app Tip.com. le matin , à 8.55am le matin, il a ouvert ma chambre. Il m'a fait sentir suspect et insécure ici. L'hôtel s'occupe de cette question avec cette personne. Parce que le comportement de cet homme est très insécure pour les touristes. Ou est-ce parce qu'il me considère comme asiatique, donc il me trahit? L'hôtel est très bon, mais je ne pense pas que l'hôtel soit détruit par des gens qui se comportent de telles manières insécurisées vis-à-vis des clients. La première nuit, j'espérais me détendre et commencer mon repos de Noël, mais la première fois que j'ai rencontré quelque chose de mauvais comme ça.

Nous avons réservé une chambre à 45 mètres carrés, mais après l'arrivée, nous n'avons donné qu'une petite chambre, et un lit au-dessus du toit est enveloppé, le toit ne peut pas être droit, il frappera la tête sans attention. Parce que la langue ne peut pas communiquer, je ne peux pas laisser tomber toute la nuit.

L'hôtel où nous avons séjourné le soir du réveillon était très bien situé, la rue en contrebas étant le lieu principal du réveillon. En revanche, le service en chambre était vraiment difficile à décrire. Après tout, nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, mais elle semblait très petite, et nous avons expressément confirmé auprès de l'hôtel s'il s'agissait d'une erreur. Il n'y avait pas de brosse à dents, seulement une paire de pantoufles, et le minibar était fermé à clé. Nous n'avons reçu qu'une seule couette, et nous avons dû appeler deux fois pour en obtenir une autre, qui nous a été livrée plusieurs heures plus tard. Le pire, c'est que le minibar était fermé à clé et qu'il y avait un problème avec la bouilloire. Nous avons appelé deux fois et attendu toute la nuit, mais aucune eau n'est arrivée. Comme j'étais pressé de prendre mes médicaments, j'ai failli boire l'eau du robinet directement. L'expérience a été très mauvaise. La réception était bien, avec plusieurs jeunes gens très enthousiastes et bavards, mais le service client était vraiment médiocre.

La chambre n'est pas très propre, mais il n'y a pas de bougies, il n'y a pas de turboréacteurs écrits, ils ne l'ont pas demandé, le ventilateur chaud est mauvais, la porte est brisée à moitié, il n'y a pas de bougies Mais la position est très pratique, vous pouvez marcher à 15 minutes à pied sur la place libre. Les rues voisines sont très belles et marchent chaque jour. Vous pouvez regarder le chemin.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Brosse était bon . Le gestionnaire de bureau front nous a guidés super facilement. Le design de l'hôtel était très moderne et unique! Je dois également mentionner la position parfaite - centrale, vous avez tous les magasins de convenience, restaurant et cafés proche! J'ai vraiment aimé les croissants sur mon petit déjeuner, les serveurs étaient super belles aussi! Je resterai si je reviendrai à Tbilisi pour sûr!

La cuisine est simple, mais délicieuse, et l'équipe de cuisine a fait tout le repas se sentir comme chez elle. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables, bien que les équipements sont de basedon't expect 5-star luxe, mais il est très juste pour le prix. La situation est un peu en dehors du centre, mais bien connecté via la gare d'autobus. Grand prix et même mieux personnes.

Отель отличный. Находится в центре, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номер просторный, всё качественное- сантехника, постельное бельё, полотенца.Банные полотенца очень большого размера. Уборка, смена полотенец ежегодно. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный- два вида салата, омлет, копчёный лосось, яйца, овощи, фрукты, несколько видов выпечки, орехи. Данный отель рекомендую всем

La chambre est sur la demi-colline, nous sommes arrivés la nuit, la vie est inconnue, le patron est bon, il nous regarde bien se reposer avant de partir. La chambre est propre et propre, il y a un petit supermarché en dessous, c'est pratique.

Hi, Negative points are: 1. We hanged sign ”Clean up room”, but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part. 2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning. The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly. He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service. To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.

They gave 2 towels which was really good. The shower was hot enough! Very nice and clean. Bed was comfy. No foul odor. Had a fridge, sink, washing machine. And a 24hr desk so it was very convenient. Temperature also good. Many things to do near the hotel. Many restaurants. A supermarket right below near the hostel. Many sulfur spas near the hostel. Overall great!

L'hôtel est excellent, à 5 minutes de la métro. Parmi les petits défauts - il n'y avait pas de vêtements, ainsi que le fait que nous avons reçu une chambre au 1er étage (2 réels), alors que au stade de réservation dans la description de la chambre, des photos du 3e ou 4e étage ont été affichées. Dans le reste - l'un des meilleurs hôtels de Tbilisi.
