As owners we are familiar with every aspect of the accommodation, down to even the most minute detail.You are therefore able to book this villa with us, safe in the knowledge that the information you have been given is totally accurate and that it is in the 'premier league' of accommodation available in Playa Blanca.IF THIS VILLA IS UNAVAILABLE for the period you require, we have other almost identical villas available which might have availability - see property references 1845271 and 6909170 - put reference number in the search bar above to view.Las Brisas is a large complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey with some of the properties being time-shared and others, as this one, owned outright. Due to its efficient management and superb facilities it has for many years been granted R C I Gold Crown Resort status. The site facilities include a well-stocked shop, snack bar/restaurant and bar plus pool tables all of which are poolside. Seating for family entertainment which takes place several times per week in the evenings is also by the bar area and has been enclosed by glass panels so that it is available for use all year round. There is also a big screen TV for important sports fixtures and a separate games room for children. A children’s playground is located by the pool and tennis courts which are floodlit at night also add to the facilities. The pool area is immense with sun loungers and thatched sunshades provided for your comfort. The swimming pool is very large and there is a separate children’s pool, which are both heated.The position of this villa is quiet but convenient being in the heart of the complex away from the hubbub of the bar but only about 300 metres from the pool. It is a semi detached villa with an enlarged patio to enjoy the sun throughout the day and the outlook is onto a big beautiful mature garden. A patio set and sun loungers are provided for your comfort. Inside the villa is modern and comfortable and quite different from other villas on the complex. The lounge has 2 leather sofas and good lighting + a library of books The bedrooms are laid out as 1 double room (with king size bed) with an en-suite shower room, 1 twin room with a bathroom next door, all the beds have very recently been replaced. Kitchen facilities in the villa include oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Other facilities include satellite TV, DVD player, safe, hairdryer and iron. This is a popular villa with both families and couples and is now one of the best properties on this complex with its modern stylish look.Free wi-fi is available in the villa and reception. There are air conditioning/heating units in both bedrooms which work on a pay as you use basis and heating available in all areas for the winter months if needed.Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but beach towels are not. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up.Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool, there is also an outdoor shower & toilets for your use. The reception office is staffed by helpful, friendly people who are ready to assist you 7 days a week until 10pm so late arrivals are always catered for plus there is also a small store for essential groceries also open late. A tennis court to the rear of the complex adds to the amenities to be enjoyed on this site.The atmosphere on this complex is very laid back, friendly and cosmopolitan making this perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent as it is very central being opposite the harbour and only a few minutes walk away from the beaches, shops and restaurants and all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.If you like being closer to the pool but without being splashed then this is an ideally located villa for you. It is on the flat and about 50 meters from the pool and 100 meters from the reception building.The villa consists of 1 double bedroom (with king size bed), 1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room en-suite. The main bedrooms have recently been refurbished with new furniture and beds which provide much storage and comfort. Mosquito nets & security are fitted to all opening windows. Nous avons passé un super séjour, quelques bémols des cafards dans la chambre (chose qui est ”normale” à Lanzarote d'après les locaux), on nous à donc changé de chambre (en grimaçant un peu), ceci étant nous en avons trouvé d'autres dans notre nouvelle chambre avec deux lits simples au lieu d'un lit double qui était notre demande sur la réservation. Autre bémol dans la chambre où nous étions on entendait beaucoup les tirages de chaises ou autre comme un déménagement chaque soir et le matin le réveil des dames de ménage (que je respecte pour le travail ingrat qu'elles font) qui tirent leurs chariots de nettoyage dès 7H00 du matin et qui vous réveillera forcément. Les bons points, le petit déjeuné excellent qui est d'une grande variété, nous ne pouvons pas juger le restaurant nous ne l'avons pas essayé. La piscine et le cadre vraiment très beau. Petite mention à Sabine, avec qui nous avons longuement discuté, qui nous à beaucoup conseillé qui est d'une extrême gentillesse.
