Why not both?Our tranquil neighborhood is located centrally between downtown Seattle, sporting venues, the airport, and the beach. Private parking for cars and extensive bus lines provides guests access to all of Seattle’s awesome attractions!About the Space:Welcome to our charming 1900 sq ft home with recently refinished wooden floors, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a serene backyard.The house is equipped with a 1 gigabit fiber and mesh Wi-Fi network which allows for great coverage throughout the home. There are two working spaces equipped with office chairs, no and two couches which are great for lounging and working.Central AC and heating keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Numerous space heaters and fans are present throughout the house for localized temperature control.The kitchen is recently remodeled and fully stocked with stainless steel appliances. Guests should find all the kitchen basics and necessities for cooking at home.The entry floor features one of two living rooms with a cozy couch and connections to our dining room/kitchen and hallway. Also on the entry floor are our two main bedrooms.The "Black" bedroom is modernly styled featuring a king bed and smart TV equipped with a Roku. It serves as an access point to the deck and backyard.The "Green" bedroom has its own AC and heating unit as it is cut off from the central HVAC system. This room features a queen bed.Downstairs contains our family room with a large couch, working area, fireplace, and a 65 inch TV with a Roku sound bar. Also downstairs is the "Twins" bedroom which contains two Twin XL beds which are perfect for sleeping individuals.There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 3/4 bathroom with a grand shower downstairs. Both bathrooms have skylights to feel spacious. The laundry unit is also downstairs.Our favorite part is the backyard which is nearly fully enclosed by trees and brush with no neighbors on the backside. It has a deck, cabana, and string lights to enjoy all throughout the day.Don't forget to check out the unfinished treehouse in the back!There are two NOT-CONNECTED dwelling units on the property, the main house (you will be staying in) and a small guest house on the left side which we are staying in. Guests will have full access to the backyard and front patio. We do our best to respect our guests privacy and will be available only per request.Guests will have uninhibited access to the entire backyard and main house on the property. Guests will NOT have access to the guest house on the left side of the property and the guest house patios in front and back. This is where we will be staying.With our luscious landscaping and beautiful temperatures, we do get lots of harmless insects in our garden and outdoor spaces. This includes spiders, ants and flies. We recommend not leaving doors open, especially at night, to prevent insects from coming inside the house. La location de cet hôtel est parfaite. Le personnel de la chambre frontale est très amicale. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous n'avons pas essayé leur petit déjeuner parce qu'il n'est pas inclus dans notre réservation. Il y a une chose à noter, c'est qu'il y a de la construction juste devant l'hôtel. Tous les points de vue sont bloqués et un peu bruyant. Je le recommanderai.

C'était l'une des meilleures expériences de l'hôtel de ma femme et j'ai jamais eu. Il a commencé avec un valet incroyable nommé Earnest. Il était le valet le plus congénieux et amiable que j'ai rencontré. Il n'a pas pu partager notre camion de 1 tonne dans le parking souterrain. J'avais un tas d'outils dans le dos pour un emploi d'installation informatique que j'étais en ville à accomplir. Il a quitté son chemin pour m'aider à vider le véhicule et a vérifié tous les objets (qui étaient beaucoup) dans la zone de bagages de l'hôtel. Il a ensuite aidé à trouver un parking de rue qui était dans une zone sûre, et nous a effectivement économisé 60 $ en frais de parking. Après tout ceci, Earnest a fait une suggestion de dîner étonnante et nous a même fourni des coupons qui nous ont beaucoup sauvés à notre dîner. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Ma femme et mon enfant m'ont accompagné sur cette visite d'affaires. Ils sont devenus enfin visiblement fous. Le bureau a noté et fourni toutes sortes de livres de couleur, d'artisanat, de jeux, etc pour mon 4 ans. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas reçu son nom. Le personnel (chacun de nous a parlé, l'un d'entre eux a nommé Cindy) était vraiment préoccupé et disposé à nous aider à trouver les objets. Appelle-nous à nous mettre à jour avec leur recherche régulièrement, et même offrir à nous envoyer les articles immédiatement après qu'ils ont été trouvés. Le personnel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Chaque chambre dispose d'une porte de lait, et l'électrique est entièrement rétrofitée parce que l'immeuble prédait clairement l'électricité. Le café est un café, un salon, une usine de soins de la peau et une vocale sur le site. Je resterai ici sur chaque visite à Seattle.

Comparaisons l'hôtel nouveau, tout est bon 😂, les dents de dents doivent être portés par vous-même. Si vous voulez un hôtel, il faut 20 dollars pour un ensemble, 60 dollars pour un parking par jour, enfin, vous devez payer les frais de ville et les taxes. La chambre est très propre, le paysage est très bon, nous vivons dans la salle de la mer, nous pouvons voir le soleil sortir sur le lit, La marche peut atteindre beaucoup d'attractions.

La position est bonne, aller au marché de Pike environ dix minutes. Le prix est le plus bon marché à proximité. La chambre est propre et propre, mais petite, l'effet d'isolement est généralement le plus important. Si vous habitez sur la rue, vous entendrez le bruit et le choc de la voiture. Et le climatisation est une fenêtre, l'effet est très bon, mais le bruit est assez grand. C'est un problème général de l'hôtel américain. Si vous voulez être calme, vous avez une chambre à la rue arrière, pas de climatisation. L'hôtel n'a pas de restaurant, vous pouvez vendre le repas et avoir un 7-11 pendant deux ou trois minutes à pied près.

Points positifs : Les suites avec cuisine sont adaptées aux familles, le petit-déjeuner est plus abondant, il y a un simple dîner américain gratuit du lundi au mercredi, et il y a une navette pour le centre-ville de Seattle et le marché autour de l'hôtel. 10 minutes en voiture de Gas Park, UW, Kerry Park; Inconvénients : Il n'y a pas de restaurants et supermarchés accessibles à pied. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture ou d'utiliser la navette de l'hôtel pour voyager. La chambre trop près de la route principale est très bruyante.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

C'est très pratique, car il est situé au milieu de la tour spatiale et de la place Pike, qui peuvent être atteints à pied. La chambre est propre et large et dispose d'installations confortables. La chambre de mon établissement est connectée à la prochaine chambre par la porte (elle est fermée, ne peut pas être ouverte), même à minuit, la chambre à côté est très douce, essayant d'ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas cuit à l'hôtel, y compris le hamburger réfrigéré, le pain, le yoghurt, le coco * et les fruits. La région a commencé à fonctionner le matin et il est donc recommandé de dîner en dehors de l'hôtel.

Plongée à la marche de tant d'attractions de Seattle : ferries, le Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour ainsi que The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. Le seul handicap est le parking - comme la plupart des hôtels de grande taille, il n'y a pas de structure de parking attachée. La structure de stationnement payée ($10-$32/day) est d'environ 1 bloc de ville à l'hôtel et est un peu schématique si vous venez / partez à des heures réellement tardives/précoces. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer pour voir la grande roue. La chambre d'hôtel dispose d'une bouilloire (c'est important pour les chinois). 🛏️ Très grand et confortable. Il y a des peignoirs. Je l'ai acheté au marché pour seulement 10 $. J'ai acheté un bouquet de fleurs juste à temps pour Noël.

Fantastique. Petit déjeuner inclus, à proximité de Space Needle et du Museum of Pop Culture. Facile d'accès au Westlake Center, au Pike Place Market et facilement accessible pour une excursion d'une journée. La machine à café 24h/24 et 7j/7, la laverie en libre-service sont très attentionnées. La connexion Wi-Fi aux mobiles chinois continentaux est un problème. Il n'y a aucun problème de connexion avec l'iPhone. L'épicerie G/F vous permet d'obtenir de la nourriture tard le soir à votre arrivée. La boisson de bienvenue à l'eau de chaux est rafraîchissante et les équipes de restauration ainsi que d'entretien ménager sont professionnelles et serviables même aux heures de pointe. Le parking des clients est le bienvenu. Je recommande vivement cette auberge à la ville de Seattle et aux voyageurs d'affaires. Elle est proche du Seattle Center, donc également du Pacific Science Center et du Children's Museum.

Pour voir son fils, cet hôtel est juste au bord de l'appartement de son fils, très nouveau, très propre, il faut séjourner pendant dix jours, pour des raisons de prix, il a réservé deux types de chambre, une grande chambre, une grande chambre à la mer. L'espace de la chambre est approprié, le lit est très doux, confortable, l'eau est très bonne, la pluie est confortable; Il faut noter que l'hôtel ne fournit pas de remorques, de dents de dents, il faut prendre ses propres portes. Le chalet électrique est américain et il faut convertir le chalet. Le service de restauration n'est pas inclus dans les frais de chambre, mais il y a un restaurant à l'hôtel, et vous pouvez commander le menu.
