In a superb Basque style building from the 1930s. Refurbished in 2010 wooden and modern interior. Apartment well located set back from the quiet road with all amenities accessible on foot, by bike or by car. 300M from the ocean. 800M from the beaches of Arcachon Bay, maritime excursions, the center, shops and the market. 1km from the lighthouse, the fishing village and the oyster farming district and 4km from the extreme tip of the Presqu'île. The local child owner and local naturalist guide will welcome you with all the love and knowledge of his country for the best possible vacation.
