J'ai fréquenté cet hôtel après la réservation en raison de belles photos. J'ai été très déçu à l'arrivée. Tout d’abord, l’extérieur donne à l’hôtel un aspect horrible, il est situé au-dessus de certains magasins et est doté d’un immense panneau publicitaire. Une fois à l'intérieur, l'ascenseur est horrible et j'ai été choqué de constater qu'il fallait fermer manuellement les portes. Une fois à l'intérieur, nous avons trouvé qu'elle était très délabrée. La tête de lit était gravement rayée et des pièces étaient cassées, la climatisation était très obsolète et avait l'air sale, l'armoire ne fermait pas correctement et quelques autres problèmes. Le principal problème était sans aucun doute la salle de bain. Sur ***********, aucune photo des salles de bains n'est affichée et c'est évidemment pourquoi. Elles sont horribles. Ils sont tellement démodés, le lavabo était taché, les toilettes étaient en pente, la douche et la baignoire étaient horribles avec un mauvais rideau de douche (l'air si mauvais que je ne l'ai même pas utilisé). Je dirai que la salle de bain avait l'air propre mais elle était tellement tachée et vieille que je me sentais sale en l'utilisant. Un avantage était que les draps étaient propres, ce qui rendait le séjour supportable pour une nuit. Mais sachez que cet hôtel ne ressemble plus en rien aux photos annoncées.

Parfaitement situé et très calme il est proche de la zone piétonne et des différents lieux touristiques. L'équipe à l’accueil est très pro et répondra parfaitement à vos demandes, check in rapide et sans soucis. La chambre est calme, spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités. La literie est très bonne, la SdB est moderne, bien disposée et dispose d'une douche spacieuse. Le PdJ est un buffet vraiment complet ou chacun trouvera son bonheur. L’hôtel dispose d'une salle de réunion et d'ordinateur avec une imprimante ce qui peut toujours être utile. Pour le départ je quittais tôt et j'avais demandé une ”food box” qui correspondait parfaitement à mon besoin. Un excellent choix, je recommande.

J'ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel parce qu'il m'a été recommandé et les examens semblaient principalement positifs. Les points positifs sont : - Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété d'options adaptées aux besoins alimentaires. - L'hôtel est généralement propre et maintenu à un niveau acceptable. - La première chambre a un système de ventilation bruyant dans la salle de bain, qui ne s'arrêterait qu'après 10-15 minutes de désactivation des lumières. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très facile de trouver un accès à l'hôtel. - Il y avait une pénurie de gel de douche dans les toilettes fournies, avec la plupart des shampoos disponibles, qui était inconvenant pour la douche. Le personnel était utile. Si je pouvais, je le ferais 3.5 de 5.

Stopped here in a King Suite with my husband for 2 nights, visiting family and was seriously impressed. The room was bigger than most of the flats I've ever owned! Everywhwere was kept clean and we really liked the fact that there were sofas on each floor if you wanted to relax/have a drink/wait for lift. LOL, Not that we're lazy. Every member of staff we came into contact with were helpful, friendly and courteous. Don't expect a full English or American breakfast though, it's traditional fare. Everything we had was fresh and flavoursome - cold meats, salads, cheeses, etc. 10 minute walk to the metro and retail park. A fraction of the price of hotels in Bucharest and only 20 minutes on the metro into the city centre. Only 10 days to go before our next visit and cannot wait to get into the outdoor pool and top up our tans!

Nous avons séjourné une nuitée au grand hôtel Continental . Le bâtiment est magnifique. Les chambres sont immenses et très propres, dans un style suranné mais très agréable quand on souhaite fuir l'uniformisation des grandes chaines hôtelières. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Nous avons toutefois regretté l'accueil un peu froid à notre arrivée et l'absence de service pour monter nos bagages alors que , voyageant en famille nous étions très chargés.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here recently for a quick getaway and were not disappointed in the least. From the moment the online reservation was made, the staff communuicated via email asking about airport trasnfers and tours as well as any other requests that we may have. Andrea, Alex and Christian all went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From offering suggestions for things to do, restaurants to eat at or just basic conversation about the area, all of them were extremely helpful and never seemed too busy to chat. We also enjoyed seeing the resident cat, Tom, hanging about in the lobby. We had the Nautica room and found it to be both comfortable and spacious. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the room darkening shades almost worked too well. Other reviews have commented on noise from outside being too loud but we did not really have any issues. We did hear some noise from the restaurant downstairs but most of it was over by 10pm and we never did hear any nightclub noises, however we were not there over a weekend. My only criticism of the room (and this is a personal issue) was that the theme of the room allowed for a window to be placed between the bedroom area and the bathroom such that someone using the toilet could be seen by anyone in the room from certain areas. It may be fine for a couple but as we were a mother-daughter, it was a bit awkward although we did find a solution and managed. Other rooms may not have this configuration. Breakfast was simple but good. Most days had the pretty much the same offerings but there were a few items changed each day so there was some variety. They arranged a private tour for us to visit Bran Castle, Peles Castle, and Brasov with a quick stop at Cantacuzino Castle where the Netflix series Wednesday was filmed. The locations themselves were nice to visit, but what made the tour the most fun for us was our tour guide, Serban. He was extremely energetic and well versed in the history of Romania. We could have booked a group tour, but Serban made the private so fun that it was well worth the extra expense. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to most of the touristy things to do and some excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bucharest.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. J'ai attendu environ 45 minutes pour que quelqu'un se présente, et la personne qui est arrivé n'était pas très amicale ni très communique. Après quelques retours et quelques retours, on m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de registre de ma réservation Cependant, j'avais juste reçu un appel téléphonique de eux le jour précédent (pas de message laissée) de sorte qu'ils avaient certainement mes informations. La réceptionniste de nuit m'a montré les informations personnelles de tous les autres qui y étaient pour demander si je resterais avec ces clients, qui semblait une violation de la vie privée. Il a demandé si j'avais payé, et je l'ai dit non, mais il m'a donné les clés et m'a laissé entrer dans la chambre sans payer. Très bizarre expérience de check-in. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre n'était pas mauvaise. Malheureusement, j'étais dans la chambre juste à côté de la réception et vous pouvez entendre tout, donc je suis réveillé chaque jour par le téléphone ou par les gens qui chattent. Les récepteurs de la journée étaient très aimables, mais ne parlaient pas anglais, et j'ai pris la garantie de payer pour mon séjour le matin. La chambre était dotée d'un lit, d'un garde-robe, d'une salle de bain, d'une fenêtre pour un salon extérieur et d'une télévision bien que je n'ai jamais essayé la télévision comme vous pouviez entendre tout de la lobby et vice versa. Le savon et le gel de douche sont inclus dans la salle de bains. Pas de réfrigérateur ou de cuisson dans la salle mais il y a une cuisine. Le petit déjeuner n'est inclus mais un café par jour est autorisé si vous demandez à la réception de le préparer. Le Wi-Fi est un accès sans caractère pour la Roumanie et il se connecte et déconnecte chaque minute ou si. Vous n'êtes que à 8 minutes de Gara de Nord et il y a aussi un routier de lave-vaisselle sur la route. Il est très facile de marcher à la vieille ville et dans la région avec l'Athèneum. Il était un peu atroce et étrange, mais les récepteurs du jour étaient très mignons et fignants d'être impressionnés par mon roumain, hahaha, presque inexistant.

Plus: accueil du personnel propreté de l'hôtel Espace moderne et agréable Situé à 30mn de marche de la vieille ville Bien desservi par les bus à moins d1€ le ticket. Moins: petit déjeuner indéniablement Choix limité surtout sur sucré. embouteillages car la nourriture est repartie sur un petit couloir peu large ou tout le monde fait la queue et se croise . Muffins encore congelés, pain , un peu sec..a ce tarif à Bucarest on peut largement faire mieux. C'est le seul point négatif de l'hôtel

Nous avons organisé un événement familial et tout s'est bien passé. Il est très propre et même les clients les plus risqués nous ont dit qu'ils étaient très sûrs. La bar de fruits était une surprise, car nous ne l'attendais pas à ce qu'elle ait un design si beau, avec des melons sculptés. Si vous organisez un mariage là-bas, vous devez savoir que 2 chambres incluses dans l'offre sont un plus énorme. Enfin, nous avons apprécié leur souplesse dans la solution des différents besoins que nous avons et dans la résolution de certains aspects administratifs qui se sont produits.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, très proche des grands sites touristiques. Vous pouvez utiliser le transport public, le métro est à 5 minutes de marche, ou vous pouvez utiliser le bus (vous devez juste crier à travers la rue) ou appeler avec confiance à notre réception pour appeler un taxi. Vous pouvez commander une variété de plats à partir de menus européens et le point de référence est le restaurant chinois, présent sur le sol. L'hôtel est très bien formé, sous la direction de M. Gigi Marzavan, très attentif aux détails de tous nos clients, tant du restaurant que de la réception.

Excellente position, situé dans le centre historique de Bucarest, riche en locaux et déplacé. Le seul péché est que vous entendez la musique des locaux jusqu'au matin. Chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée. Baignoire dotée de savons mains, espace de bains et téléphone. Ils changent seulement les panneaux pour le bain, le lit ne le rétablit pas. Le papier hygiénique ne se rétablit pas. Réfrigérateur dans la chambre avec deux bouteilles d'eau en hommage. Nous avons apprécié la machine avec les capsules x le café dans la chambre.

Nous avons eu le malheur de nous rendre à cet endroit après minuit, et la personne qui travaillait sur le bureau frontal était le plus rude et incompétent travailleur de l'hospitalité que j'aie jamais rencontré. Le site web de cette propriété dit qu'il y a un shuttle d'hôtel disponible. À l'atterrissage, j'ai appelé la propriété, et il a été informé que le site était erroné et qu'il n'y a pas de service de shuttle fourni. C'est l'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles j'ai choisi cette propriété. Après avoir payé un Uber pour la propriété, nous sommes allés, et nous n'avons même pas été salués par la personne derrière le bureau de front. Pas de « bonjour »... Pas de « Bienvenue », juste une attitude rude. Mon fiancé essayait de réserver une rencontre pour la sauna pour le matin, Il a agi comme si c'était un désagrément et lui a dit qu'elle devait appeler demain au bureau de front pour le faire. Nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans la chambre. Nous avons donc dû laisser toutes nos sacs dans sa salle et retourner au bureau pour les re-clé. Et quand nous sommes enfin entrés dans la chambre, il y avait un odeur et il a air conditionné ne refroidrait pas la chambre. Il était trop chaud pour dormir par la chaleur. Lorsque nous avons appelé à la plaque avant, il savait sur le climatisation, et quand il a répondu au téléphone au bureau avant, il a dit tout ce qu'il avait dit était un peu rude, « Oui ? Quoi ? « À Marriotts, ils répondent toujours avec une telle réponse, « Merci de vous avoir appelé le bureau. Comment puis-je vous aider M. Graham. « En tant que membre de l'Élite Diamond avec Wyndham/Ramada, j'attends beaucoup plus d'amitié et de professionnalisme.

Le bâtiment est magnifique et fier de son époque. La taille des chambres standard n’est pas aussi grande qu’en France mais c’est convenable. L’hôtel vient d’ouvrir et j’attends de voir une qualité des prestations s’améliorer au sein des services lors de mon prochain séjour, je remercie l’ensemble des dames de la réception qui se sont occupées de moi. C’est à votre honneur de vouloir donner une âme à ce lieu ! Je vous souhaite beaucoup de courage pour arriver à vos objectifs.

Nous étions très heureux de notre séjour à la Sarroglia. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et tranquille. Le climatisation fonctionnait bien et la douche était excellente. Il y a une très belle terrasse sur le haut du plancher où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre. Le petit déjeuner buffet est un peu limité et il n'y a plus de bar en exploitation. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville, mais nous serions ravis de rester là encore.

Le portail de check-in en ligne était simple. Nous étions bienvenus à l'arrivée par un très ami receveur. L'appartement était très spacieux. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 72. Il y a la grande balconie qui attrape le soleil toute la journée. Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. L'ajout du frigo était très pratique. La situation est excellente. 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville ans district de shopping. Il y a de nombreux cafés près de la place. Il y a aussi une pharmacie et Carrefour à côté de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, elles ont trois chambres séparées et ont un magnifique balcon qui regarde la propriété. Le seul problème que j'ai avec cet hôtel est que la piscine est très petite et je m'aime à manger de luxe et à la piscine énorme quand je suis en vacances et la piscine ici très petite peut-être seulement adapté aux enfants ou à quelqu'un qui n'aime pas nager des baignoires. Je n'ai jamais pris une plongée dans la piscine et j'ai changé d'hôtels parce que je voulais un spa / piscine chaude pour mes vacances. Si vous n'étiez pas dans les piscines, c'est le lieu idéal pour rester. J'ai cette chambre pour 100 $ par nuit et c'est vraiment un vol.

Nous avons décidé entre l'hôtel Cismigiu et un autre hôtel dans la vieille ville, et nous sommes très heureux de nous rendre avec Cismigiu. Nous avons reçu une chambre tranquille comme nous l'avons demandé qui a bien fonctionné pour nous, bien que vous soyez au milieu d'une ville occupée, vous aurez donc un peu de bruit. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la petite cuisine que nous avons eue comme la nourriture est merveilleuse à Bucarest et nous avons pris toutes les occasions de manger, et le petit déjeuner était parfaitement bien - si vous attendez de grandes options de buffet de style américain, vous serez déçu, Il y avait toujours quelques options d'oeufs à proposer, et j'ai commandé une omelete fraîche un jour de la serveuse, qui était délicieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville, sans être dans la ville (la vieille ville est pleine de bars et de clubs et est très bruyant).

La réception est normalement trahie par le fait qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel commercial. Les chambres sont propres, l'équipement peut être amélioré. Ils devraient être plus attentifs aux lampes éclairées et aux batteries décharges de la télécommande de la télévision. Show the SPA.

La maison est très grande, les deux chambres et salles de bain sont très confortables, mais maintenant il y a des chantiers autour, le bruit est fort, les embouteillages, et il n'est pas pratique de faire le tour.

Hôtel neuf, du coup très propre, sur l’artère dite « champs Élysée » qui mène au palais du parlement. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie bonne. Pas de moquette au sol ce qui est très hygiénique. Le petit déjeuner est prit au améthyst Sky bar avec une vue magnifique au 12 eme étage.

We mistake for old town & uptown , location was 35mins ++ walking distance to city & old-town & all day-tour pick up point . Quiet place for sleeping. We ordered airport pick up , the Driver nice & good , his drop us and open the lobby door for us , take the room keys in letter box for us and explain where ours lot . feel good ( around 22:00pm local times)… .. after in ours apartment, look new and tidy inside , but we can’t find any brief-notes for WiFi passwords, even found the modem , password was chance !! so thinking paid for roaming , ( Vodafone get in data ) , work only few second than died line all night till morning even walk around at city . ( choose Orange will more better). Service or Staff ? We stay four nights, none seen one . The window & balcony full of dust . By the end, if you’re self drive tourist is ok to stay here .

Bellissimo alloggio. Non si tratta di un vero e proprio hotel. Non ha una reception ma sono reperibili al telefono anche se via mail non mi hanno mai risposto 😅 però il ragazzo che mi ha risposto è stato veloce e gentile nel momento del self check in. La stanza coloratissima e curata nei dettagli proprio come nelle foto. Free mini bar che è una chicca. Hai a disposizione anche un bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè, insomma coccolatissimi. Il bagno enorme per non parlare della doccia. Hai tutto il set cortesia a disposizione. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla strada. Non penso abbia le finestre del tutto insonorizzate però per fortuna di notte non c’è via vai sulla strada principale nonostante si trovi sopra alla galleria Vilacrosse con pub.

Après être sorti de la station de métro, marchez environ 7 à 800 mètres jusqu'à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est dans une ruelle et la boîte lumineuse marquée de la boutique est très visible la nuit. Les chambres de l'hôtel ne sont pas nombreuses, propres et hygiéniques, le personnel de service est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est moyen, mais peut être complet.

La chambre de l'hôtel avait tout ce qui était nécessaire, et la taille était normale. Le lit est très confortable. Ils servent également un petit-déjeuner le matin, où vous trouverez plusieurs produits en format buffet. Et le personnel de l'hôtel était très bien. L'hôtel n'est pas près du centre, mais la station d'autobus est à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Et si vous venez de l'aéroport, vous avez une bonne localisation. Je répéterai. Très recommandé.

L'hôtel est un peu difficile. Ne réservez pas les chambres ordinaires parce qu'elles sont fatiguées et les lits semblent soignés et utilisés. Ils doivent faire un peu de travail sur l'intérieur dans les tapis à l'extérieur des chambres. Les chambres sont très confortables, les chambres sont très confortables et les chambres sont très confortables. Mais je resterais cet hôtel quand j'étais à Bucarest, mais seulement dans les douces et les studios, pas dans les chambres d'hôtels habituellement fatiguées. L'un des principaux avantages de cet hôtel/hôtel séparé est qu'il dispose d'un superbe tube chaud/jacuzzi et c'est juste à côté de la porte de l'équipe de gym que vous devez vous connecter. Le restaurant est très bon pour l'argent et le service est bon. Les femmes de la table frontale sont également très utiles et très agréables.

L'hôtel vous offre une chambre propre sans frills avec une grande position dans la vieille ville à un prix que j'ai trouvé nettement inférieur à d'autres hôtels dans la région. Les chambres ne disposent pas d'un coffre-fort, ne disposent pas de café ou d'eau complémentaires dans la chambre, elles ne disposent même pas d'un réservoir, mais elles sont très propres et disposent d'une grande télévision. Pour les économies, c'est un commerce que je suis prêt à faire et je resterais à cet hôtel encore si j'étais à Bucarest.

Structure avec excellente position super centrale. Chambre très belle au quatrième étage, propre et silencieuse. Très appréciée le service de piscine, sauna et gym. Self-check-in confortable et fonctionnel, Concierge disponible. Je conseille à la structure d'écrire plus d'informations détaillées sur la réservation, par exemple à quel email il faut envoyer les documents personnels pour avoir les codes d'accès à la structure, Parce que les détails de la réservation ne sont pas précisés et nous avons dû contacter le centre d'appel d'Italie qui, heureusement, a été rapide et disponible pour nous aider.
