This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! Now, three bedrooms: one with king-size bed, one with two queen beds and the third has a full bed and sofa in the living room makes a bed too! This recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. (Two queen air mattresses with linens are also available for children five or over). Screened-in room downstairs features a third bath with a shower, and refrigerator along with a dining area for more entertaining. The spacious upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit as well as, and jet ski parking. So whether you enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, "Floats My Boat" is the ideal place to escape for some R&R on the Suwannee River. You can launch your vessel at a public boat ramp in Branford, just minutes away due north. A canoe is provided as well as the RV site with 110 v electricity and water. RV or camper must be self-contained. No extra charge! Tents are welcome too! The view of the river from the deck is spectacular morning or night; enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage in the high-top chairs! Downstairs, host your guests for grilling. Two folding tables, a gas grill , refrigerator and sink downstairs as well as a Bluetooth speaker tower to accommodate you. Area springs and restaurants in Branford are just three miles away! Super cute and spacious private 3 bedroom home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the country life. Only a few miles from several springs and the famous Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Rum Island(my favorite to paddle-board), Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. Set up a nice evening fire or grill out on the spacious patio. We also have a projector available for movie nights under the stars with outdoor lounge chairs (my families favorite). If you like staying in, try out the new spa style tub with candle lights! While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away!Here is a list of local springs and how far they are in case you want to get a head start on touring springs! Tucked away down a quite country road, and nicely nestled along the historic Suwannee River. Come enjoy old Florida while relaxing with all the amenities. Whether you come to kayak, fish, explore the abundance of local springs, dive, hunt, birdwatch, or just sit back with a book you will find it here.This 2 Bedroom 1 Bath house on stilts is nicely appointed to provide you a restful retreat. The 850 square foot home sits on just shy of an acre of land that opens up to 150 feet of your own private river frontage. Two little known springs directly across the river feed into the Suwannee. Launch kayaks from the private dock and you are a few paddles away. Fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime an easy option, and with two large sliding glass doors, your view of the river goes unimpeded while cooking and dining. One bedroom features a king bed, and the other offers a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds. Satellite internet helps you stay connected, and drives the TV which features apps to deliver whatever content you subscribe to (owners provide Netflix and Disney+). A large porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans offers a view of the river while enjoying your morning coffee, and/or evening beverage of choice. Downstairs you will find plenty of space for cookouts, relaxing around the fire pit, or resting riverside on the wood deck and private floating dock. String café lights bring the nights to life, extending your outdoor space into the evening.There are plenty of deer and wildlife; now the only thing missing is you. Come Rest and Re-Charge in old Florida along the historic and tranquil Suwannee River.*Please note that the house is on stilts with stairs and has no elevator or lift.For additional security there are three exterior cameras on the property.
