Pullman has no outdoor pool which was a shock. No great views from rooms. But villas are very spacious, clean however outdoors are quite dirty to use. Great beds, furniture and specially well ventilated. Did not like that it's along with residential buildings. Didn't have any 5 star feeling. And if u r one of the unlucky person where none of the phones in room work then it's pretty annoying.
But it's good for a weekend getaway specially for the amazing stuff and the tasty food at the restaurant.
Well the Magenta beach is a rough walk through the sands but other beaches are are short drives from the location.
Oh yes there aren't any food delivery available by uber eats or doordash.
Overall it's a satisfying stay for max two nights.

found 5 cockroaches and bug body parts on bed and near kitchen; broken glasses upon arrival in cabinet, almost cut my child’s hand when he tried getting glasses out for water.
Overall disappointed in cleanliness, expecting better from a 4 star resort.

La maison est plus vieille, très grande, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste, le petit déjeuner est riche, il ya un terrain de tennis, un terrain de golf et une piscine chaude.

Pretty chilled but WiFi was slow - (when we didn’t feel like the pool or walking down the beach)
Also - booking said there’s a sauna but there wasn’t one 😅
Umina beach was a short drive.
Also no EV chargers on site… closest is Terrigal :(

La réception, le service de la maison, le restaurant et le bar sont tous super amicals et très utiles avec des conseils sur le parking et ce qui est bon à manger et à boire. La chambre du roi urbain que nous avons réservée était très propre, confortable et moderne avec un lit de taille du roi luxueux, une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, des chaussures de plantation, un balcon, une salle de bains libre et une douche grande qui avait une excellente pression de l'eau 😃.
Cet hôtel est superbe et vous avez tout à votre disposition.

Pas dans le plan de voyage, mais l'hôtel est peu calme, le repos est bien adapté une bonne journée, le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont satisfaits.

This was the 4 th time we’ve had an overnight stay to Ocean Beach Hotel. Almost every time has had a problem: the room’s hot water did not work, the power went out, and this time our room had an area of carpet that was saturated with water resulting in a strong musty smell in room.
Each time the staff were apologetic and did try to rectify the situation. Certainly no fault of the staff on duty. This time we were offered a room change due to the smell, but by then it was late, we had unpacked and showered and were in our pj’s. so we declined the offer, thinking we’d get used to the musty smell. and I discovered the wet carpet afterwards.
It’s a shame because the hotel is well located in town, has reasonable meals in the bistro downstairs, offers guests a free drink voucher, has off street parking, easy to get to…
I understand that booking through booking platforms probably limits the options a manager has when things go wrong. It would go a long way, though, to be offered a discount on a future stay, for example.
I suspect we have just had bad luck and it doesn’t mean we won’t stay again because we travel to Umina to visit family and the hotel is very convenient.

La chambre est de base mais confortable. Location très centrale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est utile. C'est un pub, donc ne vous attendez pas à des suppléments de fantaisie, mais il est dans un grand endroit et confortable. Nous avons connu une rupture lorsque l'hôtel a perdu son pouvoir le matin; les réparateurs étaient au travail et il a été réparé dans quelques heures.

Le centre-ville est situé dans une zone de 2 chambres, où il est très chaud, et où il est très chaud, et où il est très chaud. Nous avons couru depuis l'arrivée jusqu'à ce qu'il s'est éteint dans les premières heures où je suis descendu pour le regonfler. Les étages près des fenêtres et dans le toilette des basse-cour étaient en eau à partir de la condensation ...I je ne suis pas sûr de ce que le temps chaud serait comme étant seulement des fans de pédale Nous, pas de climatisation ou de plafond.Nous avons acheté le petit déjeuner au restaurant.. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
En raison de la configuration et du prix de l'unité, je vais y aller de nouveau et il est dans une belle partie du monde ... mais pas dans le temps chaud ou froid.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.
La piscine est magnifique, notre chambre de luxe a une reine et un lit unique, très confortables nuits de sommeil.
Nous avons dîné à Saltwater et à la brekkie à l'hôtel brekkie café, tous deux très agréable.
Personnel à l'arrivée très aimable et utile.
C'est ainsi un endroit sous-évalué et confortable pour rester, une bonne valeur et une grande localisation.
