Très bel établissement qui propose deux belles piscines, Les chambres sont superbes avec cadeaux d’accueil. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est digne d’un cinq étoiles Nous avons pu dîner aussi le soir au restaurant et c’était bon. Le seul bémol reste le personnel qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles surtout le personnel de la piscine !!

Grand hôtel situé à pied de la plage. Idéal pour passer un week-end ou des vacances. Il dispose de tous les types de services et le buffet est très varié et complet. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées avec tous les luxes de détails. Les lits étaient très confortables et les cuisinières aussi. Le traitement par le personnel était correct.

L'hôtel lui-même est étonnant mais :
- La porte de douche n'a pas fermé correctement et nous avons donc des ”inondations” tous les jours dans le toilette.
- Mosquitos: Je comprends que nous sommes dans un environnement ”selve”, mais il était étonnant chaque fois que nous ouvrions la cour de la terrasse comme beaucoup de mosquitos tombent. Trop de moustiques ... ils devraient essayer de faire quelque chose avec cela.
- Les repas: ils ne comprennent pas de boissons, normales jusqu'à ce que vous soyez facturés 3'5€ pour une bouteille d'eau ouverte quand ils doivent servir ou au moins donner l'option de la avoir gratuitement, puisque la loi le dit.
- Checkin : la fille du comptable nous a dit : ”Hé, scanne ce code QR et tout est expliqué”, pourquoi je vais télécharger une application de l'hôtel ? est-il si difficile d'expliquer en quelques secondes toutes les activités de l'hôtel ?
- Petit déjeuner: La qualité de la crème est pire que tout autre hôtel que j'ai essayé ...
L'hôtel est parfait, les grandes piscines, la belle décoration, le buffet est bien et il a accès direct à la plage.

Hôtel tres bien situé. À proximité de l’aéroport et dans le parc naturel. Le parc naturel est très bien entretenue ainsi que là plage. Points positifs : Au niveau de l’hôtel : chambre très spacieuse, grande avec une bonne literie + une baignoire et une douche c’est trop. L’hôtel est très propre ! J’ ai très bien mangé ! Nourritures variées est bonne. Il y’a de place sur les transats. 2 Points négatif : arrivée avec Luxair a 8h. Check in pas avant 13h ce qui est normal mais interdiction d’utiliser les installations jusqu’à 11h .. Badge défectueux à changer tout les jours .. Vous avez l’arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel pour aller en ville. Je reviendrais avec plaisir

Muy normal tirando a cutre, con el precio que tiene me esperaba otra cosa. Nos han comido los mosquitos, el techo de la habitación lleno de manchas de sangre de mosquitos muertos. Lo comento a la recepcionista y me dice que en recepción tenían enchufes antimisquito que lo hubiera pedido. Al llegar a la habitación en la nevera nos encontramos una bolsa de salchichas empezada y una pera de otros clientes. En la reserva llevábamos un detalle de bienvenida, que no era otro que dos palmeritas pequeñitas de las que van sueltas sin plastificar ni nada, puestas en un plato desde p la mañana en el comodín de la habitación y con más de 100 hormigas bailando encima. Increíble. En la zona de la piscina nada que ver con las fotos, preguntamos días antes si la piscina estaba funcionando y nos respondieron que si, pues no estaba al 100% pq la cascada apagada y las camas balinesas sin montar solo la madera ni colchonetas ni dosel ni nada.
