A Standard Business Hotel with a Convenient Location

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, it’s your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While I’m happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated.
Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.

Grand hôtel, grand repas et le plus cordial personnel. Spéciale cri à Sonu ji notre guide et chauffeur pour un jour de sortie à Amritsar, nous a emmenés personnellement au temple d'or, ne nous a pas simplement laissé hors du temple et a parqué la voiture, mais nous a marqués jusqu'au temple et nous a guidés tout le long. Merci encore, M. Sonu. Et l'équipe de service f&b a été très gentille.
