I stayed for one night at Impiana Hotel Senai in their twin room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept — perfect for a short stay near the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows gave good support for a restful sleep.
Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciated their quick service after a long day of travelling.
Facilities-wise, the hotel is well-equipped with a pool, gym, and even a small kids’ area, although I didn’t get to use them. The location is also a huge plus — it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient.

I had an excellent stay at Impiana Hotel Senai. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was very convenient, and the service from the staff was professional and welcoming. The amenities provided were also impressive and well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Overall, it is a great hotel for business travellers and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location, only a 2 minute walk from the airport. Desk was staffed all night and staff were very helpful! The hotel had run out of pods so I was given a free upgrade to a single room with bathroom. Place was clean, towels given, AC worked well. Would highly recommend for anyone with a layover.

The room was clean and tidy, overlooking the Senai International Airport. However, at the toilet, the water hose is faulty, towel hanger not properly screwed. The management must address this issue. Tissue also missing and have to request one. Quiet troublesome.

The rooms are super plush, guaranteed to have a fridge, showers are like a rainstorm super refreshing and TV have accessible HDMI ports, plug in your gaming laptop or Samsung phone for a big screen experience.

The room was big and had a balcony. The whole hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and has a lot of sports activities to take part in. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing since there were no options for vegetarians, or sweet options, moreover, the food provided was not well seasoned, and presented.

Everything was good except for the toilet cleanliness. The floor in Room 416 was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. We were too tired to request a room change as we arrived in the evening with kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near Senai Airport, but we do hope the management can take cleanliness more seriously, especially for the toilets. Thank you.

Close to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.
