It was a pleasant experience for four of us in two different types of room (which were also very considerate that we stayed next to each other without additional requests). The private pools were the highlight of our stay, not to mention that there is a main pool as well. Staff are very helpful and we managed to borrow three bikes (included in the room rate). Other activities were also provided with advance booking, however not all were available and there was a minimum number of person to be able to run activities. Generally a great stay.

I am super happy during my stay in this hotel. I stayed in Junior suite, they have free mini bar and always refill it in the morning. This hotel also provide coffee capsul and its machine. The location is perfect, just five minutes driving to East Lobby of Train Station and on Malioboro area. For amenities, this hotel provide 3 in one liquid for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Their welcome snacks and drinks also quite generous with many choices. Definitely, I would go back to this hotel when I visit Jogja. Thank you.

Nous avons réservé des chambres séparées, et l'hôtel a tout de même pu nous proposer des chambres côte à côte, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Les chambres sont propres, la pression de l'eau pour les douches pourrait être améliorée, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et l'emplacement est en plein centre-ville. Globalement, tout est bien. 🎉

Love it! Hotel room is new and clean. Situated at a great location with food all around. Staff is friendly and helped us make the booking for the swimming pool (and also allowed changes). Am looking for my next stay!

L'hôtel est tout à fait incroyable. Pros: Très belle chambre avec balcon large, les installations sont grandes, il y a ATM BCA à l'intérieur de l'hôtel (très belle), à côté du petit palais qui a une valeur historique (grande), à côté du grand salon, bien piscine, bon jardin, hospitalité du personnel, et situé près du centre de Jogja. Cons: Problème de sélection du douche (nécessité d'entretien/replacement), parking pour tourner à l'intérieur du parking est moins que idéal (difficile de tourner pour Pajero, Fortuner ou de grandes voitures). Mais le classement total est très bon. Merci.

Tous les scores sont parfaits. Il n'y a aucun problème avec l'eau chaude. L'emplacement est très stratégique, même à 2 minutes de Malioboro. Les installations complètes comprennent une piscine pour enfants et une aire de jeux. Les prochaines vacances à Jogja seront l'hôtel de choix ** pour y séjourner à nouveau et j'espère que le service sera toujours le même.

A good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.  We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.  We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.  The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.  Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.  Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.

Dari beberapa santika premiere yg pernah saya menginap santika premier jogja ini yg paling jelek sih menurut saya pribadi, resepsionist tidak ramah muka datar pelit senyum apalagi ini jogja bertahun2 tinggal dijogja baru kali ini kecewa setiap tahun pasti liburan ke jogja karena masyarakatnya yg sangat welcome tapi ini BEDA Hospitalitynya dari hotel2 lainnya yg pernah saya menginap mungkin kalau tentrem, hyatt, melia purosani, grand ambarukmo,artotel suite bianti, novotel suite dan hotel hotel bintang 5 lainnya dijogja yg pernah saya singgahi kelasnya sudah beda saya maklum tapi jika dibanding bintang 4 yg setaraf di jogja swissbell, jogjaplaza, novotel bahkan sekelas ibis saja menurut saya hospitalitynya terutama di resepsionist butuh banyak peningkatan hospitality servicenya terutama di resepsionis dan di restaurant, makanan juga standar banget dibanding santika prrmier lainnya yg makananannya berlimpah dan rasanya enak tp disini buat saya pribadi rasanya taste dilidah saya cukup mengecewakan ditambah pelayan disana juga sama dengan yg diresepsionis beda sama pelayanan di santika premier manapun, kamar 214 yg saya tempati juga rada2 horor dimalam hari mungkin krn hotel lama tamu juga tidak begitu ramai saat weekend kedatangan saya sabtu sampai senin untung hanya 2 malam utk transit sebelum penerbangan keluar negeri, nilai plus cuma petugas pembuka pintu yg lumayan ramah sama petugas housekeeping dan security yg lumayan membantu, satu lagi yg bikin badmood biasanya di beberapa santika premiere bisa late check out sampai jam 15.00 wib minimal jam 14.00 WIB disini jgn berharap katanya klw lebih jam 13.00 wib akan dikenakan bayaran mending jam 10.00 wib cek out langsung menuju ke hotel el royale malioboro jam 10.30 wib sdh bisa early chek in dong bisa istirahat dan pelayanan jauh berbeda mulai saat datang saja resepsionist sudah sumringah kami sebagai tamu sangat senang dengan keramahan service mereka yg khas masyarakat jogja yg bikin always ngangeni... finally kayaknya klw ke jogja lagi saya pastikan tidak akan memilih hotel ini lagi sebagai tempat untuk beristirahat

La vue est la meilleure, propice à la guérison. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Belle piscine, le petit déjeuner est également délicieux. Ça vaut le prix proposé.
