Un très bel endroit où séjourner, les chambres sont très claires, le personnel était sympathique et serviable. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, il se trouve à environ 20 minutes de la zone principale du paradis.

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

La chambre n'est pas si grande que la description, elle semble sombre dans son ensemble, donc la chambre est un peu désormais. La description de la chambre de Trip.com contient un petit-déjeuner, mais après avoir demandé à plusieurs reprises à la réception de l'hôtel de communiquer avec moi, je ne dis pas qu'elle était fournie. Bien que Trip.com ait été remboursé en fonction de la facture, une erreur d'hôtel et de la plateforme de tiers de Trip.com a finalement affecté mon état d'esprit. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un processus d'hébergement échoué. L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, mais la position géographique est loin de la plage et ne correspond pas à ma sélection de la position géographique.

The room is not clean enough; there was dust on the glass wall behind the curtain, and a stain on the teacup that I had to clean it. I highly expected better, considering it's a 5-star hotel and residence. However the view and the location are incredible.

女2人のオーストラリア旅行☺︎弾丸だったのでその日オーストラリアについてから当日に予約しました。あまりちゃんと調べずに決めましたが、とっても綺麗でおしゃれで当たりでした！チェックインの時間より少し早めに着いたのですが問題ありませんでした。カウンターには、外国人と日本人ぽいスタッフさんがいたので、英語が苦手な私たちは日本人スタッフさんの方に並びました笑予想通り日本人の方で、ホテルマネージャーさんでした✨とても親切で何か困ったことがあればいつでも教えてくださいと声を掛けて頂きとても心が温かくなりました。朝食もたくさん種類がありとても美味しかったです☺︎2泊しましたが、ホテルに着くと毎度ホッとする素敵な空間でした！日本人マネージャーさんにも最後お礼を伝えたかったですが、バタバタしていて叶わず🙏ありがとうございました！また泊まりたいです。

Les installations de la chambre sont vieux, les mots de la boîte à miniatures disparaissent complètement, la température et le temps ne peuvent pas être fixés, la porte de la salle de bains ne peut être fermée complètement, le lavage est fini, le sol est complètement étanche, le lit est super mou, dorme dur pendant une nuit, puis le lit peut dormir sur le canapé, j'ai réservé cet appartement plusieurs fois avant, Les installations dans la chambre sont bonnes, mais cette fois, cette chambre est trop mauvaise et je n'ose pas réserver cet appartement plus tard!

Most of the service and the apartments are brilliant! But I don't understand, why I ordered two same apartments, and I got one on 28th floor with small acreage, yet another one is on 40th floor with big acreage and very nice view?

Not directly in Surfers but an easy walk! Nice big apartment. Also not a loud area either and right next to tram station. Friendly reception and amazing facilities like the gym and spa. A little disappointing to find out we had to pay for towel change but

I absolutely loved it. It felt like home away from home. Immaculate apartment and enjoyed every moment. Super convenient location with EVERYTHING nearby. I’ll definitely look to book this next time I’m in the area
