Исторический отель, как Negresco в Ницце или Ritz в Париже. Десятки знаменательных людей, останавливающихся здесь. Очень уютно, тихо и размеренно. Небольшие, но очень комфортабельные номера. Приятное постельное белье. Шикарнейшие завтраки. Персонал выше всяких похвал- везде чувствуется забота и внимание. Локация- центральнее не придумаешь. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Сняли семейный номер на два дня, через приложение трип ком без возврата денежных средств , так получилось, что рейс перенесли на один день раньше, мы объяснили нашу ситуацию, и нам на ресепшене ответили , что возможно есть вариант оставить за одни сутки которые у нас не получалось прожить по независящим от нас обстоятельствам, на балансе отеля , приблизительно на 6-12 мес. мы очень обрадовались данному предложению , так как думали потом приехать в Армению, через 3 мес и заселиться в это же отель , но к сожалению это было только на словах, ситуация немного неприятная, что так обнадежили. Это первое что нас отталкнуло! Номер относите неплохой , очень большой, только очень холодные полы в сан узлах, очень слышно как бежит канализация, нет халатов , вид из окна на фото , телевизоры не работали, когда позвонили узнать можно их починить, нам ответили , что никого , нет ! Все это сложило свое мнение, нет оставаться в этом отеле еще раз. Рядом есть отели дешевле и лучше! Хотели попробовать что то новое , не зашло!

La première fois que je suis venu à Erevan, ce magasin se trouve dans le centre-ville, à quelques pas de la place centrale, et il y a de nombreux endroits où manger. L'hôtel conserve le style de décoration cohérent d'ibis, le réseau est bon et l'assainissement est également très bon. Surtout le petit déjeuner, c'est vraiment copieux et super !

Le nom de l'hôtel est Europe, mais les clients asiatiques sont également les bienvenus, car j'ai vu des clients vietnamiens ou chinois séjourner. La chambre est assez agréable et confortable, la qualité du lit est bonne et confortable, la salle de bain est propre, le petit-déjeuner est simple mais la qualité de chaque article est agréable et offre une bonne combinaison de nutrition. Les employés de l'hôtel sont gentils, polis et attentifs. C'est un très bon hôtel et j'ai eu une expérience agréable.

Здорово! До этого останавливались в другом отеле, но нам в Авиатрансе не понравилось и мы решили поменять отель. И не прогадали! Цена чуть выше, но персонал - выше всяких похвал! Пару раз спросили, все ли хорошо у нас в номере? Завтрак хороший. Ребенок проспал завтрак и нам разрешили взять еду с собой в номер. В номере прекрасные халаты и косметика. Всего достаточно. Вода, 2 капсулы кофе, чай. До ближайшего обменника в магазине sas с хорошим курсом всего 300 метров. В кафе варят шикарный армянский кофе. Пожалуй, мы с удовольствием вернемся в этот отель еще раз, если будем в Ереване.

The person who invented the idea of paying almost 70% of my room rate to get a 4-hour early check in should be banned from the hotel industry!! Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!

Hotel carino e in posizione a ridosso del centro. Nonostante l’alta potenzialitá dell’hotel, ci sono state alcune criticità: - il primo giorno abbiamo trovato delle mutande usate nell’armadio e un altro giorno una pezza bagnata sul comodino; - ad una colazione non c’era più quasi nulla da mangiare (mancavano ancora 30min al termine); abbiamo dovuto lamentarci e dal giorno successivo le cose sono migliorate; - la temperatura in camera non era ben regolabile; - nella SPA alle h21:00 non abbiamo trovato asciugamani e sauna e bagno turco non erano ben funzionanti (la prima non aveva luce interna e il secondo non scaldava a sufficienza). Nonostante le lamentele, il manager dell’hotel non ha pensato di omaggiarci di qualcosa per scusarsi in qualche modo, ma ha solo provato a risolvere i problemi (non sempre con successo). Attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente da rivedere!

Из минусов: на 4х человек всего две чашки, негде поесть, погреть еду.

Hotel New, est sur la montagne: grandes chambres, grandes fenêtres sur le mur avec vue chic sur la ville et les montagnes. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de bains de grande taille, d'une piscine de 25 m et d'une seconde 50 m sur la rue, il y a une zone de spa. L'hôtel est absolument recommandé, mais il est nécessaire de comprendre qu'il n'est pas au centre, nous avons pris un taxi au centre et pour les voyages à la ville a pris une voiture pour louer.

Un très bon hôtel au centre-ville de Yervan, à pied pour toutes les attractions et restaurants principaux. Le petit déjeuner est très confortable et offre un bon choix de plats. Seuls quelques instants ne voulaient pas : l'hôtel ne délivre pas de pantalons à une seule fois, les pantalons devront se préparer ; aussi l'hôtel ne fournit pas un kit pour nettoyer les dents, les brosses et les pâtes que vous avez besoin ou que vous prenez avec vous, ou dans le magasin le plus proche. Il serait souhaitable que le petit déjeuner ne commence pas à 7 h 30, mais à 7 h 00, car les agences de voyages locales ont des tours qui commencent très tôt, et il est donc nécessaire de prendre le petit déjeuner un peu plus tôt. Le dernier jour de séjour a été un dégoût détestable de la remise en état. Je recommande certainement cet hôtel.

Отель расположен в тихом месте, хотя и недалеко от центральной площади. Номеров не так много, потому очень уютно. В номере чисто, все работало. Уборка добросовестная, воды хватало. Завтра очень достойный, соки и фрукты есть, выпечка всегда разная и очень вкусная. Особенно улыбнуло четыре или пять видов чурчхелы ) Вечером пару раз пользовались бассейном. Отдельная благодарность девочкам с ресепшн за помощь с решением личных вопросов с получением документов в госорганах РА. Никогда не думал, что сотрудники обычного (получается, что необычного) отеля могут обеспечить такой troubleshooting. Чтобы мы без вас делали? Спасибо еще раз за поддержку. Менеджер отеля может гордиться таким персоналом. Сервис и гостеприимство – вовсе не рекламный лозунг в вашем предприятии. Где в следующий раз остановиться в Ереване? Зачем что-то искать, если существует Central Hotel..)

Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

Приятные впечатления после проживания в этом отеле! Внимательный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал! Убирают в номере ежедневно. Хорошие завтраки! Хамам, сауна, бассейн, джакузи просто спасали в дождливую и прохладную погоду. Кушать можно заказывать в номер, очень вкусно и быстро! Есть бар где приготовят наивкуснейший кофе по-восточному или можно себя побаловать армянским вином, цены приемлемые! Все на высшем уровне! В номере белоснежное постельное белье, полотенца и халаты с тапочками, очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из туалетных принадлежностей есть разовая зубная щетка с пастой, гель для душа, шампунь (кондиционера для волос нет и крема для тела нет), мыло, ватные палочки, пилочка для ногтей и ватные диски - это есть! Вообщем приятный отдых! Спасибо всем работникам отеля!

Je suis allé à cet hôtel comme il était nouveau et il a changé beaucoup. Le personnel n'était pas très utile pour résoudre les problèmes et pas très ami aussi. Le petit déjeuner a changé beaucoup. Maintenant, c'est un bon petit déjeuner auberge mais pas un petit déjeuner à l'hôtel 4-star. Les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes correctement.

체크인 할때 따뜻한 쿠키를 주셔서 환대받는 느낌이 좋았어요. 웰컴드링크정도는 받아봤지만 수제 쿠키는 첨이라 색다른 느낌이랄까 기분이 좋아지더라고요~~~~ 깨끗했고요,침대도 넓고 좋았어요.조금이지만 창문을 열수있어서 좋았어요. 메트로도 걸어다닐만 했어요.버스도 삼거리라 가는방향이 많아서 타기도 좋았어요.스파도 무료라 괜찮은거 같았어요~~~제가 원하는 탕은 없고,스팀사우나만 있어서 보고만 왔어요.

Wij waren voor de eerste keer in hotel nacho. We kwamen om 5 uur sochtends aan en wilden pas om 2 uur inchecken. Geen probleem we mochten onze bagage al brengen. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het centrum. Alles kan lopend op met de bus en de metro dichtbij. In tegenstelling wat op de site staat spreken ze niet alleen Russisch maar ook Engels. We verbleven 2 nachten.
