The hotel location is good. And also provided breakfast. But I don’t like their aircon is no cold enough. I change the room for 1st night. Hot until cannot sleep. Next room is also hot. And also their is only have 2 lift. Totally is no enough for so much of user there. Always took very long time for the lift. Service all very good. No much complaints for this price. Here is some view from my room. Got balcony good for chatting outside

To all Harris batam center teams, Thanks for your hard work bringing joy to the guests and enjoying your team spirit. Enjoy your dancing for the guest and the great smile from the front line. Good job for the housekeeper too. We will be back here again. Just for a small feedback I hope your management can look into it. The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool. The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade. We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

we were given smoking room instead of non smoking room when we check in. the smoking still got smell when we return back at dinner. The noise isn't sound proof when people walk past the walkway. the lift can reset when overload during breakfast time.

The rooms are clean and spacious with a balcony which I really liked. Beds are comfortable providing a good rest. The staff are amazing and helpful. Breakfast is across the stress in the food court called the garden corner. Just so you room key. Buffet Choices are adequate. The location is great with a number of mini marts and eateries along the whole area.
