La chambre est grande et les installations sont nouvelles. Il y a un supermarché, des pharmacies et des DM. A proximité de la gare et de la cathédrale. Il y a des boues d'eau chaude. Défauts : Pas de réfrigérateur.

Hygien, room, bed, quietness everything was great except that I got this problem with the receptionists. So I did explain to all the receptionist (that I saw-because I understand they work in shifts) that I lost 2 luggages due to the airline's mistake and airline will send them to this hostel where I would be staying (for 1 night only). I explained that if someone sent luggages here, please tell me asap because I needed to catch a train to Amsterdam the nextday noon. Imagine 35kg of personal belongs just dissapeared, I didnt have toothbrush, clean clothings.... I reminded them everything 3-4 hours when I saw a receptionist. After almost 27 hours of waiting in worry (which made me cannot enjoy the city), I talked to one receptionist to please check 1 more time becauze the airlines mailed me that they did send to the hostel at 4:30pm in the day I checked-in hostel, (only 4-5 hours after my flight time), she let me go it the luggage room and my luggages were there the whole time! So I waited in pain for 22 hours for nothing. I think it would be a bit obvious when 1 guy in delivery company uniform went in with 2 luggages and said ”this is from one of your customer.” But the receptionist just forgot it quickly and didnt tell me. I had to change a lot of my plan and I was feeling terible and stressful with the waiting and fear of lost luggages. Beside that, the condition of rooms, facilities, warm water, sound proof windows were great.

Il y a une église en diagonale en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a aussi 3 parkings coopératifs 🅿️, mais j'ai oublié de demander le coupon en sortant finalement de l'hôtel. Un peu plus loin devant l'hôtel se trouve la rue piétonne, qui se trouve à seulement une minute à pied. On voit le sommet de l'église en poussant la fenêtre ; le petit déjeuner est légèrement plus cher que les autres hôtels réservés en cours de route, 15 euros/personne, et le rapport qualité/prix est moyen.

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto: basta prendere il treno che ti porta in centro città (il biglietto costa 3,70 €, acquistabile alle macchinette nella stazione dei treni). Nella stessa stazione, puoi anche comprare i biglietti per bus e metropolitana. Una volta arrivato in centro, dalla stazione dei treni puoi camminare lungo il fiume Reno per circa 10 minuti o prendere l'autobus (io ho preso il bus 133 per due fermate). La distanza dalla stazione all'hotel è di circa 800 metri. Se il tempo è bello, ti consiglio di fare una passeggiata lungo il Reno, e in pochi minuti arriverai all'hotel. La struttura è molto piacevole, il personale è gentile e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La mia camera, con un grande balcone vetrato, si affacciava sul fiume Reno. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, con opzioni sia per chi ama il salato che per chi preferisce il dolce. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e tornerò volentieri.
