L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Very comfortable stay with many amenities inside the room..This Studio apartment was spacious beyond my expectation . Nice seaview low floor .Location a bit walking distance to BLK ** from RNF mall .It's beside BLK B2-3. When check in, the CS team told me to wait at lobby B2-1 should just said b2-3 let me walk here n there . Do note if U want stay BLK ** their front door access card spolit cannot open at all. Very troublesome . Need call security to open when U need to go in n out .Don't know when they can rectify this problem. Pleasant stay overall.

We booked a total of four rooms but were not able to secure all units at same level due to full occupancy. The rooms allocated to us face the sunrise which was beautiful but can be slightly noisy at night with the traffic and construction going on outside. The hair dryer was not functioning well for one of the rooms.

This is my 1st time stay at this hotel as I normally booked with KSL. This time round I decided to have a change since this hotel is so near to KSL even though the pricing is slightly higher than other hotels. The check-in process is fast and the duty manager is very friendly. The hotel has very nice view and a sky lounge with live music at level 26.
