My Mother in law booked three rooms in this hotel for a family funeral-5 adults, 3 kids, and 3 infants. The hotel was very difficult about check in, even when we had the paperwork showing our reservation. Finally got checked in and as my room was on an end, I pulled around to the end door, where multiple signs threatened patrons, but no signage indicating the door was out of service. I kept trying my key with my three increasingly fretful small children, until finally another guest happened to see and opened the door, informing me that management had locked the doors because they kept having trouble with homeless and troublemakers getting in and causing trouble. When we finally got to our room, it was grossly dirty- blood on the bedspread, greasy carpet, moldy bathroom, cigarette holes burned in things, overall just disgusting. You have to request an iron (they don’t leave them in the rooms) and when I got it, it was dirty and spewing water. When my Mother in Law arrived and saw mine and my sister in law’s room (moldy, smelly, blood on the curtains... how does that even happen?!?) she complained to the hotel and we all packed up and left. The kids were crying (I kept asking them not to touch anything and it kinda freaked them out... oh, the tv didn’t work either). Fortunately the Holiday Inn Express had rooms available and we were able to move over there. Moral of the story- DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

Je voyage à Merced 1 ou 2 fois par mois depuis Los Angeles depuis deux ans et j'ai séjourné ici la plupart du temps. De la réservation de la chambre, à la vérification rapide, et de rester dans ma chambre la plus préférée, il est toujours rapide, efficace et surtout amiable. Au début, ils connaissaient mon nom, avaient mon numéro de récompense sur le dossier et rapidement réservé la chambre au téléphone ou pour le mois prochain à la meilleure tarif sans avoir à passer par le processus en ligne et à double contrôler tous les différents taux offerts En outre, je pourrais ajouter les services de bureau avant offerts par Angel est une des plus belles que j'ai vu dans 40 plus d'années de ma vie adulte. Angel est certainement exceptionnel dans son travail et il semble toujours ”fuir” sur les autres personnels, toujours cordiale et prêt et en souris pour relever tout nouveau défi que je propose. La température est plus souvent la température parfaite pour moi de calmer mes muscles de chaleur après un long jour de travail suivi d'un travail. Si vous êtes au service du restaurant et du bar, ou si vous êtes à bord de la maison, tout le monde semble à bord pour rendre l'expérience personnelle confortable et, si possible, apporter un sourire à mon visage avec une simple courtoisie de demander comment va mon jour et si il y a Je dirais qu'ils sont simplement des Anges ici et je suis reconnaissant de son hospitalité et de leur bon plan de rester ici chaque fois que je retourne à Merced pour travailler ou la tête de Yosemite pour une vue du monde la plus que je ne puis imaginer.
