C'était agréable. Mais la chambre est un peu décevante… Manque un peu de confort. Les équipements de la chambre pourraient être mieux entretenus. Le service de nettoyage semble perfectible. À part cela, la réception et la hotline fonctionnent bien. L'hôtel est bien situé et offre un bon accès à la restauration et au restaurant. Malheureusement, la salle de sport ferme à 17 h. Je suppose que je ne pourrai jamais y aller si je suis en voyage d'affaires… J'espère que les horaires pourront être étendus à l'avenir. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. Le choix est correct et la qualité est clairement perfectible.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building. My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused. Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat. For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good. The area to improve : 1. Level of hot water need to be better 2. The noisy from AC need to be fix Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

Nous sommes arrivés avec un bébé de 2 mois et 2 ans à 13h30 mais il s'est avéré que jusqu'à 15h00 nous avons eu une chambre, ils ont dit qu'il y avait encore une liste d'attente, a expliqué Mme Tirta. La situation était également que mon enfant de 2 ans vomissait dans la salle d'attente pendant si longtemps qu'il n'entrait pas dans la pièce pour se reposer et finalement un autre agent CS était immédiatement prêt à nettoyer les traces du vomi de mon enfant. Oui, avant de me marier, j'étais ici si je voulais passer la nuit, mais j'ai ensuite été vraiment déçu. Et bon, on leur donnait une salle de douche debout au lieu d'une baignoire, si la baignoire les attendait, a déclaré Mme Tirta. peut-être 1 heure plus tard (je pense) duuuh
