The hotel is perfectly well located in the South side of Castro (avoiding the high congestion of the city), and it has great views .... also the restaurant of the hotel is actually excellent ... the food we tried was spectacular. However, there some points that need attention: 1) Staff shortages ... we suffered it because we didn't get our room until 7pm on the day of arrival .. which was actually very late .... also, one day our room was not made until very late as well, after several conversations with Reception. 2) We have 2 rooms ... in one of them, there was no fridge to cool drinks ... in the second one we didn't get any complimentary bottle of water ... 3) not all rooms have air conditioning (something we learned the hard way in the first night) but luckily we were able to move to other room .... 4) the accessories in the room were missing or were broken ... the toilet paper hanger was loose, the sink was clogged and you needed to be careful no to wet all the room. Evidently there were small reparations that they have not done in several years ... and they are not expensive things, but it appears there is a lack of maintenance in the hotel 5) Staff looked ”bored” ... not all of them, but you can sense they were working not with a very big smile ... and definitely they need more people to cater for the guests !

Reservez une chambre via web et à l'arrivée ils n'ont pas trouvé la réservation , la chambre qui m'ont attribuée et occupé était avec la chauffage basse mais il pouvait être réglé, généralement propre et ordonné, mais avec des verres assez sales à l'extérieur. Le spectacle de la chambre a été ouvert par des personnes qui ont dit qu'elles avaient été affectées. Plus tard, j'ai fait part de ma molestie à la réception et ils se sont montrés surpris mais désintéressés par le sujet, j'ai demandé à parler à un gestionnaire, mais je n'étais pas disponible. Le lendemain de la réception, vous avez demandé la même chose et ils m'ont dit que après le petit déjeuner, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans l' horaire prévu et il n'y avait pas de fruits , de verres ou d' édulcorants Lorsque vous rentrez dans la chambre, vous aviez tenté de prendre le petit déjeuner. les cartes d'accès bloquées . et résumé n'a pas été un séjour agréable ou calme. Nous ne nous sentons pas en sécurité ou bien accueillis.
