You MUST read this before you choose to stay. Down below, you will find the owner REAL response to me. The lady (young Indian woman) at the front desk was extremely rude to me from the moment I checked in. She snatched my ID from my hand, shoved my receipt at me, and was generally cold and rude. We paid $105, or something close to that, for out stay. We were promised basic amenities that we did not receive. Upon arriving, we found the door handle was physically broken. It took us several minutes of messing with the handle before we got access. When we entered, I realized we had a smoking room. I have a sensitivity to smoke, so I called the office and asked for another room. The rude lady just told me there were no other rooms available. I checked online and it showed there were still other rooms available. I checked my reservation and it did say smoking so I must have messed up. It was my fault. So I accepted the room. I spent my time and slept in the room with a face mask. About 20 minutes in we discovered that the refrigerator didn’t work. We checked power at the wall, the knobs, all was good. Refrigerator was just not working. I called the office, the lady said that maintenance was not available and that, once again, there was no other rooms to move to. No solution offered. I called again to report that the floors were sticky. We were told that it was normal because of the humidity. We then called back to the office to let them know the towels in the restroom were damp and that the AC was turning off (all lights would turn off for 2 or 3 seconds) before turning back on. It was as if it was shorting out. This was happening every half hour or so. She informed me that someone would bring me towels and that maintenance is not there. She again offered me no solutions. We ended up sleeping in about 80-85 degree temperatures. We waited an hour, no towels. Luckily my wife had a beach towel and we chose to just share it. Upon turning on the shower, the handle tell off, exposing either mold behind the knob. We informed the front office every time we found a new issue, and every time we were given no solutions. To recap Broken door handle Broken refrigerator Sticky floors Wet towels Tv didn’t work Shower handle broke AC not working The next morning I asked for a manager and was told she just left. It was 10am, I asked for some sort of compensation for my issues. I was told they don’t offer refunds or compensation. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had. Edit: owners REAL RESPONSE. When I submitted my review, I also reviewed the hotel on Priceline and emailed their corporate. The owner wanted me to call him to “work it out” when I spoke with Mr. Patel the 1st time, he hasn’t found out about the Priceline review or the email to corporate yet. He systematically went through each of my concerns and said I must be lying. He also informed me that the other people working there that was rude was his family. Le restaurant est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Lors de mon arrivée, j'ai découvert que l'une des chambres que j'avais réservées avait été annulée et ils m'ont dit que c'était parce que ma carte a été refusée, même si j'avais 2 préautorisations sur ma carte pour l'hôtel. Le bureau de première ligne a été envoyé au gestionnaire qui a refusé d'être d'aucune aide jusqu'à ce que je lui demande de parler. Il m'a assuré que le bureau de la chambre avait appelé demain pour me dire que ma carte avait été refusée et que je n'avais pas répondu. Il m'a dit qu'il lui avait vu son appel. Il m'a dit qu'il avait accès au journal d'appel et qu'il me montrerait l'appel sortant à mon numéro. Si il ne pouvait pas me donner un rabais. Il m'a dit qu'il serait là tôt le matin prochain pour me parler. J'ai dû dormir sur le sol le premier jour de mon séjour parce que tout le monde devait dormir dans la même chambre. Ma sœur qui était avec moi s'est glissée dans la douche, a frappé sa tête et a coupé son oreille ouverte. Je devais la prendre pour être vu par un médecin d'urgence. Quand j'ai allé parler au gestionnaire le matin suivant, j'ai été informé qu'il ne serait pas là avant 10 h 30 ! ! ! Il ne m'a pas vu avant 11 h 30 et il n'a pas eu le journal d'appel disponible ! Il m'a envoyé un message de texte qui m'a fait savoir que j'étais correct et que le clef n'avait pas appelé pour me faire savoir qu'ils annuleraient la chambre !!!! Et il n'a rabais que 20 $ de mon séjour ! Je crois que je devrais avoir au moins une nuit de rabais pour voir que tous les erreurs étaient sur les hôtels fin! horrible!!

Le grand endroit pour rester ... était là pour une nuit et était étonné de combien j'étais traitée.. J'étais à 4 étoiles à San Antonio la nuit avant et n'étais pas accueilli comme je suis ici à Staybridge!!! Le café et les snacks étaient disponibles avant de m'en aller à la chambre ... la chambre TVA était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet a été très bien choisi ... Si quelqu'un demandait un aliment ... il serait disponible pour tous dans 10 minutes ... Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.. Je suis une femme âgée seule et je me suis senti très sûr ici ... donc que's a big plus for me ... feeling safe ...

Nous avons séjourné ici une nuit. Le gestionnaire nous a donné une mise à niveau gratuite dans une suite avec un jacuzzi! La chambre était grande. J'ai pu parquer juste devant ma chambre. Le gestionnaire a dit qu'il allait nous détruire, et nous laisser sortir à 14 h gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon, mais le thé vert serait bon. Cet hôtel est très recommandé. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper, bien peut-être.
