Meilleurs Hôtels de Cozumel, Mexique

Chaque partie de nos deux séjours à l'hôtel zen était excellente ! Des lits propres et confortables, un personnel super serviable et gentil, et la vue de notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était incroyable. Le restaurant était un plaisir inattendu, de la musique de fond à la cuisine de classe mondiale. Love love love la piscine à débordement et le sauna au bord de l'océan. Bravo !

Nous avons visité le El Cozumeleno en février 2017. Nous étions logé au 7e étage dans une chanbre vue mer. Le personnel est courtois et accueillant, les chambres sont propres et le restaurant à la carte est délicieux. Vous pouvez vous y rendre matin, midi et soir. Le buffet était vraiment décevant, surtout le soir. Les installations n'étaient pas très propres, et de nombreux insectes se retrouvaient dans la nourriture car les gens ne refermaient pas correctement les plats. La place est très petite et rocailleuse. J'adore le snorkeling alors c'était parfait. Seule chose, soyez prudents car les courants sont très forts! Ne dépassez pas le ponceau si vous n'êtes pas un nageur averti! Est-ce que je recommande cet hôtel? Oui, si vous payez moins de 1100$. Nous avons payé 1400$ et avons trouver qu'à ce prix, nous n'en n'avons pas eu pour notre argent. Est-ce que j'y retournerait? Non. Je préfèrerais plutôt visiter un autre hôtel à Cozumel.

Nous sommes parti moi et mon conjoint du 14 janvier au 21 janvier 2023 nous avons 32 et 31 ans. Premièrement, ce n'est pas un hôtel pour les jeunes. La clientèle est des personnes de 60 ans et plus. Beaucoup d'Américains. La nourriture est correct, mais pour les déjeuners c'est toujours la même chose. Il y a 2 restaurants à la carte qu'il est impossible de réserver. Pour se qui est de l'animation durant la journée, il ne se passe rien. Première fois qu'on va dans le sud et qu'on ne voit pas d'animation en pleins jours. Le soir, 2-3 soirs dans la semaine, il y a eu un jeu, un film et une soirée karaoke, il n'y a pas de spectacles. Les chambres était propre. Pour ce qui est de la plage, il n'y a aucune plage. C'est clairement un site pour faire de la plongée, mais quand tu ne fais pas de plonger c'est difficile de trouver ton bonheur. Il y a 2 piscines naturelles, elles sont bien, beaucoup de poissons s'y trouvent. Pas moyen de veiller plus tard que 23h. Le dernier bar ouvert ferme à 23h. On a décidé une soirée d'aller veiller sur le bord de la mer et à minuit 30, la sécurité nous demandait d'aller nous coucher (nous étions même pas du coté des chambres et nous faisons pas de bruits) Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à des jeunes qui ne font pas de plongées. Si tu as envie de virer c'est pas la place. En fait Cozumel est une ile très touristique. On comptait environs 6-7 bateaux de croisières arriver par jour. Quand on allait en ville c'était plein et les prix étaient très cher.

My wife and I, and a close friend arrived at the hotel on April 18, 2023. The friend and I previously stayed at this El Cid in 2015, and found the place pleasant during that visit for a week of scuba diving. During both stays at El Cid we found the people there very cordial and anxious to please. However, we will likely never stay there again. The place was noisy day and evening. One of the two small elevators had recently been maintained, and the other, right outside our door, was under construction. Construction noise, smells, and debris from this elevator work were part of every day, often into the evenings until after 7 PM. Whether or not we had our front door open, to exit the room, or not, we were subject to noise and concrete debris from this source, as workers were cutting through rebar and concrete, just a few feet from our door. There was also major demolition underway on another part of the hotel, with workers utilizing jackhammers much of each day. This is what we also listened to on the other side of our rooms. We were in the middle of two MAJOR construction projects. If the above weren’t enough, we were almost directly above the restaurant, which until 10:30 most evenings was the source of a very loud band. One evening we went down to the restaurant to dine, not realizing that the band was about to start, and found that we could not hear each other talk, at all. While on the subject of the restaurant, upon checking in, we were presented with a coupon book of discounts. Three of these (photos attached) were confusing, as they did not seem to apply to any of the menu items, so we asked our waiter for elucidation. He had never seen the coupons, and went for help from the manager. The manager, Carlos, came over to our table to inform us that we could order virtually any three items from the menu for $5 US dollars off each item. I then repeated this back to him, in front of my wife and friend, twice for clarification and confirmation. He affirmed my reiteration of his statements. We enjoyed a beef meal, a chicken meal, and a seafood meal. At the conclusion of our meals, we presented the coupons for credit. Our waiter again sought the manager who came over to us again, to inform us that the coupons would not apply to any of our meals. We were incredulous. Wi-Fi: When my friend and I stayed at El Cid Cozumel in 2015, Wi-Fi (poor) was provided in the lobby area. This time we were informed that Wi-Fi was provided throughout the hotel, but for only two devices per room. There were three of us! So my wife had Wi-Fi on her phone (but not on her computer), my friend had Wi-Fi on his computer (but not his phone), and I had NO Wi-Fi for my iPad or phone. As such, I was unable to send photos, texts, or email messages to our friends back home, unless I wanted to borrow my wife’s phone. There were a couple times where I used my wife’s phone for necessary communications with the scuba diving organization we used while in Co

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. De plus, tous les repas et boissons inclusifs sont aussi variés et délicieux, bien entretenus et vous pouvez avoir une pause de loisir sur la plage privée de l'établissement qui n'est pas crowded. Cet hôtel était très bien situé. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie non rénovée mais uniquement parce que nous voulions une chambre plus grande. L'hôtel a proposé de nous surclasser mais nous voulions la chambre avec baignoire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour là-bas et j'y retournerais sans hésiter !
