Nous avons été très heureux de voir un bon sommeil, dans un bon endroit avec des restaurants et des magasins voisins. La chambre était grande et confortable avec une bonne douche chaude à bonne pression. Nous avons parlé avec Gregory avant et après la réservation. Il était si ami, informative et utile. À l'arrivée Tim était grand pour le check-in. Petite zone de vente disponible. Une bonne expérience.

L'hôtel était pour la plupart révisé et confortable. Il y avait quelques problèmes. Cet hôtel était l'hôtel hôte pour une conférence avec probablement 250-300 personnes. Il n'y avait que 2 machines à glace et l'une d'elles n'avait pas fonctionné. À l'arrivée, nous avons découvert que notre téléphone dans la chambre n'avait pas fonctionné. Il a été signalé immédiatement et quand nous avons vérifié 2 jours plus tard, il n'avait pas fonctionné.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits à l'Holiday Inn au centre-ville d'Alexandrie. Une minute plus tard, un homme gentil a frappé la porte et il a une chaise tournée. Nous avons été reconnaissants pour cela et nous avons demandé si un bureau venait aussi. Il dit, « n'avez-vous pas un bureau ? » Et il regarde par-dessus moi pour voir et il était évidemment surpris et n'avait aucune idée de ce qui se passait. Il ne pensait plus qu'il avait fait et il s'excusait. La maison de garde de la matinée suivante est venue et mon mari lui demande si elle savait quelque chose sur notre bureau manquant et elle a dit qu'elle fera quelques appels et que dans moins de cinq minutes quelqu'un était à la porte avec un bureau ! Promote cette jeune dame, elle fait des choses arriver! Nous avons commandé du restaurant une fois et les hamburgers étaient très bons. Petit-déjeuner buffet était bon et environ $10.99 Je pense. Ce n'est pas un Holiday Inn Express, il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner gratuit.

My organization and I come to Alexandria a few times each year, and we've been faithful customers of the Home2 Suites the past few years. We typically booked 1-3 room(s) per stay, and most of our experience was relatively enjoyable. However, earlier this month, there was a MAJOR concern, and management failed to handle the situation properly. A person from my company is taking cancer medication cream, and their product treatment mysteriously vanished from their room while they were gone. This only occurred after an unrequested visit from housekeeping. The vanishing cream (this cream was in an expensive bottle and could appear to be a cosmetics cream; the treatment was purchased for $250+) was never found after repeated searches. My team and I thoroughly searched the hotel room several times, looking through the garbage, searching above shelves, checking underneath furniture - trying to do anything we could to ensure that the medication had not been accidentally misplaced. Additionally, we waited until we checked out of the hotel and we returned home to confirm that the medication was not packed away in our personal luggage... Alas, after everyone within the company unpacked their traveling bags, no cancer medication was found. I understand that 9 out of 10 times, missing items are typically attributed to guest error or misplacement. However, this was the 1 out of 10. The person in my company had to pay for another round of cancer medication treatment. There was no reimbursement whatsoever for our stay (we had booked multiple rooms for several nights), no responsibility on behalf of the management to conduct thorough investigation on the missing medical treatment, no protocol established to help restore trust in this business. Due to damaged trust and the failure of this hotel to adequately provide a solution or support in this situation, we will not do business with this establishment going forward. If you stay here, I recommend putting away any valuables, even when room service is unrequested... You might find something missing... but don't worry - at least you'll get those fresh towels you didn't request.

Le séjour était bon. Nous n'avions dû rester qu'une nuit. Mais le toilette était impur. Le récepteur de la nuit était un peu impatient. Mais la personne sur le changement matinal était étonnante et prise en charge de toute nécessité n'avait besoin de personne. Les équipements étaient bons. Les chambres sont très confortables et les chambres sont très confortables.

Kathryn était exceptionnelle. Elle est facile à travailler avec et VERY compréhension. Elle s'est assurée qu'elle est allée le kilomètre supplémentaire pour me accueillir et je suis certainement reconnaissante. Excellent service client, et je recommanderais certainement cet endroit juste sur son hospitalité.

Nous étions là pendant quatre (4) jours. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Le personnel est allé au-dessus et au-delà. Seul le problème était la clé de la chambre qui a besoin de re-clé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Il n'était pas nouveau mais la valeur était grande.
