L'anglais à la réception n'est pas particulièrement bon. Le dîner buffet est plus économique que les restaurants italiens environnants. La fille a 15 ans et compte comme une enfant. Dans l'hôtel, vous pouvez voir la mer Méditerranée. La piscine de l'hôtel est très glacée. Il est recommandé de mettre des serviettes à côté de l'hôtel. La vue nocturne autour de l'hôtel est magnifique et il y a un musée très significatif.

Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec la chambre et ils l'ont résolu pour nous d'une manière qui a dépassé nos attentes. Le personnel offre un service client spectaculaire, en particulier Manuel qui, après avoir fait le signalement, s'inquiétait de demander chaque jour comment nous allions et si tout allait bien. Le lit très confortable qui est indispensable pour passer de bonnes vacances et l'espace piscine avec de très bonnes attentions, une bonne répartition et satisfait du respect des mesures sanitaires. En plus de cela, j'ai adoré sa politique d'être un hôtel inclusif, définitivement que la vision de l'entreprise ainsi que la qualité humaine de ses travailleurs et son service client en font un lieu où je veux retourner.

La suite, juste parfaite .Le restaurant Le Med reste notre endroit préféré car un personnel au top, toujours le sourire, des conseils et notre coup de cœur ”Domenico” un vrai professionnel . Pour le sport, juste parfait 👌 salle avec appareils au top et cours Les Mills vraiment bien. Le spa avec un circuit pour chaque partie du corps rare ! Une vue splendide sur la baie. Un hôtel au top du design. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas les pieds dans l'eau...

This was such an easy trip. Out the airport, a 3 minute walk to the train station and a 25 minute train ride straight to Torreblanca station and the hotel is right there. It's a 3-4 minute walk from station right into hotel reception. There is a very short incline just before you get into hotel. Arrival was great as the staff in this hotel are always so friendly and helpful. This extends to everywhere, restaurant staff are lovely, cleaning staff are lovely, bar staff etc, everyone is so nice. I had room 406 with a spectacular sea view and looking directly onto the beautifully manicured large garden area with sunbeds well distanced from each other and positioned on the lawns. It's peacefulness personified to just lie down there and read a book. So quiet. There is a large(ish) pool down at the bottom of the gardens with a more livelier pool up above, and closer to the hotel. This tends to attract families, although it's never been really busy anytime I have stayed. I do like the small pool bar there and it's lovely to sit outside of it and just watch the families in the pool. It also has a small much shaded area if you wanted to get out the sun for a while. Amenities are a short walk away, down a hill, and about 5 minutes walk. For the less able-bodied people, it is a bit of a steep climb back up to the hotel. It's doable, but you may just need to stop and rest. Until 7pm, you can get into the hotel through a side-gate half-way up the hill by using your room card for entry. This saves going up that last part of the hill which is the steepest. What I loved most is being able to walk out the hotel straight into the train station and head to Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Arroyo de la Miel, Plaza Mayor (huge shopping area) and finally back to the airport. No need to buy a ticket as just tap your bank card onto the Renfe big red dots at every station and that's you. Just don't forget to tap that dot again when you get to your destination station. All-in-all, a great holiday (always) and I have already booked for my next trip back there.
