Location d'appartements de vacances à Ipoh

J'ai réservé cet appartement pour son emplacement et parce qu'il était quasiment neuf. Points positifs : + Emplacement : proche du centre-ville et très pratique. + Quasi neuf et peu occupé, donc très calme. Les équipements de l'immeuble sont neufs, même si le spa et la piscine Atapchi sont fermés. + Bon service client d'IWH. L'agente Dee a été très serviable et aimable. + Fontaine à eau Cukcoo dans l'appartement : très pratique, elle fournissait de l'eau chaude et froide. + Électroménager de marque. Points négatifs : - L'ameublement de l'appartement laissait à désirer. Le tabouret de bar avait une bande métallique coupante qui a blessé ma fille à la jambe. - Le matelas était très dur et l'oreiller trop mou. - Des serviettes, du gel douche et du shampoing étaient fournis, mais pas de savon pour les mains. - Les serviettes fournies étaient de qualité médiocre ; l'une d'elles sentait même la cigarette et nous avons demandé à ce qu'elle soit remplacée. Bien que nous apprécions la cabine de douche et les toilettes séparées, l'absence de rideaux entre la salle de bain et le séjour rend le changement de vêtements après la douche un peu compliqué. La pression de l'eau est faible. En résumé, malgré un prix attractif, nous avons l'impression que cet appartement paraît bien plus beau en photo qu'en réalité, en raison de l'ameublement bon marché.

Le service est excellent et très attentif! Très sûre zone de séjour avec garde de sécurité soignant 24h. La piscine était grande et il ne permet pas d'avoir un atout de nageur inapproprié pour aller dans la piscine. Très recommandé pour séjour familial!

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel The Stallionz à Ipoh, en Malaisie, et ce fut une expérience merveilleuse et totalement relaxante. L'hôtel est flambant neuf, tout est impeccable. Nous avions réservé deux chambres, et dès que nous avons ouvert la porte, nous avons été conquis par l'attention portée aux détails. Tous les lits étaient moelleux et confortables, les canapés propres et nets, les salles de bain lumineuses et spacieuses, la climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Les baies vitrées et les portes-fenêtres laissaient entrer la lumière du soleil et le paysage, et il y avait même un petit coin cuisine avec des ustensiles de base pour préparer des repas simples, ce qui était très appréciable. L'environnement autour de l'hôtel était une agréable surprise. Les rues étaient propres et calmes, sans bruit de circulation ni foule, comme un havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Se promener pendant la journée, respirer l'air frais, était naturellement apaisant. L'heure du petit-déjeuner était totalement flexible, nous pouvions dormir à notre guise et prendre notre temps pour le savourer, sans aucune hâte. Le matin, en ouvrant la porte du balcon, le soleil inondait la pièce, accompagné d'une brise fraîche. Le ciel s'éclaircissait au loin, et le soleil levant réchauffait nos visages. Le monde entier était calme et magnifique. L'après-midi, nous aimions nous asseoir sur le balcon et regarder le soleil se coucher lentement, le ciel se teignant d'orange. La tranquillité de ces moments donnait l'impression que le temps ralentissait. Il y a un supermarché en libre-service au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel, bien achalandé, très pratique pour acheter des collations et des boissons. Le personnel de la réception était particulièrement aimable, toujours souriant, prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions avec patience et sincérité, nous donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Pendant toutes les vacances, nous n'avons pas planifié d'itinéraire précis, nous avons fait ce que nous voulions, dormi quand nous le voulions, et nous sommes déplacés librement, l'esprit léger. Il n'y avait aucune perturbation, seulement une atmosphère de bien-être, chaque instant était précieux. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous débarrasser complètement de votre fatigue, l'hôtel The Stallionz est absolument un choix incontournable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Les lits étaient confortables, l'espace de séjour était spacieux, et l'appartement entier était parfait pour notre famille. A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Le séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise. Pour votre considération pls.

PROS: Unité propre et agréable. Situation à proximité de la ville; à l'intérieur par voiture 5-10mins. Tout dans l'unité fonctionne correctement, sauf le Wi-Fi. Il y a même un lave-linge. Recommandez de porter vos propres toilettes et lave-linge Détergent. Globalement, il est un grand endroit pour un court-circuit rapide. CONs: La mauvaise gestion des bâtiments, qui n'est pas une faute de la des gardes de sécurité russes, signe incertain à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des parkings, même La mauvaise gestion du trafic est la pire. Si vous conduisez et vous garez dans ce bâtiment, je Suggérer que vous allez lentement et prenez votre temps de regarder à la signature, afin que vous ne tombez pas victime de leur les règles ridicules de la gestion. C'était mon deuxième séjour à The Anderson condo, Alors que je savais depuis le premier séjour que leur parking lots a eu mauvais éclairage et signe, je suis surpris qu'il peut devenir pire.
