Ils ont 5 chambres et 7 lits doubles, assez spacieux pour jusqu'à 14 personnes. Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - Une surprise totale! Ce lieu est plus qu'une piscine privée, c'est un centre de divertissement privé plein air! · Système Karaoke privé : Le KTV a été incroyable avec une bibliothèque de chansons massive et mise à jour. · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: Le cabinet d'arcade a eu tant de jeux classiques pour un voyage sérieux nostalgie. Après cela, le passage à un jeu compétitif de piscine a maintenu l'énergie. Ces installations ont vraiment fait notre voyage inoubliable. Touches pensées qui ont fait la différence Au-delà du plaisir, c'est les détails réfléchis qui nous ont vraiment impressionnés : · Dispenseur d'eau dans la cuisine : Incroyablement convenable ! Pas besoin de cuisson d'eau ou d'acheter des charges de bouteilles. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: Le plus grand touche doux était le propriétaire qui nous fournit du sel de bain ! Après un jour de pleine activité, en baignant dans un parfum, un bain chaud était la façon parfaite de se dégager et se sentait comme un luxe pur. Ce petit cadeau a ajouté un tel contact personnel et soignant. Verdict : Nous serons 100% de retour ! La villa combine parfaitement un luxe espace privé, un divertissement premium et un service de cœur. Je vous recommande de vous présenter à tous mes amis.

C'est un endroit neuf, un peu comme un appart-hôtel près du centre d'Ipoh. Pour trouver de la nourriture halal, il faut rouler quelques kilomètres depuis l'hôtel. Ou bien simplement commander via une application de livraison. Il y aura bientôt une supérette à l'intérieur. Donc vous pourrez acheter des Maggi pour calmer votre faim 😂. J'adore séjourner ici. Il y a plusieurs endroits où vous pouvez faire de belles photos (OOTD), que ce soit au dernier étage ou au deuxième. J'y retournerai la prochaine fois.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Il faut réserver un Grab ou prendre la voiture pour aller manger ou faire du shopping. Cependant, cet hôtel est confortable et abordable. Le personnel est accueillant. Une laverie automatique est disponible au 3e étage. La chambre est de taille correcte, le lit est confortable, la pression de l'eau est bonne et la climatisation fonctionne bien. Seul bémol : la réception des chaînes de télévision par câble est parfois instable. L'hôtel dispose d'un café au rez-de-chaussée. C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai certainement.

A great hotel for business travelers with family. The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing my parents and I to rest well. The staff were efficient and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The calm ambience made it easy to relax after work.

L'hôtel a ouvert ses portes en 2025. La chambre studio où j'ai séjourné était spacieuse et confortable pour deux personnes. Ses équipements en font un hébergement idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires comme pour les familles. On trouve à moins de 15 minutes à pied une grande variété de cafés, bars et restaurants, et le centre commercial haut de gamme Ipoh Parkson Parade est juste en face. Autrement dit, tout est accessible à pied. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour à Ipoh.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

L’hôtel est très bien situé vous êtes à côté de tout. J’aime bien la vibe c’était différent de d’habitude. L’hôtel était propre, le gérant très accueillant et chaleureux. Seul petit bémol c’est au niveau de l’insonorité, le matin tôt on entend le bruit de dehors, voiture, les gens qui parlent. Malgres ce seul petit bémol je recommande cet hotel. Je pense que c’est le meilleure qualité prix dans le coin

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Le séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise. Pour votre considération pls.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it
