Ce lieu est plus qu'une piscine privée, c'est un centre de divertissement privé plein air! · Système Karaoke privé : Le KTV a été incroyable avec une bibliothèque de chansons massive et mise à jour. · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: Le cabinet d'arcade a eu tant de jeux classiques pour un voyage sérieux nostalgie. Après cela, le passage à un jeu compétitif de piscine a maintenu l'énergie. Ces installations ont vraiment fait notre voyage inoubliable. Touches pensées qui ont fait la différence Au-delà du plaisir, c'est les détails réfléchis qui nous ont vraiment impressionnés : · Dispenseur d'eau dans la cuisine : Incroyablement convenable ! Pas besoin de cuisson d'eau ou d'acheter des charges de bouteilles. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: Le plus grand touche doux était le propriétaire qui nous fournit du sel de bain ! Après un jour de pleine activité, en baignant dans un parfum, un bain chaud était la façon parfaite de se dégager et se sentait comme un luxe pur. Ce petit cadeau a ajouté un tel contact personnel et soignant. Verdict : Nous serons 100% de retour ! La villa combine parfaitement un luxe espace privé, un divertissement premium et un service de cœur. Je vous recommande de vous présenter à tous mes amis.

Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

Everything was in tip top shape. The room, the beds, the breakfast selection was alright. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The only gripe that we had was the electricity. We turned off the AC at night when it got too cold, and when we woke up, the electricity was cut off. This happened for 2 nights straight. All in all, highly recommended!

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel du centre-ville et mon expérience a été mitigée. L'emplacement est fantastique, en plein cœur de la ville, ce qui le rend pratique pour explorer les attractions à proximité. La chambre était propre, moderne et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire, notamment une machine à eau filtrée, un lave-linge et un micro-ondes, ce qui était un atout majeur. Le parking était également spacieux, ce qui a facilité les choses. Il y avait cependant quelques inconvénients. Les draps étaient poussiéreux et auraient besoin d'être mieux nettoyés ou remplacés, ce qui a nui au confort général. De plus, le couloir commun menant à la chambre était visiblement sale et poussiéreux, ce qui a donné une mauvaise première impression. Des améliorations à ces endroits feraient une grande différence. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un séjour correct avec d'excellents équipements, mais une attention particulière à la propreté des espaces communs et de la literie améliorerait l'expérience.

The hotel room just ok with cold air conditioning. The hotel quite far from the city. The staff hotel helpful and friendly. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Difficult to get the food and drinks around the hotel area.

Typical ‘Airbnb’-like experience , everything is digital, just follow instructions you’ll be fine. Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal

Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Le séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise. Pour votre considération pls.
