This hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the window is also beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent—it’s right next to a shopping mall, so you can easily walk over to shop or grab anything you need. Plus, it’s close to the city center, making it very convenient to visit tourist attractions and try local street food without traveling too far.
Another plus is that the hotel offers free parking for guests, which is really convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back next time!

Mon expérience de cet hôtel est que je n'oublierai jamais le service efficace de tout le personnel à partir de notre jour d'enregistrement. La chambre n'est pas très propre et doit être améliorée. La chose qui peut être améliorée est la télévision (mise à niveau) et le couloir doit être aspiré pour plus de propreté. La salle de petit-déjeuner était tellement bonne et il y avait beaucoup de variété de nourriture. Nous avons adoré et apprécié la décoration de l'environnement avec un concept malais classique dans les années 1950~. Et la dernière chose avant que j'oublie de partager, essayez le thé masala dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, c'est pour les amateurs de thé.. faites-moi confiance !!! Superbe !!! 👍🏼Dans l'ensemble, c'est bien..

Good stay. Has all the amenities. Quite a huge room and very spacious. Feels like luxury hotel, very new. Good service. Things to improve, door is not sound proof and can hear people walk and talking outside. Smart TV in room isn’t connect to WiFi, can’t add WiFi in the settings, so options like AXN, HBO, etc only, can’t utilise the YouTube or Netflix app. Parking is free for guest, just need to validate, but when I drive to lobby for 1st time, the staff said guest also need to pay, so I park outside and cross the stress and get to know from lobby it’s free, then I have to walk back to get the car and park in lobby, abit troublesome. My room view sucks, open the window and you see literally a wall and it’s just pitch black. You will be charged extra RM3 per night stay for all Perak hotel as heritage fee.

L'emplacement était dans un quartier calme d'usine et il fait assez sombre pour se rendre à l'hôtel. La chambre est correcte avec des draps propres. Quelques traces d'eau sur le sol dans les toilettes mais cela ne me dérange pas vraiment. Nous avons croisé des touristes dans l'ascenseur et ils nous ont dit que leurs toilettes ne pouvaient pas tirer la chasse d'eau. Nous étions donc très reconnaissants que tout fonctionnait dans notre chambre. Cet endroit est abordable et n'est pas loin de la ville. Je recommanderais à l'hôtel de placer des pantoufles dans la chambre pour le confort des clients. Si vous recherchez un séjour abordable à Ipoh, je recommanderais cet hôtel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Symphony Suites Hotel, Ipoh, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!

This hotel offers a decent stay for its price.
The room was clean, comfortable and huge. It was so relaxing to stay and quiet.
However, the breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to Ipoh's attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which enhanced the overall stay. The onsite spa was a nice touch for unwinding. It's a good choice. Need more parking space.

Room is spacious with turf club view.
One of the famous Ipoh style cafe just within walking distance.
I will definitely stay here again if the price continue being competitive.

Iinez chongAfter stay only we realise this is a malay hotel and very old hotel. i cannot say its bad because the staff is nice and friendly. Just what we feel the family room we booked it's not that new or modern design.. it can feel it's totally malay style and also the location is not near town area because we take cab to town need at least 25 minutes to reach.

I checked in during my birthday. After I went to my room, surprisingly their staff came and bring birthday cake while singing happy birthday song. I am really touched & happy. Thank you so much for your surprised and kindness. Much appreciated!

AAsteaThis is my return stay with MU Hotel. I am continually impressed by their exemplary services and dedication to providing a good stay. My family were stranded in Ipoh due to a cancelled flight. Upon hearing about our situation, they immediately reached out to the airline and provided us (and other strandees) with another night's stay. I am truly thankful for the help rendered and will definitely be back for our visits to Ipoh. P.S. The view from the room is awesome!

We had a fantastic night for our anniversary, thankq so much for the hotel arrangement. It’s was so lovely and extremely comfortable stay. The hotel location is very convenient and the front desk officers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍

La chambre est très confortable et confortable, et vous avez une chambre confortable et confortable. L'eau chaude dans la douche ne prend pas longtemps et ils offrent un 3 dans 1 corps de lavage, shampooing et conditionneur, encore quelque chose que nous ne nous attendions pas à ce point de prix. Ceci peut être parce que nous n'avons séjourné que pendant deux nuits mais cela n'est pas communiqué sur le site ou lors de l'enregistrement. Nous n'avons pas été informés des réductions disponibles sur place pour rester à l'hôtel.
Tout en tout un séjour OK, mais plusieurs petites choses ont fait ça pas de valeur pour l'argent que nous avons payé.

IInvité+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok.
- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.
