Location d'appartements de vacances à Cebu

Il y avait un cafard, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était plutôt propre. C'est juste à côté d'un 7-Eleven, mais il faut compter environ 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel n'est pas très chic. Il y a une piscine, mais pas de transats. La télé a des ratés, mais heureusement il y a Netflix ! Pour trouver le mot de passe et l'identifiant du Wi-Fi, il faut attendre le message automatique. Donc, si vous n'avez pas internet, impossible de vous connecter au Wi-Fi. Heureusement, ils ont répondu le soir. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu obtenir l'identifiant pendant deux jours, et j'ai finalement reçu une capture d'écran montrant que c'était dans le message automatique. On dirait que deux personnes différentes gèrent les réponses. L'une est rapide et efficace, l'autre est désagréable et lente. Du coup, je suis un peu déçu. Et n'oubliez pas : vous serez facturé pour la moindre chose, comme si vous n'enlevez pas vos chaussures ou si vous n'éteignez pas la clim. Le départ se fait avant 11 h, pas midi. Attention ! Autre chose : il n'y a rien d'autre. Il vous faudra une voiture ou une moto pour chaque déplacement. La sécurité est assurée sur place, ce qui est un bon point ! En gros, si les insectes et un environnement peu recommandable ne vous dérangent pas, ça ira 👍. À part deux cafés au fond, il n'y a rien d'autre, que je ne recommande pas. La nourriture était infecte dans celui de gauche. Et à droite, il y a des ladyboys qui proposent leurs services. Globalement, c'était correct. J'ai juste eu peur à cause d'un gros cafard 🙈

The Residences need updating and I had a problem with roaches in two different rooms. The hotel was nice about it and moved me to different rooms, in the end I changed to a deluxe room in the Hotel, my recommendation would be to select the Hotel rather than the residences as the hotel has been updated and the residences haven't yet and badly need to be done. Whether in the residences or the hotel rooms the TV and their use of IPTV is difficult as the tv movie program often cuts out due to the internet signal being poor and it is a pain to get it to back onto the channel. Even with the difficulties of bugs in the two rooms I had at the residences I was not offered anything complementary or any form of compensation. The breakfast was okay with lots of options mostly Filipino style items, however when I asked for a latte I was told it would be an extra charge, black normal coffee is standard. It is close to Ayala mall.

We really appreciate our 8 nights stay, maganda ung location since hindi facing the sun so pwede ka magstay sa balcony anytime. Amenities are good very convenient kasi may laundry na kasama Enough din ung beds and pillows for us na 5 persons Big enough ung ref to store many food Good aircondition. Very cozy at aesthetic ung room kahit maliit. Space is ergonomically good. Then free access sa pool is a plus Nearby sa mga groceries at food. Enough sampayan and great city view Well recommended the place 100% Super helpful and good assistance of owner din kasi they update us regarding our stay. Mababait din ung mga guards sa lobby at buong compound. Before we leave the unit po we clean the place po. Thank you so much my family loves and enjoy the place. Very well good for a staycation.

We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

Nous avions réservé la chambre 616, une chambre en duplex. Les deux chambres se trouvent à l'étage. Le salon est au rez-de-chaussée. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a de l'eau chaude et un réfrigérateur. Deux douches et deux toilettes sont à disposition. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit. Nous avons prié et nous sommes couchés aussitôt. C'était très pratique. Le quartier est calme. Tout est à proximité si besoin. L'aéroport est à 15-20 minutes à pied ou à 5 minutes en taxi.

There’s no ocean view. Unless you hang off the small balcony that faces a wall. No Jacuzzi, no Onsen, and no smoking zone as advertised and instructed upon arrival. I was cooking bacon and, although I couldn’t hear any alarm, I had security staff insisting they enter the property to check. Fine. 5 minutes later, despite trying to eat, I had to ask them to leave when one of them wanted to take a photo of my meal. That’s intrusive, because it’s unnecessary, and I couldn’t wait to leave the building after that. The location is good, close to the shops and restaurants, the new museum being built, and 5 minutes away from the only open space, a vacant lot, the town as allocated as a smoking area. Unfortunately, it’s covered in cigarette butts and trash and from the moment you arrive the local girls stalk you. Awkward. This was fine for 4 days but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or live.

C'est un nouvel hôtel très innovant. La chambre dispose d'un grand lit, d'une couette très confortable et d'un lavabo pour laver les fruits. C'est très pratique. La salle de bain est également bien séparée de l'eau et du sec et l'espace est très grand. Le seul regret est que le bruit dégoulinant de la climatisation à l'étage m'a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. La climatisation de fenêtre était trop bruyante et difficile à adapter. Plus tard le lendemain matin, ils m'ont immédiatement transféré dans une autre chambre. L'attitude de l'hôtel en matière de gestion était très correct. Même s'il n'y avait pas de bruit de goutte, je me contenterai du bruit du moteur climatisé. Si je reviens sur l'île de Mactan à Cebu, je reviendrai ici. Le point clé est que l'eau chaude est grande et la pression de l'eau est forte, ce qui rend la baignade très confortable. Il y a aussi un spa en bas avec des massages super confortables ^^

Je peux rester sans causer aucun mal, parce qu'il y a des équipements de cuisine. La pression de l'eau dans le puits est un peu faible, mais vous pouvez laver le bain sans problème. Très bien.

Chez Horizons101, ce studio bien situé se trouve à quelques pas d'Osmena Fuente et du grand lieu de restauration - Robinson's Food Court. Belle piscine ouverte 6 jours mais toujours fermée le mardi. Facile d'accès à Ayala Mal, SM City ou SM Seaside.
