IInvitéOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

We recently stayed at Anaya Beach Resort as a group, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality that greeted us.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Every single team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly – you could feel their commitment to making every guest's experience memorable.
The beach itself is stunning – clean, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether you’re looking to take a peaceful morning walk by the shore, soak up the sun, or dive into the clear waters, Anaya’s beachfront delivers paradise on every level.
Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. There’s a great variety on the menu, and each dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even with a large group, every order was handled smoothly and served on time.
The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. Highly recommended for families, groups, or even solo travelers who want a beautiful, worry-free beach vacation.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

JJuno VillarLa chambre était propre et confortable, parfaite pour une nuit reposante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, surtout le tapsilog, qui était parfait. La piscine était parfaite pour un petit plongeon, et l'ambiance était détendue. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqués, c'est la gentillesse et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Il nous a même ouvert le portail à minuit après notre retour d'une visite chez un ami disparu, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

TThomas X.L'hôtel est un motel décent avec un bar peu coûteux et limité, un petit déjeuner très bas (et le même) et une piscine décente. Le plus grand désavantage est qu'il n'y a pas de place, il n'y a rien d'intérêt dans les 10 minutes à pied, et il n'y a pas d'options de transit (à l'exception des taxis ou des tricks). Il pourrait être une bonne option de rester pour les boutiques de plongée, supposant que vous cherchez de base et propre, mais il est à 15 minutes à pied de la plage.

UUtilisateur anonymeLe personnel était très accueillant et nous a bien renseignés. L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité des épiceries et des restaurants. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, nous avons donc pu préparer nos propres repas. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

J’ai passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très agréable. L’endroit est calme et paisible, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. On y bénéficie également d’une bonne intimité.
L’hôtel est abordable tout en étant très propre et confortable. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, en particulier Sir Bobby en cuisine, qui est très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’équipe de ménage a également fait un excellent travail en gardant ma chambre propre et rangée chaque jour.
En résumé, je suis très content de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement abordable, propre et paisible.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊

IInvitéThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
