L'hôtel était propre, spacieux et confortable. Le propriétaire était sympathique et m'a aidé à trouver un moyen de transport pour me rendre à mes destinations. Le petit-déjeuner était simple et copieux, avec du pain grillé, des œufs, du jus de fruits et de la mangue. J'ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel, mais j'ai particulièrement apprécié la chambre familiale. Je voulais rester quelques jours de plus, mais j'ai été déçu de devoir changer d'hébergement en raison de conflits d'horaires. Si je retourne un jour à Moalboal, j'adorerais y séjourner quelques jours. Je le recommande vivement. Pour information, l'hôtel est à 20-30 minutes à pied des restaurants et des bars. La distance a rendu le séjour plus calme et plus confortable.

I needed a hotel for 10 hours transit between 2 international flights. The sakura capsule hotel is located in terminal 1 (domestic) of Cebu airport, around 3-5 mins walk from the international arrival. The walkway is actually an outdoor parking space between the two terminals and I felt safe walking even though it was 2 in the morning. Check in process was smooth, the staff are friendly and accommodating, there is locker to keep your shoes and luggage, their mattress was super comfortable, enough sockets / usb slots to recharge your devices, shower and toilet are clean with towel , slippers and tooth brush provided. There are also shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. I rested well all the way till the time to check in for my flight around 11 am (the staff also asked if I need a wake up call which I did not need but still,  cool!). There is also little area for coffee and tea to refresh your morning. I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you!

La bonne chose à cet endroit était la chaise de massage. La location était ok la chambre était ok mais il n'est pas le même avec la photo dans leur site il était différent j'ai réservé un fan et amélioré avec le a.c mais il ne fonctionne pas le a.c n'était pas froid en tout cas ou parce qu'il est obsolète mais ils me donnent un remboursement pour la mise à jour. Le restaurant qui nous a offert le déjeuner était parfait à 5 minutes de route de la propriété.

The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Mon seul bémol concernait la douche, car la pression était un peu faible. La distribution de l'eau n'était pas optimale, il fallait donc utiliser le robinet en dessous. Le personnel était très serviable et les installations semblaient propres. Merci !

Cet hôtel est parfait pour les voyageurs qui voyagent seuls. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, vous pouvez donc leur demander s'il est possible pour vous de choisir les étages inférieurs, en particulier avec des enfants ou des personnes âgées. Le prix en vaut la peine. Le petit-déjeuner peut être amélioré car il est toujours le même chaque matin, surtout lorsque vous restez 4 jours et plus. À proximité des magasins Pasalubong, par exemple des produits secs au marché de Taboan, Shameock pour les friandises

The sink is too small and no amenities. The room is clean and comfy. The description on the website is inaccurate. The toilet is old. The location is good since it's near sm seaside and fastfood chain. But yeah no amenities like toothbrush, free water and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. Also the main area smells like dogs and you can really hear the dogs running in the halls

We stayed at Travelbee Fuente Inn for three nights, and overall, it was a pleasant and budget-friendly experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Fuente Osmeña Circle, making it convenient to access restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was simple but clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens provided daily. For two people, the space was cozy yet sufficient. The air-conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests or provide directions. Housekeeping was consistent, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside the inn despite being in a busy area. While amenities are basic (no elevator and limited parking), the affordability and accessibility make up for it. Travelbee Fuente Inn is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay in Cebu City without breaking the budget.

Séjour merveilleux ! Calme, propre et abordable ! J’ai passé 7 nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très agréable. L’endroit est calme et paisible, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. On y bénéficie également d’une bonne intimité. L’hôtel est abordable tout en étant très propre et confortable. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, en particulier Sir Bobby en cuisine, qui est très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’équipe de ménage a également fait un excellent travail en gardant ma chambre propre et rangée chaque jour. En résumé, je suis très content de mon séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement abordable, propre et paisible.
