Found main resturant staff and reception very helpful and happy in their work. Skybar staff need a good shake up. Please be aware of dress codes for hotel. Not that it affected me but it may some on holiday. Pool dress code. Sykbar dress code. Resturant dress code. Pool and rooms very clean. A big thank you to Bryan for arranging our trip to Oslob.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Thank you for your attention and prompt assistance.

Hotel was lovely. Gym was good and not too busy. Pools in good condition and able to get a sunbed. The beach was good but a lot of seaweed and they run water sports from it so only a small area to swim. No drinks service on the beach. Happy hour was good value from 4-7 which was BOGOF. Room service pizza was delicious! Only negatives were that my room was on the beach and there was an event on so it was quite noisy. Also the air conditioning was awful and would switch off frequently So constantly being woken up too hot and having to switch it back on. The place also attracts a lot of Americans so prepare for people screaming across the room/pool/beach at each other 😂

Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

We spent a lovely family holiday at Solea Seaview Resort during the Chinese New Year break and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our room was a good size, in reasonable condition, with clean bed linen and towels. The balcony offered a beautiful sea view, which we truly appreciated every day. Breakfast was also very nice, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The absolute highlight for us was the number of swimming pools and the fantastic aquapark — free of charge for guests — plus a trampoline area for a small additional fee. The children absolutely loved it! The hotel also encourages guests to leave reviews, and as a lovely compliment, my son received free access to the children’s playroom — such a thoughtful touch. The beach is not the most Instagrammable, but the sea was perfectly fine for swimming practice. One small downside was that the gym operates only from 8am to 8pm, so late-night training isn’t possible if that’s your preference. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 — good value for money and a great option for a family holiday.

Une si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct. Chambre et installations propres. Le service à la réception est lent. J'ai attendu presque une heure pour l'enregistrement. Probablement à cause des vacances. Les employés de première ligne sont fatigués et ne peuvent même pas sourire. Comparé à l'hôtel Belmont, un hôtel adjacent, et également sous Megaworld, le Savoy est à la traîne en termes de service.

La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné au début était assez isolée dans un coin de l'hôtel. L'odeur de moisi était très forte et inconfortable dès que nous sommes entrés. Après être allés au comptoir et en avoir informé le personnel, ils nous ont rapidement aidés à changer de chambre. L'attitude du service était bonne. Le déjeuner n'était pas seulement un buffet décontracté, et le service était très bon. Très satisfait du repas exquis

Love this place and will definitely come back! We’ve only stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Manila. I wish I’ve booked for a few nights. The ambience was nice. My kids loved it there- the lifeguard was very proactive too. They have the best spag bolognaise and great service from the restaurant. My only negative feedback - the check in was a bit of a hassle. Check in time was 3pm which is already a bit late, I’ve checked in to find out our room was not even ready. But it was ok though because we were allowed to use the swimming pool and beach access whilst we were waiting, it would be annoying though if you just wanted to go straight to your room to lie down and rest. In saying this, I’ve seen their housekeepers working really hard as the place was understandably busy. Will 100% recommended this place to my friends and family who would travel to Cebu. :)

Un hôtel vraiment charmant. Il offre tout le confort : deux piscines, deux restaurants et un bar très sympa. On peut louer des jet-skis et profiter de divers avantages comme l'happy hour. L'hôtel possède sa propre plage privée (le fond était un peu envahi d'algues, mais il y a d'autres plages à proximité et la grande piscine compense largement ce petit inconvénient). Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et parle couramment anglais. Je le recommande vivement.
