Hôtels 4 étoiles à Cebu

Nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit à cause d'un vol retardé. La réceptionniste était extrêmement accueillante et aimable. Elle nous a tout expliqué. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Il y avait peut-être trop de meubles, ce qui limitait la circulation. Les oreillers étaient beaucoup trop mous et étaient complètement aplatis le matin. L'emplacement était idéal, avec de nombreux commerces et services à proximité, et l'établissement était propre.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de Cebu, avec un grand centre commercial à côté, ce qui est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping. Vous pouvez vous enregistrer à 14 heures, vous devez donc attendre un peu. Le petit déjeuner est également bon, mais c'est un peu bruyant la nuit à côté de la route principale.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

Une si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

Liked this place. Not quite sure what was newly renovated as the room was still quite basic and no hot water to speak of. Fortunately the amenities (pools) made up for it. It’s far from other amenities for shopping etc and the shuttles are limited and generally full but grab is easy to hail. It’s a shame they don’t allow grab drivers with food in though and you have to meet them at the gate. If you don’t want this service affecting your catering business then improve your catering facilities to offer more of what people want. Highlight - pools and inflatables, beach clearly man made and more like concrete than sand. Low point - loud and noisy functions in the numerous tented venues.

I really like staying here because of the foods are good, staffs are friendly and kind. Place is good and clean😊

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Orchid, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a  view of the ocean over the treetops. It felt peaceful and private — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. The staff were exceptional — so friendly, kind, and accommodating. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my fiancé, offering suggestions for the perfect location and ultimately arranging for us to use their private rooftop. They also coordinated a romantic dinner there just for us, ensuring we had complete privacy. It was an unforgettable evening, and I’m so grateful for the care they put into making it so special. The resort arranged our transportation both from our previous hotel in Mactan and later to Cebu Pier 1, which made travel stress-free. We also booked canyoneering and an introductory scuba dive through them. The instructors were fantastic — very patient and reassuring, especially when I became nervous underwater and couldn’t finish the dive. While the resort is a bit removed from the busier Panagsama Beach area, that was a huge plus for us. We wanted somewhere quiet, scenic, and romantic, and Blue Orchid delivered exactly that. The restaurant doesn’t have a massive menu, but the food was consistently delicious, portions were perfect, and prices were very fair. Even though there wasn’t a kettle in the room, hot water, coffee and tea was readily available and it was never an inconvenience since everything was close by. We also appreciated the mosquito net over the bed — it added to the tropical charm, though we didn’t need it because insects were never an issue. We even spotted a tiny gecko in our room upon arrival, but it was harmless and quickly disappeared — just part of the island’s character! Overall, the Blue Orchid was everything we hoped for: quiet, romantic, and welcoming. The staff helped make one of the most meaningful moments of our lives absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it, especially to LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a peaceful and genuinely inclusive place to stay in Moalboal. When we do a return trip to the area, we will stay here again. 

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai bien aimé l'hôtel. Le mobilier de la chambre est ancien, mais cela correspond au style (un peu rétro). C'est plutôt propre. Le cadre est magnifique. Nous y avons passé trois nuits. Il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire aux alentours de l'hôtel : ni boutiques ni restaurants. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est correct. La cuisine est délicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. La plage est uniquement réservée au bronzage. La baignade est impossible car l'eau est très peu profonde, et à marée basse, il n'y a plus d'eau du tout. La piscine est convenable. Le personnel est sympathique. Globalement, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et pris l'avion pendant notre voyage, alors ces quelques jours à l'hôtel nous ont permis de nous détendre un peu.

Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, il n'y avait pas de porteur, j'ai donc dû prendre mes bagages du taxi à la réception et m'enregistrer. J'y suis resté l'année dernière et j'y suis resté plusieurs fois au cours des 10 dernières années, mais je pensais que le service avait changé. Je suis resté 3 nuits avec ces pensées en tête, mais il s'est avéré qu'il n'y avait pas de porteur à mon arrivée. A part ça, je constate seulement que le contenu du service a légèrement changé par rapport à avant, mais le personnel est sympathique et je réessayerai certainement la prochaine fois. J'adorerais rester ici.

Nous avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage à Solea. L'établissement était bien entretenu, mes enfants ont apprécié le parc aquatique et les piscines, l'espace était suffisamment large pour que l'on puisse se promener. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
