Camere pulite, spaziose. Per un 4* preferirei trovare in camera bollitore con caffè, the & Co. Colazione buona e abbondante. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Prezzo su Trip migliore che in altri siti, compreso prezzo dell’hotel contattato direttamente.

Servizio da Hotel 4 stelle , camera spaziosa e pulita e silenziosa. Posizione in zona tranquilla e centrale con parcheggio gratis fronte ingresso a disposizione della clientela.

Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione a buffet con buona qualità e ottima varietà, servizio cortese ed attento. Reception professionale, migliorabile l’attenzione empatica. Ottima posizione se ci si muove in auto.

Nous avons passé une nuit d’étape à l’Etrusco. Le personnel à l’accueil est charmant. Nous avons occupé deux chambres, toutes deux très agréables. Le bon petit déjeuner buffet etait compris dans le prix très raisonnable des chambres.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to one of the city's entry gates. It is possible to drive directly into a garage that is a few yards from the hotel. The reception staff was very helpful providing directions, instructions for parking, and recommendations for restaurants and sites. It is located within a 10-15 minute walk of all the interesting sites of Volterra. The room was average but clean, quiet and it had a view to the hotel's pool.

Fantastic hotel for any kind of stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasteful breakfast and dinners. Room door could be better muted. Quiet location although not so closed to the city center, but with the car or public transport it's just around 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town.

Lascio in stanza, in una busta chiusa e sigillata con 3 scatole di torroni presi a Benevento (a 400km per omaggio per i colleghi in ufficio), che mi sarebbero serviti il giorno successivo. Torno la sera in stanza, appena apro la porta, trovo la busta aperta ed una scatola spacchettata e i torroncini mangiati per metà confezione. Ho fatto presente alla reception dell'accaduto, mostrando le foto, mi rispondono che avrebbero verificato con la responsabile del piano! Poi....il nulla, manco le scuse! non mi frega dei torroncini, alla fine li ho lasciati pure in stanza il giorno dopo (giorno del check-out) cosi li potevano pure finirli! Ma il fatto che, entrando per riassettare ed hanno aperto una busta chiusa e spacchettato le scatole coi dolci, lo stesso si potrebbe fare con le valige e/o borse chiuse che chiunque lascia in stanza quando si pernotta per più giorni. ! The food in this hotel was consistently cold. Bacon swimming in grease. Meat often practically raw. Never managed to get a hot drink, only tepid. Part of this might have been because I was on a coach trip, expensive but that did not seem to matter. Our group were fed in a side room and on the one occasion a few of us were allowed in the restaurant proper the difference was marked. We felt like poor relations and were treated that way

Came here on an escorted tour but it didn't feel like they had catered for such before. Location not great so no wandering the area in the evening so we were trapped. Building spacious and clean and very lovely staff, especially in the bar. However, the food was very poor indeed. Both dinner and breakfast had almost nothing to recommend them. We were herded into a separate room away from the proper guests and it showed. If we could have got into Arezzo (which is lovely) for meals, we would have done.
