Les employés sont tous très gentils. La chambre est spacieuse et on ne se sent pas fermée. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable. Nous avons également pu réserver spontanément le petit déjeuner non réservé pour quelques jours. Mais la pureté n'a pas été totalement respectée dans notre cas, nous avons commandé le service de nettoyage quotidien, ce qui est une excellente offre, car il n'est pas nécessaire pour un séjour aussi court. Mais la chambre a toujours été réglée le week-end, mais elle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Le bouchon de bain était plein de poussière, les verres posés pour le flacon d'eau contenu dans le prix avaient encore une plaque de larmes du pré-visitateur et un cheveux appuyé avec des graisses visibles dans le bassin de lavage. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les verres et nous avons nettoyé le bain lui-même. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient en bon état. Pour ses besoins, on pouvait être satisfait du rapport prix-efficacité. On se demande aussi souvent si tout est bien et si des problèmes peuvent se poser directement, on peut s'exprimer.

Nous avons pris un temps de vacances à Deidesheim au cours du week-end. L'hôtel est situé à la rive de Deidesheim, directement dans les vignobles. Nous avons été très gentils à la réception. Notre chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Le lit (double Queensize) était très confortable, donc nous avons dormi très bien. La salle de bains avec douche et toilette était également très propre. Le petit-déjeuner buffet n'a pas de souhaits, la sélection est très bonne. C'est précisément pour les pains frais qu'il y a eu une grande sélection. Il y a aussi un beau espace de bien-être avec une sauna. L'hôtel est spécialement adapté pour se promener et se déplacer en vélo dans la belle chaussure. Les nombreux produits vitivinicoles méritent également une visite (échantillon et achat). Nous nous réjouissons de revenir. Un accueil de l'hôtel est un vieux caisse musical qui fonctionne et qui prépare de belles chansons. Nous reviendrons.

Vorweg: Die bisherigen negativen Ausführungen sind überholt. Das Hotel hat an sich gearbeitet. Das fängt in der nett gestalteten Lobby und im freundlichen Empfang an. Es wurde ausführlich über alles wissenswerte informiert. Hunde sind erlaubt! Da es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze gibt, wird angeboten für 13 Euro in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Das öffentliche Parkhaus berechnet 15 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Vom Bahnhof sind es wenige Meter. Die Innenstadt ist gleich daneben. Das Hotel wurde gründlich renoviert, trotzdem sieht man dem Hotel den 70er-Flair an. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Schokolädchen wurden vermisst. Die Minibar war leer. Die Temperatur konnte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters gesteuert werden; es war eindeutig zu warm! Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert. Das Bad ist geräumig. Allerdings irritierte die Bad/Dusch-Kombi. Sehr gut bewerte ich den Roomservice, der nur auf Bestellung kommt. Ich hasse es, wenn fremde Menschen mit meinen Sachen umgehen. Das Schwimmbad ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und passend temperiert. Das Frühstück hat eine reiche Auswahl mit laktose- und glutenfreien Speisen. Die Brötchen sind allerdings Aufbackware. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gab ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Suppe ok, Hauptgang mittelmäßig. Die Desserts gingen gar nicht. Die Vanillesoße schmeckte intensiv nach Zitrone. Die Panacotta hatte eine merkwürdige Konsistenz. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec balcon et nous nous retrouvons à notre arrivée dans une chambre surchauffée, en plein soleil. - Je précise à la reception que ma femme est malade, ayant fait un AVC récemment et ne supporte pas cette chaleur. On me dit que l'on ne peut pas me donner une autre chambre de suite et que je dois attendre le lendemain oú le changement se fera. - Le lendemain à 11h on nous promet une autre chambre, et nous recevons une autre chambre à 15h, SITUÉE DU MÊME CÔTÉ SURCHAUFFÉ ! Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'AC dans l'hôtel... On reçoit un petit ventillateur et c'est tout. - On me dit que toutes les chambres avec balcon de l'autre côté (soit 16) sont occupées ... alors qu'il n'y a déjà personne en face, dans notre couloir: les portes sont grandes ouvertes. Si ces chambres sont nominalement réservées, pourquoi ne peut-on pas nous dire si une chambre sera libre à l'avance et surtout pouquoi nous promet-on une chambre du côté moins chaud pour nous déménager du MEME COTE ? - Bref,on déballe à nouveau toutes nos affaires dans la chaleur, ma femme exténuée, après avoir perdu beaucoup de temps et en se disant que l'on s'est bien payé notre tête. Ce n'est qu'après avoir donné un avis Google négatif que l'on réagit enfin... En nous proposant une chambre SANS balcon... et une boisson... pas ce que nous avons payé, donc.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside the hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. There is a sauna and steam room in the basement, made available, with respect for the covid regulations. We felt very relaxed in this hotel, Kircheimbolanden is a beautiful town with a nice park and a few shops. It is situated in a very pretty part of Germany, surrounded by vineyards. Also, there is a bar with an outdoor terrace where you can relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again, in the future.

Bien que cet hôtel se trouve à l'extérieur d'Alzey, il est précieux de son prix et de la qualité de ses installations. Les chambres de rêve, nous n'avons pas écouté la plage et senti la sable sous nos pieds. Le restaurant pour cette période de Corona est fermé, mais il n'y a pas de problème, le centre est à quelques minutes et est aussi proche d'un centre commercial et supermarché où vous pouvez acheter un Antojito 🤗
